TRINITY MANOR A Gothic Victorian styled mansion located on the edges of the Lusia border on a relatively large plot of land. Home to the duchess Blake Trinity, her family, and whoever they really welcome to stay there. The exterior is decorated with pale greens, dark grey, and white. It has two floors, an attic, and a basement. Off the back is a patio, garden, and gazebo. The denizens of the house can sometimes be seen training in the far back.
The first floor is comprised of several rooms, the front door opening into an entryway with stairs to the second floor as well as doorways to the living room, a small library, and the dining room. This first room is lightly decorated and furnished, not much use other than looking nice when company walks in. To the right is a personal library, full of seemingly normal titles given the fact that this is a home to two necromancers. This room leads to a small study for quiet contemplation, homework, chilling out, etc. Alternatively, taking a right will lead one down a hallway that leads to a restroom, the large dining room, wide galley kitchen, and basement. The basement serves as a personal study for both Blake and Cheyenne, split into two rooms for each magus. The entire thing is lined with dark brick.
Blake's side in particular has a desk with a chair, several bookshelves, a chaise lounge, and several lamps. Plastered all over the walls are notes on different spells, extraplanar creatures she's considered summoning, magic circles, etc. One notebook in particular sits on her desk with a cord tied around it, her most recent work.
Walking past the staircase in the entryway will lead one to the massive living room with an open door and view to the patio in the back. There are also two guest rooms, several closets, and another restroom on this floor. The second floor holds the den, a small bar, several bedrooms, and a pull-down staircase to the attic. Most of the bedrooms have a balcony save for Lucy's. The attic isn't really anything worth mentioning. Just holds stuff their not using. I'll add more later xD
This building is closed to all aside from those who live there or those invited to visit by anyone who lives here.

▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱"Ro...wan..." Blake felt heavy. Very heavy. With just a look from her dragon kin companion, she'd collapsed to the ground as a white light erupted and threatened everything. The feeling wasn't lifted when she felt someone holding her back as her body did everything it could to move forward. Just picking up her arms was difficult. "Why can't I... move?" Rowan's silhouette was before her, just out of reach. "Stop it. Let me go! If you don't-" The white enveloped the scene, the people, leaving just herself all alone, still feeling like the floor would break underneath her weight. It did just that. A snapping sound echoed through the empty space before a deep black crack opened beneath her. Once again, she tried to move, to frantically get away from the danger but to no avail. It took all of her strength just to stand, and with her weight at more focused points, the world gave way.
A hard jump of her heart was enough to kick-start Blake's thoughts out of her dream. She was warm, incredibly warm. The woman was so comfortable that she was prepared to melt back into unconsciousness despite such a strange dream. In her ear was a familiar dulcet thudding, an indicator to what exactly the half elf was snuggled up so closely. Ah... It's Rowan. Too encumbered with drowsiness to feel remotely embarrassed, she simply accepted the situation as denying it felt like a wasted opportunity. How though? I don't remember... We were talking, right? Did I fall asleep? For a moment, she just lay there with her eyes closed and a faint smile, content with the situation. Tracing her hand across his chest, Blake nestled in closer to the man. Sleeping on her side like this, one ear was pressed flat while the other remained free from her piled hair. Birds were chirping outside, and the added heat the sun provided the room meant it was already morning. Despite that, she was completely willing to let sleep take her again. This sensation of absolute comfort and safety was not an opportunity willingly passed up. Whatever backlash awaited couldn't counter this. That was at least her line of logic in her current state. Light green hair tousled across the pillow she'd replaced for Knight, Blake let out a quiet "Mmm" and let her mind slip.
...Why did it still feel like she was being crushed? Something was on top of her, something big, like a dog, or a child or a... Blake suddenly realized she knew this feeling quite well. Her eyebrows furrowed, hoping she was experiencing sleep-induced delirium. Maybe she was completely imagining it. This was unmistakably Natalia's tail slung across her hips. The couple blankets between kept dragon's scales anonymous, but the weight and positioning made it easy enough to identify. She didn't even need to open her eyes to know. In fact, she refused to. Perhaps if it wasn't seen, it wasn't there. "Nngh. This is my spot... I knew you were cruel, but this is straight savage." Blake's voice was light and airy, but it was a groan all the same. Honestly, how could Nat do such a thing? A morning like this was precious and not meant to be stolen! Then again, these sort of actions were right up Natalia's alley... The fae said a silent goodbye to her happiness before sighing and opening up one eye. Seeing a tuft of white hair, it seemed that the maid had decided to be brave and slithered around Rowan's waist, cuddled up to him in a similar fashion as her "client" simply...lower. With that fact in mind, an equally flustered and frustrated grumble came from her throat. In the span of only a couple seconds, the blonde attempted to slip out and away from her two bunk-mates and out of the bed.

"Darkness, light. Justice, Corruption. The line's been blurred so much recently... that I don't know what to believe in anymore..."
Rowan had merely been resting his eyes after Blake had fallen asleep when something had slithered into their bed mischievously. Not sensing much danger from whatever it was, the young man had kept his cool and not given a reaction to the arrival. Unfortunately, he became quite alarmed when it wrapped itself around his waste rather nonchalantly and proceeded to move some sort of limb over him to possibly wrap around Blake as well. Opening one eye, Rowan had quickly found the perpetrator to be Natalia... something that irked him quite a bit. What do you think you're doing, lizard? He thought to himself, sneakily watching the woman drift off into what he believed to be a rather peaceful sleep. Was she.... content with sleeping like this, wrapped around someone who had bested her in combat? Sure the woman had been quite mischievous back on Terra... but this was downright affectionate. The shift in actions and attitude was rather jarring, especially considering he was rather confident the woman was unaware that he could turn off his anti-dragon attributes now. Does that mean she's willing to risk sleeping in the most uncomfortable way possible just to bother me? He thought to himself, sighing as he resigned to Natalia's display of affection.
It was not until the morning that he heard sounds once again, the necromancer elf he called his mage snuggling into him even more. She was apparently saying his name in her sleep, something that caused him to grow rather concerned about what she may be dreaming up in her little head. Still, he remained quiet and stoic, not opening his eyes as he heard the slight scolding she began to give Natalia upon waking up. Her spot? It's almost like she's forgotten that I'm not really asleep... or maybe she's counting on me hearing what she's saying? Whatever the case seemed... Blake was quite intent on getting out of whatever situation she placed herself in. After grumbling some, she made some pitiful attempt to try and move away from Rowan and climb out of bed. Rowan, still pretending to be asleep, suddenly pulled his arm around and brought the half-elf back into him, locking her in place as he continued to keep his eyes closed. You make me do everything, don't you? At least I can just play it off like I'm not really aware of what I'm doing. She'll buy it completely and it'll keep whatever idea she has of me intact. He thought to himself.
What was he going to do about Natalia though? She seemed to be pressed into him and trying her best to snuggle the life out of him. Prying her off of him was always an option... but being so violent to her immediately without any sort of provocation seemed to be a surefire way to get yelled at by Blake. Or maybe Blake secretly wanted him to toss Natalia across the room like some living dart. The two of them seemed to be on friendly terms from what he saw on television... but he knew that Natalia had always had a way of getting under Blake's skin. Then again... he could instill a bit of fear into her. So, instead of harming or hurting the poor little dragonkin, Rowan simply placed an arm slightly around the woman's back... and left it there... unmoving... and unyielding. That way, when she woke up to try and slither away thinking she had gotten away with her actions, she would find it nigh impossible to move. That being done, Rowan simply held Blake close to him and prevented Natalia from moving at all, his eyes still closed as he contemplated what chaos would ensue in the next few minutes.

Savage, my dear, is the amount of backlash I've already received regarding your PDA, Natalia thought. Not that this was some kind of punishment for that. No, no. She was actually quite impressed Blake was brave enough to do such a thing. That also applied to the situation in which they currently found themselves, the one the idol did not seem too thrilled about. And what, pray tell, do you mean by your spot? Drowsiness has made you gutsy, kid. Ah, but sleepy Blake had its benefits. When people were just about to go fall asleep or they've just woken up, many of their normal "filters" go down. Nat had attempted to take advantage of this a number of times, but even a drowsy Mage had willpower. There was also the fact the woman looked great even when disheveled from hours of sleep. If that weren't something Natalia admired, one could easily say she'd be jealous of that fact. Still, Blake's little scolding would go mostly ignored as the dragon woman was quite pleased with this situation. These two were quite comfy, and she'd be damned to pass up cuddling alongside them. The other female didn't seem too keen on sharing, though. Despite her statements having a threatening nature to them, Blake making a move to subtract herself from the equation.
Rowan wasn't having any of that. Natalia had lifted her head just in time to catch him pull his Mage right back. She had to stifle a giggle in the comforter while a slight wave moved throughout her tail. Normally such an act by her master would probably cause Blake to change several shades in an instant, but given how uncomfortable she seemed to be with the dragon kin's presence, Natalia wondered if the moment would have been considered less enjoyable. It wasn't difficult to understand why. While there had been a few instances where the elf had allowed her snuggling, so long as it remained just that, there was an issue. That issue wasn't Natalia. You are certainly against sharing, aren't you? Not that she blamed the poor girl. He was a total hottie, and a good brother, and Knight, even soldier... Her red eyes changed from mischievous to a little sad before she closed them again. Well, if Blake wasn't going anywhere, then she supposed breakfast was up to her. "Aw, mom, five more minutes. He's so comfy." Her voice was barely above a whisper. She honestly wasn't even sure Rowan was asleep. Most of his activity in Shibuya had taken place at night, so if he did sleep, would he have been able to that night? It may have even been some time since he'd had a bed. A little while longer for this wouldn't hurt anything, though. At least, that was what she had thought.
The sudden pressure on her back caused her muscles to tense up, even her tail left from Blake as it coiled up closer to her own body. It was...confusing. Had she been able to be 100% sure that he was unconscious, this would be less nerve-wracking. Without that guarantee, though, there was room for intention. Between his hand and negation of the escaping Blake, Natalia couldn't help but feel like this was deliberate. Then there was the matter of that creeping dread. She'd been prepared for the anti-dragon Armament went she'd crawled into bed with them. Being too near it would usually give her stomach-aches, but this opportunity had been too good to pass up. How often did she get the chance to cuddle up to her own fiancé, after all? It seemed that it was time to take her leave, though. Any longer and this would stop being fun. Moving her hands to the bed, the dragon maid...did nothing. She couldn't move. Rowan's hand was a complete dead weight above her center of gravity. At first, her plan was to take her leave gently and quietly, maybe a wink to Blake, something sassy. When that failed, a little more strength had been added. It did not take long for her submission to getting up turned into desperation to do so, Natalia trying to wriggle away at different angles. Defeated, her face dropped back to the Knight's waist before the most helpless groan was muffled by several blankets. "My, my, master. How selfish. Keeping all the women just for himself. Who would have thought, eh, Miss Blake?" she asked as if she had any dignity or control over the situation left. While she'd dropped the "Miss" from Blake's name some time ago, the sudden reminder of Rowan's...capabilities had her crossing her T's and dotting her I's. Just a flick from Gram was enough to give the woman a splitting migraine for a week.

▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱ Blake was a little surprised when Rowan caught her mid-escape and pulled her back to him. It would be a lie if she said she wasn't grateful for that. The longer she could lay with him like this, the better. Natalia, however, was distracting. Her little plea for time was only returned an unamused expression from the magus. Geez, she's hellbent on making this awkward. Ugh, whatever. If I let her ruin this for me, then she'll probably see that as a win. With that thought, Blake exhaled a sigh that began in vexation and ended in ease, once again becoming comfortable alongside her Knight. Blake tilted her head back to look at Rowan. His eyes were closed, and his expression peaceful. Was he asleep? Last night, it didn't seem like he'd been tired at all. Did Rowan even need to sleep? She felt like she'd asked that question already but couldn't remember the answer. There were quite a few things that each of them needed to be caught up on, so the magus had asked him several questions regarding his time in Shibuya as well as his new form. What she didn't remember is a few rather gushy remarks that had slipped out as well as a few of her questions after hitting a certain point of exhaustion. Blake closed her eyes, her lids feeling heavy. If sleep would take her, so be it. There wasn't too much on the itinerary for the day, and it had been some time since she was able to sleep in. Rowan seemed to be out, but there was some layer of doubt to that. Counting out him denying her begrudging exit, he'd been pretty still.
The same did not apply to Natalia. The plan was to simply ignore the woman's presence and continue to enjoy her time with her Knight, once again holding onto him. That much was difficult when the dragon kin sharing the bed with them wouldn't. Quit. Squirming. "Na-" Blake's pained whisper was cut-off by Natalia's cry into the bed. Though she seemed to recover rather quickly, addressing first Rowan and then Blake. Ah, that's the problem. He's got her pinned, too. Heh... Maybe he really was asleep or acting while only half-conscious. Then again, something like that could very well be deliberate as it caused the dragon woman a certain amount of grief. What had she honestly expected upon joining them? After all, she was "comfy". If Blake could've done anything about the situation, Custas would've dragged her out of the bed before she'd even been pinned. Using a higher-level summon for something like that felt like a waste, especially since she only had one for the next week. Not trying too hard, Blake made a copy of the sheet right above Natalia. It simply floated down and covered the woman. "Shhh... It's quiet time. Anyway, wouldn't a selfish person be the one sneaking into beds?" she asked pointedly.
Enveloped once again in warmth and safety, her mind drifted a little. Yesterday evening had been quite eventful. Just as Blake had imagined, the police had quite a few questions for them, and Phaser had some of his own. Luckily, they couldn't really do much as far as arresting Rowan went... though the duchess did offer to help with property damage. Shaking the press was easy enough, but the rest of the night was spammed with phone calls asking for interviews within the next few days. While she didn't mind, it was doubtful her Knight would be up for anything of the sort, and she didn't plan on asking him to sit through one with her, either. Lucy had already been in bed by the time they'd gotten home. Blake had a feeling that if her or Natalia weren't up before the kid, Lucy would come knocking on the door at some point. That would be the end of cuddle time. Suddenly feeling as though their time would be cut short soon, the half elf buried her face in Rowan's chest.

"Darkness, light. Justice, Corruption. The line's been blurred so much recently... that I don't know what to believe in anymore..."
Rowan did not seem too bothered by the words of Natalia nor Blake, simply basking in the fact that he was most likely torturing Natalia in some way by keeping her in place. he could tell that she was trying her hardest to pry herself away from him, and he figured that the fear might be setting in that he might try to use Gram's properties to ruin her day a little bit. Just the thought of it made him stifle a chuckle so that the two of them would not realize that he was not only awake but capable of laughter. Unfortunately, the two of them were beginning to become complacent after a few moments, quickly adapting to the situation rather than becoming frantic about it. These two are way too honest about their feelings. It's troublesome.... too troublesome... The man thought to himself before letting out at rather soft sigh. "I guess there's really no real way to make trouble for you two anymore, is there?" He muttered, opening up his eyes rather slowly as he looked over to gaze at Blake. "I get why you're acting the way you are... but why's the lizard being so... lovey dovey?" Rowan asked, taking note of the subtle change in Natalia's actions and way of talking.
The fact that he had even paid enough attention to her before "The Moment" should be something rather surprising, but showing concern for her altered state of being was something Rowan had never really done before. "And as for keeping all the women to myself, I think it's more selfish to dress Blake up however you want to fulfill your repressed desires. She's not some child's doll." He stated in a rather scolding tone to his voice. After addressing Natalia, he removed his arm from its spot and flung the sheet off of her, revealing the dragonkin that Blake had so thoroughly hidden from view. "You've been having way too much fun lately. Plus... you were looking into me, weren't you? A couple of the thugs I beat into submission mentioned a dragon-girl running around asking about me and trying to find me. I figured you'd be the last person to ask...." Rowan began, his voice trailing off slightly as he stared forward towards the door of the room. There was... something in it that had caught his eye... something familiar.
Floating there, in the door frame, was a rather elegant woman in all green and blonde hair. Elf ears that seemed to reach a bit farther than any he had ever seen, she was simply facing towards his with her eyes closed. A light smile was on her lips as she simply waited for his acknowledgement. What was interesting about this situation, is that Rowan was most likely the only one that could see her at the moment. She was on the Ethereal Plane, and thus she was invisible to almost all others that existed in this new world called Earth. His face growing a bit pale, he heard the woman speak to him. "The world has changed since you picked it up, has it not? Everything's changed... and you have changed. You did not... fail to disappoint. Your attitude, your way of talking, your feelings have matured. The past... is not something you hold in contempt anymore. You're close... close indeed." The woman stated, moving backwards in the door frame until she entered the hall outside. "Hold the dagger close to you. For it will guide you to what you can become. Keep the dagger near you, for you can only understand it once is has experienced what you have."
The woman faded away rather quickly after exiting the room, and Rowan was left there to simply stare at the doorway as if he had seen some sort of ghost. His gaze, however, quickly turned towards Blake. "I don't suppose you have any plans for today, do you? I figured we could try something normal... or maybe we could go exploring like we used to. It's really whatever you want to do Blake." He stated, obviously not feeling too well after seeing the floating fae woman for a second time. Blake, however, made him feel a little bit better as he gazed upon her form. She was truly a beauty... and it had been so long since he had seen her. The man had to force himself not to smile as he watched the half-elf, obviously trying to keep up his rather cool attitude towards her to preserve the image that she fell for.

Whoosh!"Are you saying you had me immobile to get a rise from me? The streets have made you quite the deviant." Or perhaps he was always like this, simply not willing to reveal such things. As the sheet from atop Natalia was removed, her mischievous grin was revealed, her gaze meeting Rowan's. Just how long had he been awake, anyway? "Oohh~?" Repressed desires... a comment like that her sound much creepier than any of her intentions. What was the problem with it, anyway? Blake's popularity had increased tenfold thanks to her efforts. Her tail whipped back and forth as she watched him. With a toothed smile, the woman rolled out of the bed, finally free. "Perhaps I have had too much fun, but how is a poor maid to entertain herself without her proper master and husband around?" She raised both arms above her head and stretched, her tail extending out behind her. A few popping sounds echoed from her spine. Nothing like a good stretch to start off the day, especially after being pinned in an uncomfortable position...
Natalia was a little surprised. First off, that he didn't think she'd help in searching for him. There were several reasons. His disappearance had kicked Blake into high-gear for quite some time, and she hated seeing the fae girl like that. It wasn't fitting. Nat was a maid, not an emotional baby sitter. That would have been what she'd normally said, but Rowan's suspicions about the change in her attitude were not misplaced. Ever since he'd saved her, the dragon woman's opinion of him was slowly altering. Seriously, risking his own life to save her and she wasn't even his precious mage. What bothered her about that was his past. He'd died to her, after all, that wasn't a secret. Even more surprising, his death was no normal kill for her. It was only until after the Moment she'd found out the circumstances that surrounded this whole thing. It all confused her. Greatly. Nonetheless, Natalia found her opinion of her fiance to have improved, to say the least. For a second, her expression relaxed from it's usual devious smile into a more natural one. That did not last long. "How cruel, master! The last? Come now, what kind of maid is without a master? That simply drops me down to lowly cleaning lady. We can not have that." She paused a moment, not sure how exactly to get the next part out. "And if it is all the same, I've yet to properly thank you." Her statement was muttered, as if saying something like that aloud was difficult for her. Even her posture gave away her unhappiness, one hand on her hip; Natalia couldn't even make eye contact as she said it. Ugh. This is getting annoying, suddenly.
Looking back at the young man, he... didn't even seem like he was paying attention! The kid was just staring off into space! Her expression broke, clearly frustrated that her truth-telling seemed to have gone ignored. "Oi! Ah-" No. Was something wrong? Blake zoning out like that made sense, but Rowan did not. She raised an eyebrow before sighing. "I am going to go wake up the kid. Don't have too much fun you two~," the woman called out to them before leaving, closing the door behind her. Whenever I think too much about this, it gives me a stomach ache. What sort of sick Karma is this, anyway? Hmm... oh well. It's nice to know he's back and safe. Her lips pulled into a gentle smile as she strolled down the hall.

▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱ When she felt Rowan sigh, Blake didn't think too much of it until he spoke up about making trouble for the two women using him as their personal body pillow. She blinked a few times before looking up at him. Was pulling her closer supposed to be troublesome? Granted, an action like that would normally cause her to gain several shades of color, but given the circumstances, she didn't instantly clam up. Blake had nearly lost him too many times to waste time and opportunities being shy and nervous. Though the man pointing out her open attitude did not do her any good. "Ah, uhm... I think I could blame a couple people for that." Lucy, namely. Ever since they'd brought the girl home, Natalia had fallen in love with her. It was actually pretty sweet to watch. Rowan himself was also the cause, but it was also whoever told Natalia about Ian. It wasn't Blake. That topic was a little too sore for her to bring it up with the person that had even caused it in the first place. She did, however, have an idea of who it was. The change in the woman had been pretty gradual, but there were obvious differences in her general attitude immediately after The Moment.
Blake's right eye twitched ever-so-slightly at Natalia's casual mention of the word "husband." Of course we're bringing that back up. You can't go one day without pushing someone's buttons, can you, Nat?While it was its own level of frustrating, the half elf couldn't really help but smile as she rolled her eyes. Whatever. It wasn't enough to infringe on the space, but she's gotta say things like that... Geez, it's one thing to mess with people, but this is kinda pushing it, Nat. The first time she'd said such a thing, Rowan totally blew it off. Blake had hoped that would have been the end of such claims, but it didn't happen. Her only purpose for mentioning it was to mess with them... right? Uneasy, the Mage glanced over to her Knight. Despite Natalia going on about his questioning her motives, he seemed more focused on the doorway and... kind of unsettled about it. Had she just not woken up, Blake may have been able to see the apparition that had appeared before Rowan. Unfortunately, she'd yet to do any casting, so the subject of his focus was a mystery to her. Nat finally noticed, too.
"H-hey." Blake sat up a bit and placed a hand on his shoulder, a little concerned. Natalia commented about going to make sure Lucy was up, and the blonde simply nodded in acknowledgement, rolling her eyes at Natalia's emphasis on "fun". She was about to ask if Rowan was alright when he turned to her and asked what the plans for today were. Hmm... he seems alright. Was he just zoned out?"Eheh, the fact that we have to try normal makes me worried about our life choices," she joked with a chuckle. It was nice to be able to him like this again. At least she'd had someone to talk to, no matter how she felt during the time he was gone. A pit formed in her stomach when she considered how lonely his situation might've been. Running her hand through her hair, Blake simply kept her eyes on Rowan and a smile on her face. The best they could do at this point was made sure he felt welcome home, she supposed. "Anyway, nope! This is a rare off day for me. There are a couple things I need to do around here later on, but that's really just busy work. Hmm...It's been a while since I've been able to stretch my legs." She lifted her feet some with that statement. Going out and exploring sounded fun, "but it's probably been awhile since you've properly relaxed, huh? Normal sounds fun."If I'm being totally honest, simply getting out of bed is going to be a challenge. I wish we could stay here all day. You couldn't make me wanna leave if you paid me. Well... that phrase doesn't really work, but... I understand the eventuality. "Why don't we start with breakfast and then play it by ear? Oh! Speaking of," Blake pointed at both of her own ears with each of her hands, her smile widening, "welcome to the club. Meetings are Mondays and Wednesdays, and a monthly pamphlet will be mailed to your provided address."

"Darkness, light. Justice, Corruption. The line's been blurred so much recently... that I don't know what to believe in anymore..."
Rowan did not really notice the dragonkin leave, simply closing his eyes slowly and reopening them as he looked back towards the fae woman that was laying in the bed. "I haven't really be accustomed to normal either. When I was in the other world I was hated, despised by most townspeople. Very few residents of Carmillion even acknowledged that I existed. Then, when I came here, people kept bothering me to get a picture of the foreigner and trying to talk in Terran at me. To be honest, I preferred when everyone just thought I was a nuisance and wanted me gone from the city. At least then I could enjoy some peace and quiet whenever I wanted to." Rowan stated, rubbing his neck slightly as he began to come out of the trance a bit more that he had been subjected to mere moments before. "I remember one group of people I literally had to toss around just to get them to stop trying to talk to me. It was annoying to say the least." The man spoke in a rather gruff voice, obviously not happy with the way people acted around the Terrans. Here, they were like prizes to be put on display for all to see.
"I guess you have it worse here though. The idol Terran that every person dreams to be with. This nation is practically in love with you already and it's only been a couple months since they knew we all even existed." Rowan stated, moving out of the bed and standing with some weight on his heels. The man seemed to be in a thinking pose, contemplating what to say next. "Honestly, I don't think things have changed very much since we were both in Carmillion and Lusia. People over there were constantly hounding you for attention and trying to get you to marry them. It's like you've been on a steady path to growing in popularity up until you got here. Then you just exploded onto the scene and captured the hearts of millions." Rowan stated, sighing slightly as various thoughts crossed his mind while he was talking. "Even the guys in my gang talked about you. They lost most of their teeth afterwards... but they talked about you nonetheless." Rowan mentioned, shrugging slightly as he turned back towards Blake with a rather... apathetic looks about his features.
"The world would have a riot if they ever figured out that your knight was some sort of demon like me, pointy ears or not." He stated, referring to the joke she had made earlier about them having the same type of ears now. "You're like a pure symbol of hope for these people. If they saw me with you though..." Rowan stated, picking up the television controller and turning the television that was in the room on. It was a news report about what had happened at the warehouse. "All they would think is that headline right there." Rowan stated, pointed towards what the text scrolling on the bottom said: Monsters Clash in Shibuya: Secret Armament Project and the Demon of Shibuya. The reporter was busy talking about how such beings existing would mean mass destruction if they were left alone, and the Delinquent of Shibuya was nothing more than a battle-crazed demon waiting to tear apart the streets for a good fight. "No matter where I go... I guess I'm not cut out to be a Knight. Whether it was Carmillion or here, I'm just a genocidal menace in the eyes of others." Rowan stated rather quietly, watching the report.
"What was the point in trying to save everyone... when it accomplished nothing in the end?"

▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱ That news report just had to be way too convenient, didn't it? The conversation had taken a somewhat somber turn, and Blake was not too keen on how supportive the television was being of such things. For the longest time, the magus had only wished for Rowan's happiness in this second life, but whatever chances seemed to arrive were few and far between. Before the merging, his own countrymen looked down on him. This was for several reasons, though many could have been attributed to his Mage. It isn't as if he'd asked to be resurrected. Really, for those who'd heard the rumors, they'd formed some pretty twisted opinions. Some of the only positive treatment came from the far-too-grabby dark fae that took an interest in the Knight's rumored origins and affinity for Gram. With their world's introduction to Earth, the man had gained a weird form of popularity. While some would revel in such attention, Blake could see how it would be frustrating for him. The thought of him being approached by interested people and possible fans was a slightly amusing one despite the tone of the conversation.
Blake stretched as she rolled into the space Rowan had been occupying, giving a silent goodbye to the morning moment. "I guess," she stopped as her muscles pulled at one another, "ah, I'm getting kind of used to it. Actually, I'm surprised no one approached me yesterday." Tentatively, the half elf stuck a pale foot out of the bed, testing the heat of the air before begrudgingly swinging both feet over the edge and sitting completely upright. Blake had to blink a moment when hearing about the members who'd received a beating. The thought made her hold back a smile. "It can be a little weird... it can be very weird, but as long as I can help promote and show good will, then I'm happy to put up with it. Though... symbol of hope sounds a little extreme." She moved from the bed, pushing some of her hair back with her hand. It was usually a mess in the morning. This normally wouldn't be a big deal to her, but the fae didn't want to look too disheveled in front of her Knight.
"Anyway, I think you're confused on who can determine your value as a Knight," the young woman stated, stepping between him and the TV. "I mean, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's a Mage's job. Namely, my job, and while my opinion could be skewed in your favor, I haven't met a Knight more worthy of the title." Blake placed her hands on her hips and smiled. "You've protected me more times than I can count at this point, done the same for dad, Nat, and folks who just needed someone to help them out."Despite complaining."You've yet to commit genocide and are really only a menace to my mom and Tokyo's tax-payers. Natalia's a bigger menace than you are," she joked with a shrug. Though it's not as if he was the only one causing property damage since what people were calling The Moment. Even her and Natalia had to make an effort to keep city damage to a minimum when they'd fought a couple months ago. Also, when it came to that dragon woman and social media, she was a forced to be reckoned with... "Besides, half of my magic freaks people out, so I doubt this will seem as surprising as you think. How am I supposed to see them as fans if they can't even accept my cool, overpowered Knight?" It's not as though Blake was in denial or even rejecting social norms. It was likely people would have a problem with it, but she doubted it would have a negative impact for either of them popularity-wise.

"Darkness, light. Justice, Corruption. The line's been blurred so much recently... that I don't know what to believe in anymore..."
Yeah, well... your opinion's also heavily skewed towards the stranger... more socially condemning people anyway. I mean, your manager is probably the most flirtatious... and extravagant person you could possibly find. And your Knight's also a bit on the flashy side when it comes to evil and destruction. Overall, if people were to actually see either of us, your social image would probably be ruined in a heartbeat. Right now everyone just sees you as the pretty elf girl that uses a magic bow and slays demons and monsters with her magic. With me and Nat around, you become this weirdo elf girl that likes to hang around demons and lewd women that plot even stranger strategies in their downtime. Rowan stated, obviously pointing out the flaws in her logic about her being able to determine people's worth. "I mean... you do have very poor judgement skills, let's face that fact alone. I guess if you want to say that only you can determine my worth, that's not a statement I can outright deny. But other people can also determine that I'm worthless in the same way." Rowan explained his thoughts, shrugging slightly as he turned the television off.
"I do want to go out exploring today, though. I have something to test out... and I think someone wants me to go searching for something." He continued to explain. Whatever that dagger was, it was starting to call out to him to start figuring out how to wield it properly. That most likely entailed adventuring out into the wilderness, the new unexplored regions, or even searching the streets of Japan to find someone to beat down or fight to gain its acceptance. The Armament had never really attuned to Rowan... so this was probably it telling him that it was ready to test his resolve to wield it. A troublesome Armament like that though... it's definitely going to be something that's incredibly difficult to wield. He thought to himself as he made his way up to the attic of the house. Finding the object was child's play to him given his ability of near-perfect clairvoyance. Honestly, that was probably the best ability he could have ever gotten from that scroll they found on their adventure to the Sky Platform. It allowed him to always find his way and what he was looking for without falter.
After a few minutes, Rowan returned to the room with the gold dagger in hand, a slightly perturbed look on his face as he turned towards his Mage. "I do want to know, though. What are you going to tell the media when they ask about me? You always said I was your "Mage" or your "Partner" during all of your interviews that you didn't just avoid the subject altogether. While that may have worked in the old world, in Terra, I don't think that's going to really cut it over here in this new world. Explanations like that aren't simple... especially when you have a deeper connection than just... Mage and Knight." Rowan stated, not sure how Blake was going to go about explaining all of this away. "I know that's probably a difficult question for you considering you just found out I was alive again... after you thought I died again... just yesterday. You've had more than a few months to sort out what's happened and moved on." Rowan mentioned, very unsure about this entire subject and not really wanting to press the matter as much as he already had. In reality, he just wanted to go out and see what this nonsense with his Armament was about... but he had to sort this out before the two of them left.

"Let me show you the supreme art that is service." Dragon Kin→ Maid
|WITH: Lucy and the 'Rents Are Somewhere Around |WHERE: Home/Work |FEELING: Fun |
"Yes, yes. That is a lovely proposition. Not to worry. I will be seeing her very soon, so you will be hearing back. Of course. Thank you. G'bye~!" Natalia waved to no one and hung up the phone. Blake taking extra days off was dangerous. The dragon's phone had been blowing up lately because of Blake's little excursion several days ago to Shinjuku. She also had to reschedule a photoshoot they'd been requested for. Picking and choosing the better interviews and gigs was Natalia's job, of course, but everything was ultimately the fae girl's decision. That was the professional way to look at it. Then again, Natalia's Insta was chock-full of "candid" photos of Blake. That knight better not have let a scratch get on the woman. As much as she hated to admit it, Blake's image was basically her means of finance at this point. Poor thing. This kind of life was wasted on earnest people like her. The kid had called earlier that morning and said they'd be home later that day. Nat glanced up at the time before looking over to Lucy, sitting on the couch in the den.
"Oi! I think it is about time I take my vengeance, do you not?" the dragon kin spoke loudly with a toothy smile toward the girl. "I can not let a battle maid such as myself be continuously beaten by a mere child!" She struck a woeful pose and plopped down on the opposite side of the coffee table. "It's you and me, champion! Unless anyone else would like to join!" Her statement was an obvious attempt to pull Alistair in on their little game. Lucy scooched off the couch and onto the floor, the look on her face less-excited than usual. "Hey now. We can't enjoy an epic tournament if you do not accept my challenge, missy!"
"It's hardly a tournament with two people," Lucy countered. Natalia just sighed, throwing her head back.
"Things would be different if people were not ignoring me! ...Oh, but alas, you have a point, don't you? Okay then. How about lunch? I am sure our little travelers will be happy to come home to a meal cooked by a cute chef! Oh, and you can help too." Lucy just rolled her eyes and laughed.

~Rowan~
"A Knight's duty is to protect... but that's not the reason I fight for Blake! It's because she's the person I want to protect the most in this world!
"I'm glad to see you're taking after me." Rowan's voice called out just before he suddenly appeared in the middle of the den, his eyes cruelly focusing on Natalia for a few moments before drifting towards Lucy. "How's my girl?" He responded, not smiling but definitely having some sort of endearing attitude about him as he spoke. Rowan tried his best to maintain his stoic nature when around anyone... it was just especially difficult when he was talking to Lucy. Rowan's eyes glanced around the room a bit as he searched it, looking to see where the other presence he felt was. Eventually he came across Alistair, his eyes locking with the old man's as he casually stared at Alistair. "We brought back some dogs, not much else though. Oh, and we found a land or two on our way there and back." Rowan mentioned, casually brushing off whatever accomplishments they may have attained over the course of their trip. Bragging was not something Rowan liked to do, and any mention of his adventures was kept short and curt.
Because of this, things like his current appearance were all the more jarring when he acted as if it was just another day. Not only had his coat changed colors in various spots, but Gram was definitely stark white now. With his hair styled the way it was, the young man honestly looked more knightly than he ever had in his past life. His yellow eyes, tainted by the demonic, were still as prominent as ever though. Placing his hand on Lucy's head, the man ruffled her hair as he turned his attention over towards Natalia."Cute chef, huh?" Rowan repeated back to her, revealing that he had overheard her statement as well. The rather blank stare he was giving her probably did not help the situation at all either. Rowan was known for being as deadpan as possible, yet sometimes he also took that feature a bit too far when addressing others. Calmly, he turned his attention back to Alistair without waiting for a reply, speaking to him as if he had never said anything to Natalia at all. "You haven't been spoiling her, have you? She gets unruly if you let her run around and do whatever she wants." He stated to him, sounding as if he was talking about Lucy but Alistair would probably recognize the subject.
Rowan's intention was to bully Natalia a bit for all the trouble she was putting Blake through. He had seen the pictures she posted up of Blake over the course of their travel, and Rowan still had not come up with an appropriate punishment for the dragonkin despite having two whole days on the way back. Turning back to her, the man rubbed his neck a bit when he stared into her eyes with the most deadpan of expressions he could come up with. "If you think you're so adorable, let's get you real maid clothes to fit the bill." He stated, his deadpan expression in tone only adding to the atmosphere of the nonsensical statement he made. "Maybe you will be cute... then." He added the last part after some hesitation, making sure to have some sort of mean statement or remark. People should not get the wrong idea of him after all. Once finished speaking, he turned his eyes back towards Lucy and handed her some gold coins. "What do you say we go and buy your favorite show. That way you don't have to wait for reruns." He stated to her, completely spoiling her despite how much he scolded others for maybe spoiling her.
"I don't care about being noble... or saving others. The only people I wish to protect are people I love. Take that as you will."

▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱▰▱"We're home," Blake murmured, dragging out the second word and following behind Rowan. A smile played across her lips when Rowan addressed Lucy. There was something sweet in his voice whenever he'd spoken to her. Not that anyone could blame him. The girl was his little sister, after all. Given that he hadn't seen her in such a long time, it was a wonder how he was so straight-faced around her. A comfortable sigh left the green-haired woman as she took a spot on the couch. Alistair, sitting in a chair against the wall, looked up from his book and waved at the pair. While he attempted nonchalance, he was clearly interested in how things had gone. His daughter's Knight had a completely different look about him, after all. Gram was almost completely white, and Alistair couldn't help but think that the young man looked more like the classic definition of a knight than ever before. His only assumption was that they had had accomplished the goal with which they had set out. He smiled.
"Some dogs, huh? Nothing else? That's quite the surprise knowing you." The kid had some strange knack for attracting all sorts of animals. Hell, he even had a pact with a wyvern. Alistair found it hard to believe that the only thing that tried to follow Rowan home was a pack of dogs. "New land? The council will want to hear about that. Blake, you'll have to get in touch with them." The woman closed her eyes and nodded with an "mhmm" and turned to Lucy while the conversation of the two men in the room turned to the rambunctious dragon kin. Natalia and Lucy had been sitting across from each other, meaning only one thing. Opening one eye, she glanced over at the young girl.
"Long time no see. You didn't miss us too much, did you?" she teased. "How were the two of you going to have a tournament with only two people, huh? Was dad going to join? I didn't think rigged arm wrestling was his thing." It definitely wasn't hers.
"Of course not. Not after the first time. The maid cheats. Don't know why you even entertain it." He glanced over at Rowan with a curious look. "He's the only on who'd be able to compete fairly... and Lucy would still win." Alistair shot a grin toward the young Knight before standing, not really sure how to answer the question Rowan posed. He very well understood the topic at hand. "Regrettably, there are some things she gets away with." After all, some of her antics did contribute to the income of the household. "She's under good watch, though." There was a tone of amusement in both the man's expression and voice.
At the mention of a maid uniform, Blake almost stopped Rowan. The half elf had no doubt in her mind that Natalia would take that as an invitation. It's not like her intervention would change much as far as the conversation, however, so she just left it alone. The young man immediately offering to buying Lucy a gift did yield a light chuckle from her. After all, wasn't he the one worrying about others spoiling her? I see... He just wants to be the one to do it. Heheh, what a loving older brother. Blake looked over at the two of them, not being able to help the smile on her face. It was these sorts of interactions that made her feel incredibly light.
