Sherwood had asked both Gravina and Camelot to meet her at the small grove of trees in the park near the library. It was central, without giving away Camelot's usual haunt. She wasn't sure what he would want the new knight to know and what he wouldn't. They'd had a long time to know each other, after all, she she hadn't seen him out of costume yet. Mama Shalott had invited her over for holidays but, well, she had yet to accept it.
If she ever would.
From what she understood the more she knew, the more dangerous she could be to them to be compelled to tell the wrong sort what she knew. She sat on a rock near the creek that ran through the clearing. This was where she and Newgrange had met and held good memories for her. She hoped this would be another to add to the list but Camelot seemed to like taking new knights under his wing as much as Mama Shalott did.
They were kind of made for each other that way, in her mind.
She felt familiar auras approaching, grinning as they did.

Gravina was nervous. What would Camelot be like? Would he know? Would he sense that something was wrong with Gravina? He had to do this. He had to meet Camelot, despite his fears. Despite no longer being a youma, the instinctive and primal terror of anything remotely resembling a royal. Even those on the side of Chaos made youma not ordered into subservience to skitter away and hide, knowing their eternal death could come at any moment from the royal's hands. Gravina unknowingly reached up to scratch his shoulder, a leftover from his days in the dark. His skin itched at the mere thought of being near someone as powerful as Camelot. Still, he had to press on. Taking slow, calming breaths, forcing himself to take longer strides towards the meeting place, Gravina tried not to let his anxiety be too apparent. Keeping his fingers intertwined and placed against his chest prevented the Cosmos Knight from pulling on his uniform. Finally spotting Sherwood in the distance, Gravina steadied his thoughts. It's now or never."H-hi, Sherwood..." Well, that didn't sound too confident.

Camelot was always happy to meet up with his fellow knights, particularly ones he had not been in contact with for a little bit. He tried his best, but sometimes he got a bit busy with things, and he knew the same was true for everyone in the war. He was glad, then, that he and Sherwood managed to make a time to meet.
And that she was bringing someone she wanted to meet him, as well.
Following the two auras that were together in the distance, he approached the clearing and smiled at Sherwood when he spotted her. The other knight he was not familiar with, but nodded his head in greeting as he walked up to them.
"Hello, you two. I hope I'm not too late. I got a little lost on the way here. Good thing we have built in GPS programming with our auras, or I might have ended up in the next town over some how." He shrugged with a warm smile, looking at Sherwood.
"Now, who is your friend here? Hello," he offered his hand to Gravina, "I'm Camelot. Royal Knight of Earth."

"Hey Gravina."
Her warm smile was sure and calm with her usual boisterous edge to it. She had never been a calm person, her playful personality often winning out over peace and quiet. It had rubbed some people wrong in the past but she hoped for his sake that this time it was reassuring. She knew that Camelot was a nice guy and that he was probably going to like the other knight. Anyway, she wasn't worried about it.
When he appeared her grin widened, moving to pounce him with a warm hug.
"Papa Camelot!"
She giggled, smiling at him. He always had this warm air around him that reminded her of fresh baked cookies. It was a weird connection, but one she'd always made nonetheless. When he looked to her friend she stepped back, gesturing toward the other knight.
"This is Gravina. He's a new friend."

ZaiaFantasy IT'S COOL HERE HAVE A GRAVINA HAVING A STROKE Gravina wasn't prepared. Sure, he thought maybe Camelot would be a nice, unassuming man. Maybe older, according to Sherwood's description. He was Papa, after all, but he was also a Royal, which fed into instincts Gravina thought were long dead with Bazzite. He was about to answer Sherwood's confidence with an attempt of his own when they were engulfed by a monstrously large power signature. Despite Camelot's gentle nature and unassuming posture, the Cosmos Knight nearly jumped out of his skin. Sherwood went to hug the man that was like a father to her and Gravina... ...bolted to the nearest tree to attempt to hide behind it, shaking like a leaf. "Pleasedontdustmepleasedontdustmeimgoodnowipromiseipromise--"Face hidden in his hands, Gravina choked down sobs of complete and utter terror. Camelot's aura was a positive, warm and inviting one, but the sheer volume and size of it sent shockwaves to the knight's very core. His body reacted and his brain shut down, now plastered behind a tree, hoping he wouldn't be wiped off the face of the planet at Camelot's slightest whim.

Camelot chuckled and hugged Sherwood tightly in return, always glad to see her doing well. It was rare for her to be in a bad mood, at least as far as he knew from their interactions. He was not expecting her friend to panic as he did, though, blinking in surprise as the young knight went skittering behind a tree. He arched an eyebrow, hearing the soft chant of fear. Dust him? Camelot was unable to transform into another stage, like the Royal Senshi could do. They had their Eternal forms available to them, but Camelot was stuck with his massive aura and intimidating rank. He did the best he could, offering what comfort and reassurances he was able to when people seemed uncomfortable around him, but this was a little different. He powered down, waving his hand at Sherwood to indicate that he was not offended by what happened. They were alone out here, and he was not concerned with his identity being a secret to other knights. "It's okay, Gravina," Tony said. "I'm sorry if I startled you." He approached slowly, holding his hands up as he approached. "I'm just an old man, nothing to fear. I've no intention of hurting you. You're safe."

This was completely new to Sherwood. She blinked in surprise at her new friend knowing he was skittish but not expecting anything like this. She was concerned by Gravina's fear since he had asked to meet Camelot and while she stood next to him watched a little in wonder. He was wonderful, of course, and she'd given him such a warm welcome she thought it would have been obvious that he wouldn't hurt a fly.
Apparently her friend had a secret.
"Gravina, I've never seen Papa Camelot hurt anyone that didn't deserve it. He won't hurt you."
As far as she knew the other knight had done nothing that warranted being punished or dusted, which was an odd choice of words considering the only thing she knew that turned to dust were youma. He looked nothing like a youma, nothing like Merlinite who was half youma. She wasn't sure what to make of it. Following his example Sherwood powered down, putting a hand on Camelot's back to reassure Gravina that he was safe.

ZaiaFantasy Sorry about the wait! ;; I've been distracted! Gravina's face was buried in his hands, his shoulders shaking quietly until Camelot's massive, pure aura had disappeared. Whispering to himself, it took a few near-silent moment before the Cosmos Knight realized the immediate danger had passed. Lifting his face from his hands, blue eyes laid upon an older man and a lovely young lady where Camelot and Sherwood had been standing. Both looked confused and concerned. Sniffing, Gravina cleared his throat and tried to fix up his uniform. "I... I'm sorry, I just..." Should he tell? Surely Camelot would be safe to tell, and Sherwood too. The last thing Gravina wanted was for either of them to be in danger by associating with him. His arms wrapped around himself for a moment. "...I just... I'm still scared of... of exceptionally powerful people, no matter who they are, except for Mom. Cosmos, I mean. Um... when I was... part of the Negaverse, I... lived in the Rift, and... well, people like you, Papa Camelot, you... you got rid of us." The knight of Cosmos swallowed hard. "Permanently. I guess... I guess I... s-still fear that." Eyes cast downward, Gravina's shoulders slumped and he looked utterly ashamed.

Tony nodded at Sherwood, feeling her hand on his back and wanting to reassure her that he had no insult at Gravina's reaction. His words were telling enough, and his fear was very honest, but certainly not rude or mean.
"I know what you mean, and I understand your fear. But you are no longer a Youma, and no one has the power to turn you to dust any more. You are a knight, and your heart is strong. Your starseed is safe, and you are in a place of friends who will fight for you, and at your side. You're not alone in the Rift any more, and I will certainly never hurt you. In fact."
He smiled, carefully, holding his hands up to indicate peace and powering up again. Unfortunately, he could not control the power of his aura, but he could control the way he acted and the things he said. He kneeled in front of Gravina, cape pooling behind him, and bowed his head deeply.
"It is my duty to serve you, and to protect you. As a Royal Knight, that is my honor. You have nothing to be afraid of, my friend."

"A youma? You were a youma?"
Youma used to be...people?
That set off a spiral of thought that sent her reeling. She'd dusted no few youma in her time and it was paralyzing to think that those were people, people that might have been saved and transformed back into people that had lives and families and dreams of their own. She let out a weak sound, her face absolutely falling at the thought of it. She felt guilty for what she'd done, always thinking it was just what she was supposed to do.
Then she realized Gravina might think that she was frowning because of him and immediately forced herself to brighten, staying powered down as she watched the two of them together.
"You're not a youma anymore. You're my friend," she offered. "You've got me to help you."
Well, geeze. How come he got knelt to? Papa'd never done that pledging stuff for her. Though, he had saved her life from Painite once so maybe it evened out that way. Besides, she wasn't the one terrified and kind of half way behind a tree.

The Knight of Cosmos, though clearly an adult, felt like nothing more than a small child. Less than a year old, he'd had so much learning to do, so much catching up to do. When Papa Camelot powered up again and bowed to him, Gravina panicked, dropping to his knees with the Royal Knight. "N-no! No, you're not supposed to serve me. I'm suppose to serve you! You and Sherwood and everyone that I might have hurt when I was... like that... I didn't hurt you, did I?" At Sherwood's question, the Cosmos Knight lowered his head in utter shame. No longer could he, or would he, lie by omission to either one of them. "...y-yes... Yes, I was... a General's youma. I lived in the Rift, with all the other youma. It was... it was Hell down there, and I'm glad I can't remember most of it, and... I'm... really, truly grateful, for people like Cosmos and Papa Camelot, who can fix people like me..." Looking up to Sher---no, she was someone else now, Gravina gave her an apologetic smile. "...n-no, I should be helping you, and Papa too--- Oh! Oh no, I shouldn't call you that, should I? That's rude. You're Sherwood's Papa. Only she can call you that."
