Personality:
Zahra is usually polite and reserved to others; she keeps everything set orderly and tidy.
However, she is easily flustered and overwhelmed when confronted by the unknown or when her plans fail,
which can lead to her judgment being clouded or cause her to act on impulse instead of rational thinking.

Bio:

Zahra is one of the only descendents known of the first owner of "Dead End". Before her, her father owned it and he fell in love with a witch. When Zahra was 12 years old, her mother found out that her father had an affair with a Succubus. Distraught and betrayed, she left them fighting to take Zahra with her. However, it did not come to that. Zahra's mother was removed from the picture. Her father was so consumed by guilt, he became alcoholic. Over the years it became so bad that Zahra was left to run the inn herself on some days and eventually inherited it on her 21st birthday.

Magic Abilities: (Make sure you add limitations)
❇ Clairvoyance - Zahra often has dreams and visions of something to come. However, it's often hazy and it takes her awhile to make sense of them.
❇ Lesser Communication - Zahra can communicate with the dead. However, it is much harder for her to see/communicate with elite undead such as Liches.
❇ Curse/Poison Removal - (Also known as Purify) If someone is ill due to a poison, curse, or other type of magic, Zahra can attempt to heal it. (Cannot heal Vampirism or Necromancy! However, it can heal things such as hypothermia, bites/scratches, etc. Or anything caused by lesser-moderate magic. Anything caused by Higher-level magic is harder to remove.)


Strengths/Skills: (Non-magic)
✩ She is very tidy and Organized, never losing a thing
✩ Zahra knows her limits and will not deliberately look for trouble
✩ She can work well with most guests, since she is polite and reserved most of the time.
✩ Zahra is very intellegent

☢ Very jumpy and Paranoid at times
☢ When a guest of high-ranking or her father comes, she will do whatever it takes to impress them.

Personal

Personality:
Aida is very spontaneous, easily amused and very impulsive. It would be an understatement to call her immature.
While a bit more sane than your basic undead, she seems to have lost most of the manners she learned as a child.
However, Aida has a good heart as she cherishes her family and close friends.

Likes:

❤ Alcohol, more specifically wine.
❤ Classical, swing, & jazz music
❤ A good joke or prank (often involving messing with ghost hunters)

✖ Having recorders and crazy devices shoved in her face by ghost hunters.

Bio:

Born in 1877, Aida was the eldest daughter of John Abernathy's grandson and the "heir to the hotel" so to speak.
She had a son that was born out of wedlock, who later helped bring more prosperity to the hotel after he inherited it.

Her life in a wealthy family was more than difficult, especially as the eldest.
Aida sought adventure just like the stories her mother told her when she was young.
She dreamed someone would sweep her off her feet and take her away from the dark town of Glenvale.

She had met a man of mysterious origin who eventually saught her hand after she had her first and only child, Henry.
However, it was soon discovered Aida's "lover" had only wanted her for her status and wealth as an Abernathy.
After rejecting his proposal, Aida's only source of happiness was from her son.

Running the hotel became extremely difficult.
Aida soon became worried sick when she found out Henry had gotten lost in nightshade forest somehow, and poisoned too.
Thankfully, her son survived being poisoned and led a long life, dying peacefully in his sleep years later.
However, Aida was poisoned soon after Henry was, and she did not survive.

As a ghost, Aida watched Henry grow up and maintain the hotel.
She was proud of him and she slowly watched future Abernathys continue to let Dead End flourish.
It made her proud to see their determination,
yet she yearned to find a body, an empty shell, so that she may lead a somewhat normal life and possibly learn to love once again.

Profession/Occupation: Former Bartender/Owner of the Hotel, Zahra's 7th great-grandmother, John Abernathy's great-grandaughter.

Magic Abilities: (Make sure you add limitations)
Ghost Phisiology - Aida has the basic strengths a ghost would. (Ex flight, tangibility, and invisibility.)
❇ Cryokinesis - The presence of a ghost like Aida is usually followed by a drop in temperature.
❇ Teleportation - Aida can teleport to other locations. Usually, this is followed by a flickering light. (At maximum, she can only teleport 1 floor of the hotel at a time or up to 20 yards ahead.)
❇ Telepathy - Aida can enter one's mind and initiate conversation.

Strengths/Skills: (Non-magic)
✩ Aida was a former bartender, and is a skilled mixologist.
✩ To keep herself sane, she has taken up hobbies such as reading and basic piano playing.
✩ When she needs to be, Aida is very stealthy.
✩ with a rather high self-esteem, she's very carefree, and isn't too worried in tough situations.

Weaknesses:
☢ Aida is allergic to sage, salt, and iron (Things said to keep ghosts away)
☢ Powers of Witchcraft. (More specifically fire magic and banishment rituals)
☢ She's a bit of an alcoholic, which can make her a bit disorganized.
☢ Being a lesser undead creature, she can be controlled by a lich.

Personality:

John Abernathy is a man drawn by greed, power, and revenge.
He used to be eccentric and confident, but now he has changed to be rather indifferent of other people-
merely seeing them as pawns in his afterlife.
He used to be very caring of his family before they died, doing everything in his power not to lose them.

Bio:

John Abernathy used to be a charismatic gentleman.
From a young age he would captivate people with his unique eye-color.
However, there was a dark secret behind it. John's father was a shady man who made a deal with a higher being.
Something not even an average mind could comprehend. Whatever it was, the entity offered infinite power to protect the settlement of Glenvale at the time.
After accepting such power, he chickened out, and the power was then passed on to John but with a caveat.

The caveat was that in exchange for power, the entity desired souls.
Since John's father had failed, all memory of him had been wiped after he died shortly after.
On top of this, his descendants would bear purple eyes to remind everyone of the deal he made.
A long road of suffering was paved with good intentions.

At 18, his powers surfaced. Instead of hiding them, he embraced them-
much to the dismay of the townsfolk who accused him of sorcery (which was highly frowned upon).
The authorities captured him, and attempted to have him locked up,
but a blast of power surged from him, giving the group of people apprehending him power as well, along with curses.
Hence, Glenvale's first necromancers..

After fleeing from his captors, he studied into his magic more.
At first, he even attempted to use it for good.
Around this time he met his wife, Abigail and had two children, twins.
Sadly, Abigail did not make it. After the death of his wife,
he sought to find a way to bring her back- digging deeper to the root of his power.
People began to notice this and he needed a distraction-
He created a hotel for one and all to stay!

The ploy worked. Maybe even a little too well.
He became very wealthy after that.
To flaunt the wealth and prosperity he earned from such a grandiose hotel, he decided to have extravagant parties.
For the first time, the entity spoke to him.

"Be rid of these party-goers, for I hunger for their souls."

The voice in his head became stronger with each party that passed until he could not contain it any longer.
He had reached his breaking point and screamed for it to go away. It did not.
As he screamed a blast of power surged once again throughout the ballroom.
Knocking down the chandelier and injuring guests who were also given power, but something backfired.
They were not cursed. Hence, Dead End's first witches.

As he screamed, a man in a dark cloak had walked up to the stage where John was.
It was said the entity transformed into a silhouette of such a man and stabbed him in the back before the memory of such a monster was wiped away.
All the people remembered was John laying in a pool of blood on the stage.

He awoke in a crypt.
He used the sewer system to get back to the hotel, his hotel, seeing its name changed to Dead End.
His children were older, taking care of things as he would,
but he wouldn't dare put them through the emotion strain of seeing him as a rotting corpse.

He sought refuge deep within the hotel's walls.
Somewhere no one, not even his children could find him.
Since then, he has found ways to become more and more powerful.

After all 3 of his family members died, he 'cursed' three objects that would create a shadow of dark magic and occult energy over the entire town.
Deep within Nightshade forest, he turned the berries of a nightshade tree pure white for the pure and kind nature of his wife.
Inside an old factory, a machine that's been long dead- ready to awaken- to represent the twin who loved machinery and to guild things.
At the other side of town, a lone hibiscus flower accidentally turned cold by the touch of death,
supposedly a kind gesture to the twin who enjoyed plantlife.

With these three objects hidden in their respective places,
he even went as far to use pieces of his very soul to keep them hidden
and to hopefully reap revenge on the one he believes murdered him.


Profession/Occupation: First owner of the hotel, Aida's great-grandfather, Zahra's 11th great-grandfather

Magic Abilities: (Make sure you add limitations)
❇ Transformation - He has the power to alter his form at will. It can be anything or anyone as long as he has come into contact with. The transformation may last up to 1 RP day.
❇ Necromancy - As a very powerful lich, he has the power to command hordes of lesser undead such as ghosts, banshees, and zombies. He also has extensive knowledge of the dark arts.
❇ Dark Concord - He may make an agreement with another person to grace them with a certain power. With every power granted, comes a curse. (causes necromancy)
❇ Lich Physiology - As a lich, he has enhanced Agility, Dexterity, and speed. Like all liches, he easily induces fear into those he encounters without cloaking spell or an illusion to change his appearance.

Strengths/Skills: (Non-magic)
✩ Charismatic - Even as a Lich, John still maintains his charismatic nature and chooses each word he says with care. This allows him to manipulate people to do his bidding.
✩ Intelligent - Years of being "alive" has made him very intelligent and strategic.


Weaknesses:
☢ Radiant Damage - Damage may be caused to him using the energy of holy light.
☢ Fire - Tends to be extra weak on old skeletons.
☢ Having 1-3 of the cursed objects spread throughout Glenvale broken
☢ Extremely Greedy and Hubris
