Personality

After her explorers spirit got her in trouble with some natives in an isolated area in the Amazon Rainforest where many theropod dinosaurs live and are worshiped, intelligent beings by the soquili native to their isolated crater, having to steal away some eggs as hostages to keep herself alive, Juutumahri, an herbivore and daughter of diplomats, found herself acting as a huntress in order to feed the two carnivorous wards she now teaches and cares for.

The mare is the sort to speak softly and carry a big stick. She's strong willed, and willing to do what needs to be done, always trying to do whats right, but not unwilling to break the rules if it means survival. She, however, does not believe in killing for killings sake. She has a love of wordplay and people who use large words correctly please her more then the more 'brutish' individuals. However, opposites do, at times, attract.

History

Born outside of the usual Kawani lands, Juutumahri was the daughter of two diplomats, and had great potential to follow in their footsteps, a lust for helping others and finding a happy medium between parties running through her veins, and a keen mind, sharp and observant, allowing her to adapt to the situation.

However, something more ran through her veins then diplomatic edge, and as she neared adulthood her wanderlust overpowered all other urges, and she set off to explore, going so much as to painstakingly crafting a boat out of reeds and scraps of cloth, sailing along the coast south, down along the western coat of Mexico -- a sight that confused several two leggers, seeing such a peculiar looking mare manning a sailing ship on her own, stopping only for fresh water and to graze -- until reaching south America, a land she had been told about by her wetnurse as a child.

And so she traveled the jungles and rivers, braving the dangers alone, in search of something new and exciting to bring back to share with the world. Something special. She remained alone until she was ambushed near a canyon leading into a big crator and led into it by her attackers by force, outnumbered and overpowered by the natives.

There she found a kingdom where they worship giant bird-lizards - what we know as Theropoda and Dromaeosauridae Dinosaur families and the flying reptiles of prehistoric times, the isolated land lost in time.

She was to be their queen, a large Tyrannosaurus, meant to be a snack. However, through guile and wit, she escaped from her binds and the sacrificial table. However, she needed a reason for them to not attack her again.

Left with little other option, she had to take a couple eggs hostage from the Court Nursery in order to get out alive, and escaped due to her hostage taking... However, she was then left with two eggs and no promise they wouldn't kill her when she let them go, and fled with two of the eggs in tow, including the Queen's own egg.

Guilt ridden for having to steal their offspring, she kept them warm, until they hatched, and began her new life as a hunter...

-While she's an herbivore, Juutu has become a hunter to help her wards eat, teaching them what sort of food to eat instead of the meat of Soquili. She's developed something of a fondness for the adrenalin rush she gains from the hunt.

- Is "bonded by Duty" to Deya Shidar, meaning she cannot wander off with a stallion and give her wards the wrong idea, despite not being really lifemated to Deya. However, the RP in my head knows they're be warming up fairly quickly to each other, even if it starts VERY uneasily.

Xaa'nar is a proud stallion with a strong drive for justice, stubborn and brashly opinionated, lacking his Father's patience or Mother's abilities to think mostly of peaceful resolutions, instead getting his father strength and strong feelings of right and wrong, and his mothers quick thinking abilities in danger situations. He's smart and sly, but brash, often charging into situations before learning the full story. If he see's a wrong he's quick to fix it, and is a very emotional young man, and his passions burn bright and sometimes give him an unpredictable edge.

As he grows, it is uncertain if his bold, headstrong personality will mellow as times passes onwards.
