Kekkei Genkai: Aura of Kagu-tsuchi. Members of the Kagutsuchi clan can turn their chakra into a physical aura surrounding them. This aura creates a blazing field around them, causing their aura to take on an appearance similar to a raging flame. This field stays rather near to their body, only appearing inches from their skin. With sufficient experience, they can cause the field to expand to up to 5 feet, but this would be a large drain of chakra and most members of this clan do not utilize this form as they view it as a waste. Members can condense their aura and cause it to become much hotter and stronger in specific areas such as around the fist or leg. This aura serves as a natural deterrent to keep enemies from entering a close range. One unusual trait of these members is that they can absorb nearby flames that were not created by them into their aura to power it. Members with this kekkei genkai are also extremely weak to water release, as it will completely null their aura and the fact that a large majority of their techniques are fire release. Only some members are born with this kekkei genkai.
Bloodline Techniques:
God of Flames- A Rank: The user condenses their aura and then connects it to nearby flames controlling both their size, shape, and intensity. Using this they can turn manipulate the shape of fire around them allowing to shape it how they see fit.
Aura of KaguTsuchi-S Rank: This is a blazing aura that materializes inches from the user's skin. While active they become immune to flames up to B rank. This aura can be condensed to cover a smaller area and it will burn much hotter in this shape. It can be expanded to up to 5 feet but doing so will drain chakra at a rapid pace. These flames are directly tied to emotion and therefore when someone with this Kekkei Genkai becomes angry, the flames become hotter and more intense. This isn't to say that it is impossible to change the temperature of the flames at will, but whenever the temperature is made hotter more chakra is consumed to keep the aura around them.
Fist of Flames -C Rank: The user condenses their aura into their fist or hand to throw a powerful punch. While throwing the punch, they will be able to push their aura a few feet ahead to increase the range.
Hand of a King- C Rank: The user pools some of their aura into the palm of their hand to create a small fireball that they can then throw at their opponent. This is one of the few techniques in which aura can be thrown farther than the limit of the aura without consuming unnecessary chakra
A King's Ascension-SS Rank: The user superheats their aura, turning it to a temperature so hot that it melts the surrounding earth around them and they turn almost supernova. Upon activation, the user instantly burns every nerve that would cause them to feel pain. This is done as a safety measure to protect them from the almost unbearable pain this technique brings. They then rapidly expand it to the 5-foot radius and burn everything around them within up to a 50-foot radius immediately scorching them. This is their final trump card to defeat an enemy and once this technique finishes they will die very soon after. This technique is seen as the ultimate sacrifice and those that die from it are revered and believed to have ascended to godhood after their death
Armor Of KaguTsuchi- S Rank: This is an advanced technique that only A-rank and above members of this clan can perform. They manipulate their aura in a way that causes it to materialize around them as a suit of armor. The appearance of this armor varies from shinobi to shinobi, but the essential function of it is the same. It defends against attacks from conventional weaponry as the heat will melt it when the armor is heated using the user's aura. This makes it extremely difficult for taijutsu users to attack them, and swordsmen as well.
Forge of Gods- A Rank: The shinobi manipulates their aura in a way that allows them to create flaming hammers that they can then throw at their targets. These hammers explode on impact as well, spreading their flames in a small radius around them. These hammers require precise control over one's aura as the smallest disruption in their aura before being thrown can cause them to dematerialize and force them to create a new one.
Secret Techniques:
None, they do not keep their techniques hidden as most of them are directly related to their Kekkei Genkai
Physical Characteristics: All members have red hair in varying shades. This causes some of them to be mistaken for Uzumaki on occasion. Those that are born with the kekkei genkai also have a birthmark that is in the shape of the clan symbol
History: The Kagutsuchi clan are a very reclusive clan and prefer to not mingle much with other clans and peoples in Konohagakure and Unity. This is mostly due to the fact that they have very short tempers and accidentally set things ablaze very often while they are growing up. In every 10 children born in the village, one child is born with the kekkei genkai and this is shown by the mark of the clan on them as a birthmark. The village believes in allowing the children to live normal lives until they turn 16 in which those with the Kekkei Genkai must undergo a rite of passage to become defenders of their clan. This rite of passage is rather simple in theory, they simply have to shake the right hand of the current clan leader while it is cloaked in their aura. While it appears simple, if they are deemed unworthy due to ill intent or too weak then they will be left with several 3rd-degree burns to their hand, scarring their hand for life. Once they pass this rite they are then subjected to intense training for the next 5 years of their life, after which they must make a choice. Stay in the clan and help train the next generation and protect the people, or go out into the world to do what they can to help. Passing this right of passage also grants them great respect in the village as well, causing their clansmen to hold them in high regards, while also treating them still as their clansmen as the concept of familial values is very important to them. While most members of this clan are very short tempered, they hold deep bonds and very rarely are they seen in-fighting and holding grudges towards each other. When they make friends with outsiders they will ensure that they cherish that bond and will always take care of those they care for.
