Amid rivers that are slow moving and have been mostly frozen over lies Seizan's Mills. The area is to the northwest, 300m out from the city itself and just as difficult to traverse as the rest of the area. The large, wind powered mills are located in the center between the western and centered of the frozen rivers, while the hydropowered one lies along the center most of the three. The last of the three lies closer to Seizan. Between the mills is a building that houses the various grains produced here.
