Unfortunately the only way to do this at the moment is to cancel the subscription then contact customer support by filing a billing ticket at our Help Center. We're looking at adding a payment change page in the future.

It's fine to use one thread versus the other. Both threads are monitored on a daily basis and we take all suggestions into consideration as long as they meet eligibility requirements.

There's no real difference now, but back when we had a larger customer support team we would differentiate the two based on the person's role and responsibilities in the company.

Could we see the return of the Black, Red, Green, Teal, Orange, Silver, and Purple Gift Boxes to The Bifrost? Apparently at one point they were available for purchase in The Bifrost, but had since been removed, and currently there are none for sale on the MP. As a result, trying to do formulas such as Noel's Gift (and in turn, formulas that use Noel's Gift - Alchemized) are nearly impossible to complete. So it'd be awesome if these could make a return to The Bifrost for those of us trying to complete these projects!

Question: Are you completly taking away the teleport feature we were using for towns 2/vh/ rally? because it was VERY efficient and the gaians loved it. A lot are unhappy about you trading it out for what they consider to be a DOWNGRADE by returning to the room servers.

Do you mean towns 2? We didn't plan on trading any features for the ability to choose a server. I had to change things because of a security issue. Some things got lost in the process I'll see what I can do to restore the missing features.

I'm sorry to hear that. We tested the new header with our beta testing team for the past two months without issues. We will look into this for you.

and check RAM use when adding new scripting? this should be tested with more than like 3 tabs open.

As far as tabs go, I currently have 19 open in one browser, 5 open in another (I know, I have a tab addiction, don't judge me! smile ) and it hasn't slowed down my machine so I don't think it's number of tabs that is the issue.

All but one of the tabs of the 19 are Gaia and all of them in the other browser are Gaia, and 8 Gigs ram, not an excessive nor small amount these days.

Which page are you referring to as being broken? What are the steps that you are using to try to delete items from your list?
Everything appears normal. I click the boxes next to the items I want to delete, hit save, the screen refreshes with the items still there. Same thing when I try to move items to different positions - I drag the item to where I want it, and then hit save, and they're all back where they originally started. I've tried the "Delete all items you already own" button, and it doesn't do anything. And it's not just me having this issue:

Sorry, right now there are often choices that allow you to choose one thing or another. That makes the grant all function a bit harder to implement. We can potentially have one if there are no choices, that might take a bit more effort to do right.

what is going on with the profiles right now? I love the new html5 menus, but it would have been nice to announce the changes to profiles if this isn't a bug... any info would be appreciated! I logged in today and myself and everyone I am friends with who had custom profiles now just have basic white pages.

During events, the stores on the last page of the shop directory are required for caroling but the music note icon never shows up for them. This has been going on every single Halloween and Christmas for years, and whenever a new shop is added the one that gets bumped to the last page loses its icon in the next event. Please keep an eye out for this.

Last week, an achievement was apparently given out during a Pop Square Live Stream (the Arli/Amy stream). It was called the Pizza Party Attendee. Will there be a second chance to get this achievement? A lot of achievement hunters were upset by this sudden impromptu achievement that wasn't advertised, and has a huge amount of points (500) attached to it. I know I, and many others, would have popped into the stream had we known about the achievement.

All virtual worlds I cannot enter, even in different servers after header update. Any News the Navi bar is the cause or something else. Is there a server maintenance of any kind that was already announced?

I noticed that in Kindred that it's running far slower, and super glitchy when fighting sycamortes, but the other things are a bit faster. As one who likes to go after basically only sycamortes, it gets too irritating to play now because it is so slow it takes about 7 minutes to do a battle or so..for each one because of the glitchiness.
I have not looked at the other levels, but I know that one is super slow. Please fix this!

Can a staff change the coding for the image please?
Recently after migrating the website to HTTPS, it change the code for the image links, making it kinda difficult for us CSU threadmakers and Guide makers when coding.
For example:
Before, it uses to be this code:
After migrating, it's this code:
And this new code just gives us broken images instead of the actual image we see in the website. So please either change the code or upgrade the image link so it doesn't break when we code. gonk

Don't worry, we're working with our provider to get the "s.cdn" links working with https. It should be fixed next week. After that, all the "llnwd" links will change back to the old one. Sorry for the confusion!
