Aspects of the harness to require self control/neural link, such as the jump jet and shooting the plasma.
The Neural Link is how the wearer controls the harness. Upon place the harness on a small tower of sorts moves up to the base of the neck. Through brain waves and an implant at the base of the skull the thought commands are sent from the wearer to the harness. This grants the harness to act as an addition to the persons body. The link works within a five foot ranged.

This feels like it belongs more in the drawback section. I would also reduce the range from 20 feet to 5 feet, and that it wouldn't necessarily kill anyone else (severely injure for others is fine). How big is the range when she is an inch tall by the way?
- For ranged from, rather than 20 minutes, I would like a post amount for cool-down.
- For other form, rather than minutes/ hours, I would like the amount in posts.

█BACKGROUND ▬ Lena didn't grow up in a regular home, in fact she was a publicity stunt by a rich family who was having a PR nightmare with Faunus. Having everything provided for her she became a punk, doing graffiti art. She was actually really good at it, so much so she would get in trouble. Having gotten into trouble she was sent to be an intern for the for the families tech company. It was during then her semblance activated, shrinking down. Panicking she tried to figure out a way around it, the idea never came. Buckling down she looked through engineering books. Through those books she found her solution, a harness. The harness had limbs and some jets that would help her move around. Upon development, and temporarily proving she wouldn't do graffiti anymore, the family decided she would do better at school. And so she was sent to beacon.

█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ Wasp █ ▬ The harness made from titanium and powered by a small plasma core that rests on the front of the body. The core is able to produce enough power to run the harness itself. Aspects of the harness to require self control/neural link, such as the jump jet and shooting the plasma.
The Neural Link is how the wearer controls the harness. Upon place the harness on a small tower of sorts moves up to the base of the neck. Through brain waves and an implant at the base of the skull the thought commands are sent from the wearer to the harness. This grants the harness to act as an addition to the persons body. The link works within a five foot ranged.
█Melee Form ▬ the limbs, they can reach up to four feet. The limbs are mechanical, using a series of hinges and hydraulics. The heads are wedged shaped, able to open and work as jaws of life. █Ranged Form ▬ the limbs shoot a condensed beam of heated energy, plasma. It takes 3 posts to charge between uses as the limbs need to cool from releasing high amounts of heat or else they will start to melt. █Other Form(s) ▬ Jump jet. This gives two posts of flight, but must wait five between uses. █Ammo Type ▬ Ammo Physical █ ▬ it needs to keep cold/cool. If over used without giving it time to cool the core could heat up and explode, killing the wearer and anyone with in a two foot radius.
