She could not hide away forever. Sooner or later she would have to return to the streets. Later was sooner, sooner was now.
While Corvus could often be found around the park, she took a different route this time. The Senshi of Vengeance did not want to fall into any of her usual routines. She did not want to risk running in to familiar faces that might try and draw her out of her melancholy. The purpose of her night was not to hide from who she was. The purpose of her night out was to embrace it.
That being the case, she found herself wandering the rooftops of the theater district well past midnight. The last shows had let out hours ago, many of the patrons making their way home or onward to bars. It mattered not where they went, so long as they did not linger. No one showed to drain their energy and if anything at all was out of place she did not pick up on it. She sat now, quiet and contemplative, near a neon sign. It flashed beside her, illuminating her face and casting her shadow to the ground.
Time to head home, Batgirl, don't you think?
"Just a moment longer." She spoke to someone. She spoke to no one. She spoke to herself.... And she waited, just a moment longer.

Sorry this has taken me a bit! Let me know if anything should be changed. Also, this can be as close to the Tournament as you'd like timeline-wise, per our convo. <3
