Interesting note, Gaidin made this when he was a regular user, he just happens to be a mod now. So really any updates would have to be asked of him as he's the OP.
When you go to reply to it, the page says: "Sorry, this thread is now old and decrepit. Please find a newer thread about this topic or create your own to continue discussing!"

We're trying to get faster servers to handle graphics, I hope that it isn't an issue with the computer animating the sprites. The game currently don't have a way of producing less graphics. There might be a way for us to load a non-animated version of the image but that'll be quite a sizable project.

I'm not sure. I'm working on a temporary solution. The problem is that we switched to a more modern chat server. The older server lets the program see everyone everywhere, so it was easy to get a location for everyone. The new server only lets me see data for people in the same room. It is faster and more efficient but doesn't allow us to have that feature. As I say I'm trying to think of a workaround.

We actually have someone looking over the leader board backlog now, once they are done with that we'll be issuing out the trophies. No exact ETA at the moment, but there is someone actively reviewing it which is progress from the previous weeks where we didn't have anyone available to take a look.

Lake Kindred: Would it be possible to make it so bosses in areas only drop the "good" prizes? An example would be Sandman Rose in Fafnirs Peak. She's got 1000+ HP at the highest stage, making it difficult for the average player to kill her, and she doesn't drop anything special. There's no reason to fight her, but if she were to, say, only drop the RIGs in the area and not the gold drops, it'd give players a reason to specifically fight her.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll ask the team to look into adding better prizes for the bosses.

Last week lanzer said that we'd return to the ticket schedule soon. However, there wasn't one this week either. Can you really not let us know what tickets will be in the shop and when? I can't always be on gaia and I'm scared that I'll miss the ticket that I've saved $400 for in gcash. These are big purchases and it doesn't make me feel good to spend so much on the site when no one can be transparent about them.

We're trying something else for the time being,
but mostly it's event season and we're making sure things are set for that!

Probably not across the site, but we can probably look into doing it for the forum areas. Gaia had way too many features built over time, and many were written in different formats throughout the years, so night mode for the whole site would be really difficult.

Could we get a refresh button in trades? As it is, we have a popup notification we have to click when we refresh to submit the form again.
And also for trades, could we get a second type of trade that lets us just send a bunch of items to someone without getting anything back or having to wait for their acceptance? Like a bunch of unwrapped (or wrapped would be cool, too) gifts?

We could add a refresh button. Though it would be nice to get real time updates on things like these. Having a second option to gift vs trade can be done, though the trading code is pretty old and I don't know if it might end up being a big time sink.
The new site header was supposed to be fully capable of real time refresh, and if other pages are written the same way then everything would update in real time. Unfortunately converting all the pages would be too big of a project.

The last update we had was just a few new items mixed in with the previous update, and I somewhat recall plenty of complaints in relation to glitches with that last update as well (such as people getting items that weren't what they spun, etc). Golden Catch is a great way for people to get brand new recolors when they can't buy or want to spend GC for them, so it'd be nice to see this get a new update!
If I can make a suggestion: I think this would be a great opportunity to take items that are 3-5 poses and usually never get recolored outside of their debut CI or Gatcha or freebie items that users aren't allowed to recolor, and give us brand new recolors of them! wink

I assume you want a full-screen option to be able to see more of your items at a time.
There is a reason for limiting the number of items displayed. The fewer items, the better performance. Can you imagine trying to arrange 20,000 items at once? Yep, some Gaians have that many items! We are working on a new inventory system now that will hopefully make it easier to arrange and sort your inventory.
As long as a can still organize my invo from my ipad with whatever new thing you do for inventory i don’t care what you do with it. Yeah i know i see it in the exchange anlot with the invo sales people do.
No what i meant was an option so see more of the items in your storage rather than main invo. I like keeping my main invo at 1 page because I don’t want to colour organize every oage, but i keep a lot of items in my storage that I don’t use as often but still will, but finding then in a pain in the bloody a** because its not a fuller screen option like the main invo has.
Blarg i wish i could explain what i mean better.
I do test it on the ipad, as well as several android phones every time I update, so you should be fine there. The new system allows you to create custom storage boxes, sort of like folders and files on a laptop.

I'll be upping the reward very soon for zOMG. I thought I fixed the Bar last week, will check again tonight. (as well as the pier) . We will put the sweetheart ring on sale if it's not already.
