Water - Celia can detect differing density and pressurised nature of water to 20 meters (seeing gaps in the normal nature of the water moisture and detecting buildup of it in living creatures)
Air - in open air Celia can detect changes and disruptions in airflow to 80 meters

Weapon Techniques
Flint strike C rank - Palming flashpowder the user feints as they throw the powder, creating a spark as they draw there blade, igniting the powder to block a close attacker/defenders vision with a cloud of smoke and bright flash, providing an opening to strike.
Blossom Strikes - B rank - a high speed two part offence and defense the user draws and pivots to deflect a blow before continuing there draw into a drag cut along the foes body and blade as they fully produce the sword, stepping to strike at there rear as they engage there hands with the scabbard.
Pivot ram - C rank - turning the user strikes the opponent with the scabbard, either ramming into or attempting to trip them before drawing and using a rotating overhead strike while they retreat to create distance
Flicker Strike - A rank - highly refined form of quick draw the user abuses all available means to produce additional speed and power in a strike, stepping in and trading balance into a forward fall the user begins there draw, using the current downwards momentum and gravity to gain an unparreled draw speed, dragging the rear foot forwards and hopping upwards while rotating the entire body as the cut begins to properly begin its arc, adds tremendous force and momentum to the strike, and allows for a follow-up quick reset
Upgraded Iaijutsu- S ranked - way of no sword - s ranked Iaijutsu specializing in the application of quick draw strikes to defend and attack an enemy - has been modified to gain even greater speed through slight of hand, in which the user actually holds the blade briefly in a quick draw to add greater speed, before sliding it to a two handed strike position to abuse leverage to add yet more speed and power. Momentum and speed are key in the style with enough of it providing the power and accuracy to cut boulders and even cut through other swords in draw cuts or sheath shatters (entangling an enemies blade in there own while resheathing, efficiently snapping the sword with the binding flex placed on it)

Description: a paired blade and sheath, black and silver in coloration, the sheath features a repeating rose pattern, the hilt carefully wrapped silver and softened sharkskin, the blade "measures" 110 cm, with it's hilt measuring 25 cm, weighing in naked at 3kg exactly - in it's sealed state
Ability - when released by making contact with chakra (whether through drawing blood, being used to block a chakra based attack, or being infused) the blade enters it's active state
The blades active state replaces it's normally tempered steel blade with solidified anti-chakra, with the following simplistic abilities
The blade measures dimension wise 3cm by 2mm by 100cm (yes that's a downside slightly) occupying 60 cm^3
The blade while making contact with the hilt or its user may reshape itself so long as it does not exceed it's space limit at will to a minimum size of .2 cm by 1 cm (blade thickness and width slightly reduced)
The blade expands in size whenever it is used to absorb a technique or bites flesh by the following chart

The blade cannot disperse or negate S rank and above techniques unless it is... huge... frankly

When returned to it's sheath the blade diffuses to it's sealed state and converts all current anti chakra to normal chakra, giving it to the user at a low return ratio (can't absorb an A to fire an A... .more like a C)
