Those that did not want to be normal joined the Elusive Eight. Where it was once a group dedicated to protecting the president, it was expanded upon when the RHO was created. Now they are warriors, more adept than those in the academy, and they make up most of the adults and others that have chosen to stay instead of becoming bounty hunters. The elite of the elitist, these warriors have access to the CEBA units as well as the best food and living areas. Though they do not get to lay their heads in their homes, having property when most live in huts is something that is aspired to.
