 In front of wooden and air home, right where the door would open, the ground started to shimmer. Light effects could have been dismissed as the trick of the light beams if it hadn't intensified. As the light grew stronger, the very subtle sound of fluttering fabric barely carried on the winds as softy and light as leaves blowing in the wind.
Golden light seemed to turn solid as golden fabric began to show itself. Then not even one fourth of the way though the dramatic entrance the whole effort was dusted by the very sudden appearance of one Goddess in all her glory. Patience was not her strong suit this moment as the normally enjoyed entrance fell to the wayside. That was not the only change, her glow had more to thank then just her divinity. Instead of her tight bodice and loose flowing skirts normal outside of the Venus day events, her outfit was a mirror of her mothers.
Borrowing Venus' loose fitting clothing choice, in gold rather than pink, Harmonia stood at the door with her wings held high and proud. Just as with them, her chin was high with pride and her shoulders helped. Posture was just as perfect, befiting her station. With the problem it now hurt to stand like that. Along with her generous bust getting noticibly bigger, the dress she wore showed a bump when the wind kicked back against her body.
The events of this last Venus celebration were a little too successful. Upon first finding out the deity went into hiding, going as far into her realm as she could even forbidding the cherubs. Time past and what she saw as a threat, anyone finding out, grew to the point that a better hiding spot was required. Where better to find refuge then with her beloved champion?
Swallowing once, her hand went up and landed knuckles first on the door several times. Normally he summoned her or they met at the event. This entrance would be the most unusual one yet. No one would think her here, in this house of dubious construction. Was it even big enough to house the extra body or two? We, she'd find out soon.

"Blue birds, red rose, green grass grows. Life blooms over the rainbow.
Lovers dance. Rabbits prance.
On the hill of -" Knock knock. The song on her lips cut off as she pulled her gaze from the dishes she had been scrubbing. She blinked in surprise. Was it another of her fathers dates? "I'll get it!" The wilwarin called, quickly placing down the plate and drying her hands off on a nearby towel. Quickly she hurried over to the door to pull it open. She didn't expect to see the most gorgeous woman there.
A face she recognized. "Oh! Harmonia?" Adora had been there at the battlefield when they retook Venus palace. Her dad talked fondly of the goddess and from what she understood they saw each other a handful of times a year. But never here. She ducked her head back into the house to call down the hallway. "Daddy! Its for you!"
The fae had been puzzling over a game that consisted of stones and sticks, sat across from a grinning tiki cat. At least, he thought Kaala was behind that mask, based off of the gleeful giggles as she threw a well aimed rock into his stick formation. It crumpled immediately after it knocked out one of its bottom supports. "ARGH! Nice shot! I only have two left." He turned to look at Zaboomafoo. His turn was next. Kaala had four structures, same as Zaboo...why did he get the distinct feeling they were ganging up on him? "Now hold on Zaboo. We can talk about this. I can get you that sweet plant you like my next time out!" Knock knock. His head lifted slightly, but Adora called that she was getting it. Attention back to the tiki cat. "Just think about it. A whole basket!" And his daughters voice again. For him? "Wait wait. I'll be right back, don't play until I get back! I don't trust Kaala not to cover any cheating." With that he stood and quickly walked out of the bedroom, making his way to the open door. "Whose visiting? How can I help -" He turned around the door to look outside. "Harmonia my love! What a present to see you! Come on in." Tristen spoke while gesturing inside.

Red hair, gentle green eyes and an aura of kindness. Just one glance and she knew the girl without mistake. Offering a smile, she greeted the young woman, "Hello, Adora. Lovely to see you." Tristen spoke so well of his pride and joy, it relieved her that Adora was still here. The child would be in great hands with plenty of help.
Before she could figure out what else to say to the young woman, she'd already called for her father. Nothing for it but to stand and wait for Tristen to appear.
And there he was, man of the season, champion of her name. Now, champion and defender of her legacy. Any other mortal it would be nothing, this one was special to her. Just how was this subject to be broached?
Hiding those worrisome thoughts she took in and let out a light breath through her mouth before moving towards the house. Hugging him would be too obvious, so Harmonia settled for kissing his cheek to be respectful towards his daughter. "Hello, my beloved Champion. I'll have to impose on you for a while, staying in the realm for half a season or more." Smiling all the same, lips up turned as she passed into the house.
It was not something she was used to, that little instinct that shouldn't exist had some concerns.

Kaala waited all of 5 seconds after the big red pae known as 'Tris-ten' had left before turning to her comrade. Her grin got even wider as she chittered excitedly, reached out, and poked another of the fae's structures down.
Follow by even more laughter. The girl flashed a bright smile, lighting up her whole face as the goddess spoke. Harmonia remembered who she was! She felt positively honored. "Same to you!" The female spoke right before her dad popped in front of her.
It was a little difficult to wrap her head around that Harmonia would pick Tristen to spend her time on. Sure, she knew her dad was the nicest, bravest, most genuine pae she ever knew. But it was still her dad. Dorky, corny, embarrassing dad. Yet pae were oddly drawn to him. Strange taste in men.
She was just about to ask if she was staying long, when Harmonia stated for half a season. Or more. She blinked, glanced down the hallway at their already crowded living space, and quickly hurried towards the kitchen. "I'll make us some tea!"The red haired male grinned at her chaste cheek kiss before pushing the door closed. What an unexpected treat this was! She never really visited him before, certainly not without him going to her temple first. What ever could be prompting...A half a season? His eyebrows raised slightly as he started to guide her towards the living room. "A half a season? I'd love to have you over my heart, of course. Is...everything alright?" The most gentle way of asking why the sudden change in things. To go from a days visit to a half a season or more was quite the jump.Evilsilverdragon I so love this household XD

Chattering with amusement, Zaboo clapped for Kaala. Dancing around, the ritual movements to honor the great thunderbird was preformed. This was a vicitory against that pink creature.
Ears swiveled back to hear the sounds of others coming back. Time to vanish! He took off to the other corner hoping from one foot to the other.Watching the girl retreat she raised a hand then slowly closed it before allowing the hand to fall. It was a little late to really agree to the tea, yelling across the modest house was just uncalled for. Thanks would have to come after the young lady returned.
Instead, she walked into the living room taking in everything she was seeing. Not as luxurious as the type of place she lived and grew up but there was a comfortable level to everything. Before it never really mattered, the only room she cared about was the bedroom. Now? Now everything seemed to matter even when it shouldn't.
He asked the question. Did she want to play coy with it or come out and answer him? Her head bounced back and forth at least three times before deciding on just being straightforward. Turning on her heel, she took one of Tristen's hands in her own, looking down briefly at where they joined taking in how their skin tones complimented and blended, kiss marks complimenting his. "Mother's party went very well." Drawing her eyes upward, looking into his she finished, "You are going to be a Champion to my legacy. Our legacy. My beloved you are to be a father, again." Her way of keeping it from her family, her own little surprises.

Take THAT! The greatest of victories! The female merrily joined the celebratory dance. Unfortunately this was rather short lived, as she picked up the approaching sounds as well. With no hesitation, she zipped after Zaboo, lest they be caught after destroying the big pae's structures.Oh dear. Her father had built this house, and he had built it with only herself and him in mind. Before the two tikicats, and her daughter. And while an additional room had started to be made so that Lei didn't have to share with Kaala, it wasn't nearly completed yet.
But, they would make it work. They had to. Harmonia was important to her dad, and if she needed a place to stay she would have it. The wilwarin took out a pot and scooped it in the water barrel before heading to the their 'stove'. A little fire pit with a holding rack above it. In a few moments she had a small blaze going, and placed the pot over it.Tristen frowned a little at Adora's quick exit, but let it go. The girl was so hospitable; always trying to make their guests feel comfortable.
He was considering plopping into one of their mismatched chairs when suddenly Harmonia turned on her heel. He froze, turning his amber eyes over to her as she took his hands. Suddenly the air around them felt heavy. Serious. Her legacy? Their legacy? What did she mean-oh. A second ticked by before his eyes began to widen and his jaw drop open. "...Me? You?"
Another second ticked. "PRAISE THE GODDESS!" He suddenly yelled before pulling her into his arms to shower her in kisses. Was he actively hoping for a child? Definitely not - he was quite fulfilled with Adora, Merion and Lorelei. But at the surprise of a child, he found himself filled to the brink with pure joy. What better for a fae who loved love, to bring more pae in to love?

About the time there was the yelling from the big pae, Zaboo reached out to get Kaala's hand and darted completely out of the room. Didn't matter what it was going on about, yelling bad! Watching, little signs gave away what he was thinking. Subtle widening of the eyes signalling a revelation. It was good, he understood exactly what she was referring. There had been a chance that how she started the conversation may have been a little obtuse.
His reaction was a tad more than she expected, enthusiasm had her pulling her head back a spell but she quickly found away to get some sort of control over it. Without further adue she threw her arms around Tristen kissing him right back. This close, her expanded midsection became impossible to ignore now that it was touching him before she fully had. Full body molding in a hug wasn't going to work for a long while.

She moved to the cabinets, carefully taking out the tin of tea leaves obtained in exchange for a rabbit fur. At the yell though, the poor wilwarin jumped a foot in the air, losing grip of the tin and having it clank on the ground. "Daddy?" Adora called as she zipped out of the kitchen towards the living room.
Only to see the two pay actively smooching each other. "Oh! Sorry! Ah, I thought something was wrong." She sputtered, looking down for their privacy. This female that he loved was in his arms and carrying a culmination of that. Now that she was so close, he felt the noticeable baby bump - that explained the change of outfit. He only pulled away when Adora gasped behind him. He beamed, positively bursting. "Nothing wrong sunshine. In fact. wonderful news. Our family is getting a little bigger."

Pulling away when he did, she finally put her hand on her own stomach something she'd been avoiding. Getting close or attached was a bad idea, she knew that. However, the feeling in this moment, love and harmony was enough to send caution to the wind. Smiling warmly, she remarked to Adora, "You'll be a big sister in no time." Already a mother herself, Adora would be an amazing older sister. She'd also be a great deal of help when her father needs it since. Well, since the child's mother won't be around to partake in its life. Not like a mother should.
She remembered once, that she was jealous of her sisters for having full dieity children because those stayed with them. At least demis can come into the realm so long as she took them. Maybe this time, this time she could be a part of it.
She had to ask, "Will the home be big enough for another?" Her rooming was easy, just stay with Tristen. A baby? Was there room? Tristen was an amazing Champion and a world class lover. A builder? The deity had her concerns.

Wait.
What.
Her eyes raised when Tristen was speaking, and Harmonia confirmed it. What. She was pregnant?!
Her mouth opened, but no words came. She closed it to keep from gaping. There was just. No words. It was hard to process. She knew it was bound to happen one day with him taking so many lovers, but a Goddess? "...Oh...wow...congratulations." The strawberry haired girl eventually managed. She was excited to have siblings, but also worried about space, on the other hand happy that they were happy but then how would that relationship even work with her living with the other gods? This was all so overwhelming. That wasn't the response he was expecting. Maybe she just needed time for it to sink in. He turned back to Harmonia, looking down to her stomach then back to her eyes. "Of course! Actually, I've been working on expanding the house already. I can easily add another room onto the design!" Maybe he overestimated his own building abilities. But he made this house!
Holes and all.
"And of course you are welcome to my room. Don't you worry, you and our baby are in good hands."

The feeling was off, right away she could sense in household. Her beloved was naturally happy about the development. Adora, darling beautiful Adora wasn't acting how she expected the young woman to act. That wasn't to say the young woman was acting wrong or rude, just not the excitement or energy she thought the girl would have.
Not that it was that surprising, this relationship grew over time between her and Tristen she didn't have that level with Adora. "Its a lot to take in, isn't Adora?"' Words were warm, soft smile completely devoid of any negativity. This was a lot to take in, they would settle in. With her Blessings how could they not? "It took me a while to accept this was real," This being her hand on her stomach at the moment, "I am glad the baby will have you for a wonderful big sister."
He built the home, oh that made her uneasy. Refusing to show it, this was supposed to be a great time hiding away while waiting for the newest demis of harmony to enter the world. "Of course," that part was answered looking at him eye to eye, little upturn to her lips speaking of mischief. Turning back to where she was addressing both of them, her response was edging very close to maternal, "Oh I know, there is no family on this world I would feel more comfortable raising a child of mine then this one. They'll be loved from near and afar." Her place was a far, even getting this involved was far too close.
Even so, she'd allowed it to happen over the seasons and pregnant was exactly where that got her.

She was lost in her overwhelming thoughts when Harmonia spoke to her, making the poor girl start. Her head jerked up as her eyes widened before looking away, embarrassed. "I'm really sorry. I'm being terribly rude. I'm actually very excited to be a big sister!" Her gaze perked up as she smiled at the couple, her cheeks still warm from being noticed. "I was just caught off guard. I didn't even know mortals and gods could have children. To be fair though...I did get Lorelei after a carnival." In a basket on their doorstep. Her dad said that used to be a thing that happened, but apparently hadn't in a long time. Not that she was complaining by any means...Lei was her world.Tristens expression softened as he watched Adora sputter. "Oh Adora! It's understandable. It's a surprise for everyone. Wasn't precisely planned." He moved a hand to place on top of Harmonia's on her stomach. "It does happen, just didn't expect us to be among the lucky few!" Perhaps with the little one on the way, he would go get a few new supplies. Maybe a new soft alpaca blanket from Kurts Ranch would be nice. They had bear furs to be sure from Juniors hunting, but alpaca seemed more fitting for a baby.

Wasn't planned, Tristen couldn't know just how much of an overstatement that was! Her eyes had to travel up, almost looking at a home no mortal had ever seen. She'd put more planning into hiding this then she had in the creation. How it was, well that had been good enough for her. Inner peace she was starting grow reenergized her more then anything else in a long time. No better place to be wrapped in the atmosphere.
Shaking her head she offered some reassurance to Adora, "Tristen is right, this really wasn't planned, being surprised is very understandable." Since she was going to be a big sister to Demis, a little information would go a long way into helping the growing life. "When mortals and deities have children, they are called demis. The live in this realm but are able to join their deity parent in Dolandor. They have realms of responsibility here. For example, my favorite niece Abhisneha --known as Abby-- is the daughter of Pothos. She prosides over a wishing well. They get pulled into our world more then some would like. Thats why having a great family here is so important. I can't stay and help very much." Being a Demi was a big responsibility, she hoped her child would be ready.
Thats part of the reason she came here to live out her pregnancy and birth. Hidden away it was less likely her mother would find out until the child would be able to handle what came with their deity mother. Tristen warmed her heart, his acceptance made this all the better.Tartara Seabreeze How do you want to proceed? Start an new thread with the ranch and lace this back? Flash forward with Tristen either by himself or with his daughter/granddaughter visiting the ranch in this rp and meeting Alma? (I think I like that plan better)

"Ooohhhh. That makes sense." She murmered, nodding her head. That's how it would work with Harmonia living in Dolandor. Like a shared custody sort of thing with occasional whole family visits. "Well family we have plenty of! I wonder what their responsibility will be?"
A diety for just a wishing well. Their child could preside over literally anything then.
Sudden realization made her eyes widen again. "Oh no! I left the water boiling! I'll be right back." And Adora was out again, hurrying back to grab the pot.Tristen listened thoughtfully to Harmonia, as this was news to him as well. How demi's were created, that they could exist in both realms, and the fact that they too had responsibilities. Fascinating. Their child would have an interesting life indeed.
At Adora's exclamation, he blinked before bursting into laughter. The fae softly kissed Harmonia's temple before dropping to his knees to kiss her stomach. "A great family here indeed."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Time Passes~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It was a long journey to Kurts Ranch, but hopefully it was worth it. He was planning on aparating back, so only needed to get there. Slung on his back was the few things he had to offer for trade. Some deer meat - salted for travel, flour from Star Grove (courtesy of Star and Dame), and a deer skin.
The girls were left at home to tend to his quite pregnant Harmonia. One to look after Harmonia, and one to look after the Tikicats to be specific. He was anxious to get back, but business first.
He shifted the pack onto his other shoulder to give his right one a break, and walked through the gates.

That was a great question, just what would this little one offer to the island and to its divine family? Given her realm and her Champion, there was only one answer, "Bringing peace and happiness, I should think." Just touching her stomach she wished for the child to do just that. The baby had her blessing and the kindness of family to care for it.
Adora earned a soft chuckle as she took off back to the kitchen for the tea she had started. It was different, the quieter affection over what ended up a typically hot burning passion. This side was very nice, for what time she was going to be here, she'd soak it in.
Stroking Tristen's hair affectionately, she just stood there and soaked in the environment. "I couldn't ask for better, my beloved Champion." This was a good family before she ever blessed it, it would be perfect for the little life.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~Kurt's Ranch~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In front two women were discussing where to put something judging by the animated pointing to the wall and the curve of the pink arm. Zofie was trying to envision what Alma was telling her. Curve in the fence? Well, it was an idea but seemed to be limiting. At this rate she'd have to find something else for the young woman to work on. Her skills were one of a kind but that enthusiasm, she'd wall them all in and have fun doing it!Alma's idea was so much, it would give her a chance to do different shapes and expand on her skill base. The description wasn't really showing what she wanted, so the next best thing was her drawing book. Turning on her heel to find where she set it, her eyes met the fae walking up the path, pack on his back. Before she had time for the next blink she was in the air buzzing like a dragonfly as she shot forward.
Once close enough to the guest she called out brightly, "Welcome to Kurts Ranch!" Already in the air with one foot kicked back, her arms shot higher cheering on their guestZofie had to wince to her self. They all loved Alma, but the girl's energy could be off-putting to guests. Smilling she approached as well, greeting in a much calmer manner, "Hello, welcome to Kurt's Ranch!" Seeing his pack she decided to ask, "Are you a trader? Please come in we are happy to have you here regardless." He could be a visitor with all he owned in a bag, clearly had been on a long travel to get there.
That pack was substantial enough to bring up the question. Traders like visitors were always welcomed!
