Passive:
Peak Conditioning: Tonitrious posses unprecedented physical fortitude among Shifters, allowing him to lessen most kinetic based attacks such as bullets shots, penetrating blades, and crushing blows without the need of any enhancements. Tonitrious is able to apply any amount of force behind his physical attacks without having to fear of damaging or destroying his body, as the durability it possesses ensures that he can go all out without having to worry. Even extreme weather conditions don't seem to effect him too much.

Shifter Abilities:

Divine Beast Instinct:
When the Shifters came into being thier were those who could preferred to use reason over thier basic animal instinct. As the years went on more and more Shifters lost themselves to the beast within leaving only a few capable of utilizing this power. It is a level of calm were Tonitrious is able to set aside emotions, thoughts, and desires in order to fight in an entirely natural manner; adapting and responding to not only the opponent but also to his surroundings without the need for thought nor intention. This allows Tonitrious to execute more precise attacks and move at a much faster rate. While it does aid in offense this state is more suited for defensive fighting.

Full Charge
Tonitrious skull is incredibly durable and strong, enabling for powerful headbutts to that can knock someone out, break things or destroy structures. By shifting into a four legged form he is able to charge in a linear direction with immense strength causing great destruction. Once he builds momentum, Tonitrious can even break clean through most solid structures without effort.

Pans Cry:

Tonitrious is able to possesses ferocious vocal cords able to create a very loud roar. This ability is usually used as a very effective way of intimidation, but at full strength the sound is loud enough to create vibrations in the air to propel back almost anyone who comes into contact with vibrations. Tonitrious is also able to use the vibrations to break ice, glass, or other similar objects or counter relatively weak blasts of various elements or substances. In its weakest use the force of Pans Cry is only enough to stagger enemies caught in its wake for a short amount of time. When used fully, Tonitrious target can thrown backward with great concussive inflicting additional environmental damage upon impact. However, this can be countered if the target is firmly grounded or posses some form of heavy armor.

Pan's Charm :
Tonitrious naturally possess immense charisma and charm that allows him to sway virtually anyone to his cause and service with barely any effort. Those that he focuses this charm on can become captivated by his almost irresistible personal gravity. This charm can be used on virtually any sentient species to convince them of anything remotely believable. This charm can be applied thru various forms of contact both directly and indirectly such as speaking,or direct eye contract and touch. While powerful Pan's charm cannot override others' wills and values, or cause them to do anything they would find morally incomprehensible. Individuals with high levels of will power or mental capabilities have been able to resist this charm to a great extent.

Pan's Peace:

Tonitrious mere presence lowers the inhibitions of everyone around him and immediately put them at ease. This natural pacification can be directly applied by physical touch and indirectly by using Pans Cry, having a debilitating effect on those targeted lulling them into a tranquil state. Tonitrious primarily uses this power to calm aggressive Shifters who might have been consumed by thier animal instincts, allowing them to full revert back to thier human form in some cases. This allows Tonitrious to avoid unnecessary conflict by ending a fight before it starts. However, using this power against, will only temporarily solve the problem and once the power wears off, thier is a chance the target will resume their activities. While useful against most creatures it is best used against aggressive wild animals to stop their aggression long enough to make an escape.

Pan's Panic:
When invoked Tonitriouse's eyes become much more predatory and killing intent radiates from him. He then unleashes an earsplitting cry that causes creatures and people to instinctually want to flee from him. The polar opposite of Pan peace this roar targets the victims innate flight response. In light burst it can cause the target to freeze in thier tracks paralyzed by Fear. While in larger burst it is capable of knocking out weaker willed or severely weakened individuals out of overload. While highly effective on animals and Shifters those with large amount of willpower or mental capabilities are highly resistant to the roars effects. Can be combined with Pans Cry.
