It was another warm-ish night in February, which was a bit disconcerting to Larissa. February was supposed to be COLD and the fact that the weather fluctuated so much, it scared her a bit. Come on Larissa, stop with the negative thoughts she thought to herself as she patrolled the area of the park that she usually went to. She had gone outside tonight on patrol, feeling a bit too shut in and needing some fresh air. It had been better during the day when there was a lot of sunshine, but at night she could tell it was going to be a cold day tomorrow, and she had better enjoy this day while she could.

The wind was strong tonight as she tried to keep her skirt down in case she accidentally flashed anyone her underwear. This is why she didn’t wear skirts without some shorts underneath! But she didn’t really have a choice when it came to her magical uniform. Sometimes she thought that whomever gave these out were making fun of all of them. Senshi, Agents, Knights, whomever, there was clearly a higher power out there that was getting some sort of kick out of seeing if they could humiliate them with ridiculous outfits.

She grit her teeth, trying not to yell out a loud curse, when she finally felt the aura of an agent nearby, and luckily, unlike last time, it didn’t seem to be too powerful, which hopefully meant they were on the same level as her! She decided to ignore the cold for now, and go in the direction it was coming from.

Was Sylvite being a responsible agent? No. No she was not. The Olympics had put her in a sporty mood, but she didn't have skis or skates to fit the season, so that left her favorite summer sport, gymnastics. She was here at the empty park, powered up for the extra boost, of course, to try to follow a tutorial she'd seen on YouTube for the parallel bars, her favorite, on the swingset. She wasn't a gymnast, but she did cheer, which was close enough. And yeah, the swings only had one bar and it was too big not to mention all of the chains in the way, but it would be fine. She was a superhero, she could totally do it.

She did manage to get to the top of the swings pretty impressively in a single jump, but as soon as she gripped the swing bar and tried to hold her weight on it, the slick metal slipped from her gloves before she could even try swinging. She toppled, first hitting the swing seat, which sent the chains clattering, and then skidded into the ground, the rubber mulch digging into her hands. It would've been find if she'd been on her own, but in that moment of silence after the fall, she noticed the aura.

She looked up, and yep. There was the senshi. Her face went tomato red and she scrambled up. This was bad, especially as she probably needed to stop avoiding the enemy if she wanted to rank up, but she also needed to be a bit more, like, imposing.

"Um, hi," she said. "You didn't see that." She summoned her lollipops, because... that would help, maybe?

Larissa was surprised when she finally got to the agent, as it seemed that the agent was just... playing around? She was on the parallel bars, and didn't seem to be targeting anyone or even paying any attention. But Larissa followed the other with her eyes a bit, wondering if this was some sort of trap. However, she was pretty sure it wasn't anything like that, because the agent toppled over pretty soon, and finally seemed to sense Larissa's aura.

Larissa wanted to laugh, but she kept it in check just in case. The last agent she had met up with had been terrifying, so she wasn't too sure what this agent would be like. Hopefully not as scary. It seemed like this agent wasn't though, as the agent greeted Larissa and then seemed to try to hide her embarrassment by telling Larissa that she didn't see anything. Larissa couldn't hide her smile. And then the agent summoned a couple of lollipops... that was kind of gross honestly. How old were those things? Larissa raised an eyebrow. "I guess you aren't getting into any trouble tonight?

Sylvite inhaled and her blush went back to strawberry pink. Pushing her lollipops forward in her grasp, she rubbed and rubbed and rubbed at her knees, trying to get the dust off of her pretty boots. It was kind of working, she was almost calming down a little, but then she looked up and saw this senshi just like grinning at her. When she talked, Sylvite wasn't sure what she was talking about, but like, trouble? She pouted and rolled her eyes, the picture of an indignant teenager.

"Trouble?" She shook her head. "Nope. Not how it works. You don't get to go around acting all perfect and saying we're trouble just for being out here."

The girl was cute. Sylvite wouldn't have minded trying out the whole unlikely friendship thing with her, but she was just not on her game tonight with the fall and everything, and the senshi discriminating against Negas kinda sealed the deal. It was probably good. She was pretty sure she wasn't supposed to be consorting with the enemy.

"Uh... we fight then, I guess?" Yeah. Okay. She threw one of her lollipops at the senshi.

Larissa's smile went to a small frown. What was with all of these agents and them being such jerks? Was that what the Negaverse looked for? Jerkishness? Did they have some sort of test for that? Larissa 'humphed' a bit. "Well as a senshi it is my duty to stop any of you agents if you're out and about draining or trying to drain someone. I can't just stand idly by while you do that." She was sure the agent had already heard that a dozen times but it was true. It's what they were here for. It's why they were both powered after all, good versus evil, someone had to be there to stop the Negaverse.

However, there wasn't time for anything else, as Larissa barely had time to dodge the lollipop that was thrown at her. She felt a bit sorry for the agent, not having a real weapon, even if a lollipop thrown at the right angle and hitting the right spot could really hurt, but it meant that this agent wasn't as bad as that last one. Hopefully.

"All right then, here you go!" Larissa held her hands out in front of her, looking like she was charging some attack before yelling, "Waterlily Dance!" And waiting for the flowers to appear.

Sailor Scout Attack: Waterlily dance!
She summons 5 waterlilies (about a foot in length) scattered randomly and closely, surrounding the target and move around. If the target steps on one of them, they cannot move from it (but can still move their arms and such). Lasts 35 seconds whether or not someone lands on it. If they do, they are stuck for however long the effect has left. Only effects her current target and can be used 3 times.

Oh no. Senshi magic. Magic was cool. Magic was awesome. However, being on the receiving end of it was kinda the opposite.

"Yeah, yeah," she said when Larissa was charging her attack, bending her knees and keeping a close eye on things in the hopes that she'd be able to dodge or something. "You caught me! I was totally gonna drain that swingset!" She held her free hand out and wiggled the fingers for a kind of creepy magic effect., the rolled her eyes. Why'd people even think draining was so bad? It wasn't like it hurt anybody. "No. I just like the park, okay?"

The philosophy talk was cut short when the water lilies started popping up. "Plants?" Well, at least it wasn't anything flying towards her. She started jogging forwards, but her foot brushed against one, and then it just... wouldn't come up. "Hey!"

She pouted, her whole face squishing up. "I know, I know, we're enemies." Well, she had one more lollipop. She threw that one as well since it seemed to be her only option at the moment.

Larissa really wanted to roll her eyes. Okay, so the agent wasn't crazy scary like the others had been. But now she was starting to get as annoying, and Larissa almost thought that the life-threatening agent she had met earlier might be better right now. Chaos agents don't power up if they don't have some nefarious reason, right? She though to herself as she tried to brace herself in case the agent could get close to her. Although it was likely that the other would step on one of the flowers, the flowers could also be missed too.

Luckily for Larissa though, the agent did step on part of one, and was now stuck. Larissa let out a sigh of relief, glad that her magic had worked a bit. But she was conflicted on what to do now. She didn't really have any training in fighting... did she just go up and punch the agent?

Perhaps she could bluff her way into looking more confident than she was? "Yes we are, and that's just a warning of what I can do. If you don't want to do any more then I would suggest you skedaddle elsewhere." She said, putting her hands on her hips, though making sure she was ready in case the agent was able to spring into action and tried to hit her. That at least sounded confident, right?

Sylvite did not try to stop tugging her foot off the ground, although it was definitely not going anywhere. She did not like this feeling of being all trapped and out of weapons. It was too much like the time she'd gotten locked up. Then, the senshi was getting all braggy and weird and basically sounding really, really stupid but also kinda intimidating, and like, hopefully there wasn't backup lurking in the shadows? Despite that growing fear, Sylvite full on rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, no," she said. "You keep being dumb. One," she held up a finger. "You keep acting like I'm causing trouble. I'm not causing trouble." Her voice was pretty whiny as she said this and probably not the most convincing, but it was true. "Two," She brought up another finger and tried to struggle her foot up again, but this time she used a bigger movement so the other girl could see. It was definitely still stuck. "Can't really skedaddle." She brought up her third finger and looked the senshi right in the eyes.

"Three," she said. "I'm not stupid. You're a basic, this is what you can do, plus you already got me. I'm guessing you've got like ten seconds to kill me or whatever." She crouched back down into a combat pose, and her lighthearted tone suddenly went serious, "But to be clear if you try I'm gonna break your starseed with my teeth, 'kay?"

Larissa frowned a bit more. This agent was treating her like a 5-year-old and it was starting to make her angry! Should she play this game? Clearly the agent hadn't been that intimidated, but all that meant was that Larissa might need to fight. She thought for a moment, trying to decide if she wanted to do this. After all, this agent was starting to get on her nerves, but if what the agent was saying was true... then she could leave the agent right? It didn't sound like the other was up for any draining this night.

"Well I can't read minds now can I? And my power is temporary so you should be able to move your foot soon." Hopefully it would be after Larissa had said what she needed. Or asked in this case.

"You sure you're not up to anything?" She said, an eyebrow lifting, looking intently at the agent. Her voice clearly indicated a war within herself, trying to decide if she really wanted to believe the agent or not. After all, she hadn't yet met an agent that had tricked her yet. Only ones that had intimidated her into running away.

So the senshi was actually like, listening to reason? And not in a way that was making her try to kill Sylvite? That was a first.

She wiggled her foot again. This time it moved. She looked down. No more lilies. Okay. That was good. That was really good, actually. Plus the senshi hadn't actually tried to kill her, so this was altogether going a lot better than it could have.

"Yeah, sorry for the misunderstanding," she said, conveniently shoving under the rug the fact that she'd also been partially responsible for starting the fight. And well... maybe she should try harder at the fighting thing, but she'd given it a solid effort and anything more would just be an embarrassment to the Negaverse. However she was still in a combat stance just in case.

"And, yeah, I'm really not doing anything bad. I'm not lying about that. It's not like that, okay?" She briefly considered adding something about how the Negaverse was actually great, but she decided not to push her luck.

"I'll even leave now, because I'm kinda out of the zone now," she gave a pointed look, "But this is not skedaddling." Ugg, this whole night had just been a mess. She slowly and pointedly started walking away.

Larissa waited for a moment, debating on whether or not the agent really meant it, but it seemed like the other was telling the truth. Larissa sighed. "All right, sorry about that then. I'll be more careful next time." She said it in a voice that conveyed true apology, but some slight suspicion as to whether or not she really should let the other go.

But if resorting to fists could be avoided, then Larissa was fine with that. She nodded, now feeling a bit more confident about her decision. Besides, she wasn't going to go and attack someone who's back was turned to her. "Okay. I'll leave too." Larissa had made up her mind. She had done what she needed to do, checked the situation, and luckily it had been diffused without coming to blows. A pretty good night actually.

Larissa started to leave herself, but before doing so, couldn't help but say, "Try not to get into trouble!" She said, before running off, glad to be able to go back to her home now.
