HP: 40/40 DMG: 6 [fill pending] Chrysocolla entered the ring even-footed, looking a little thoughtful; they'd taken the arrow out of her shoulder between rounds and closed her wounds, but nothing would heal immediately, and all renewing her henshin did was clean the blood off and fix her sleeve. (Her fingers still hurt, because she didn't know how to grip an arrow properly and that entire fight had been a bit of an overextension, but that was fine. She felt good enough.) She offered Arsenopyrite one wave, with a shy smile, and then launched herself towards him (she needed to spend one round without teleporting, it was draining, it had been draining) with one leg scything out to sweep behind his knees and knock him down. Why not try what had worked?

Arseno entered the ring, fully prepared to either lose or win the fight. He had made it all the way to the final round. He was fine with that. He would now be more worried about wounds rather than inflicting as much damage as possible.
His opponent entered the ring, and it was a corrupted senshi that he had never seen. The green hair was interesting though. She gave him a wave, and he returned with a head nod, and there she was, heading towards him. It seemed that this wasn't going to be a fight where they first exchanged pleasantries. Which was fine with Arseno, but the injuries he had sustained in the previous fight were hindering his ability to concentrate. The main problem with Jet's attacks weren't that that they had bled, that would have been better than what he was currently facing, and that was huge, deep, paper-cut like slices on multiple places on his torso. It hurt like a b****!
And the pain that emanated from them caused Arseno to be unable to dodge the senshi's first attack, and he was immediately knocked down, unable to land any hits back. He only had enough time to make sure he didn't hit his head.HP: 34

HP: 40/40 DMG: 10 These Generals really needed to watch their legs better. Or their balance. One of the two. People never really tried it on her that often, but Chrysocolla assumed it was probably because she was short enough they would have had to bend? Whatever the cause, that was two for two. He was prone, but he didn't have his weapon summoned, so she couldn't steal it - which was really unfortunate, she would have liked to use another tactic twice - but the rules just asked for no killing. Nothing about no breaking. Chrysocolla stomped down on one of Arsenopyrite's wrists, her weight behind it, and grinned.

The fall to the ground had felt like he was re-opening his wounds, and before he could even get up, the senshi was still there, and slammed her heel onto his left wrist, digging in. Another injury to the count. Arseno was just glad it wasn't his right wrist.
Yet another reminder that after this he needed to start learning how to write with his off-hand, if his wrist healed. And although the pain was intense, unless the bones completely shattered, which he doubted because it should be a lot more painful then, it could probably heal. Hopefully.
He managed to grab her knee and tried to push it backwards, slipping his now injured wrist from underneath her food, and tried to get back up.[HP: 24

HP: 38/40 DMG: 1 Chrysocolla backpedaled a bit, jarring her ankle at an awkward angle but managing to stay upright; a strand of her ponytail caught under her heel and she pushed it away, disgruntled. The toe of one boot pressed down on the side of Arsenopyrite's arm as he pushed it away.

After the first two attacks, this one didn't seem to be nearly as bad. Sure, he was still stepped on, and it still hurt, but better he have his arm broken rather than his wrist.
However, he managed to grab her ankle with his other arm and tried to push it away.HP 23

Obnoxious Spectator Kitalpha coming through!
Kitalpha wasn't quite over her first fight utterly not going as planned. In fact, she was brain-meltingly pissed about it, but she was trying hard not to fuss too much over it at this moment. She'd heard there was an Eternal Corrupt who was doing quite well for herself, and she wanted to see this fine lady in action! She wanted to cheer her... Senpai...? Whatever, she wanted to cheer her on and see her bust a guy up.
So Kit was late to the fight, which made her even pissier, but BOY, it looked like that Chrysocolla was KICKING a**! So Kitalpha gave her a great whooping CHEER! "YEAH! Go kick his a**, Chryssie! HARDER! KICK IT HARDER!" And of course, she had to heckle the other guy too. "Who the hell are you? Oooooooh, lookit meeeeee, I have a plague mask! Sooooo Scawwwwwyyyyy! But I'm getting my a** handed to me, waaaaaaaahhh!" From there, her raucous laughter at her own taunts filled her region of the arena.

HP: 37/40 DMG: 8 Arsenopyrite had both hands in roughly the same position, and that was too bad for him; this match would be fought with him mostly on the ground, if Chrysocolla could keep him there. She had an advantage that she wanted to press, and it was so rare having the higher ground. Kitalpha's raucous hollering made her visibly wince, shoulders drawing in and up like a shield, like it would protect her - She pulled her foot loose with a slight twist and kicked at his torso instead, distracted from whatever plan of attack she'd had prior.

With the way this was going, even if Arseno summoned his weapon, it would be extremely hard to actually be able to swing the darn thing and land a hit, not without hitting the floor or something. And unfortunately he hadn't yet gotten up.
He felt the kick in his side and gasped. She hit it right where one of Jet's cuts was, and he only hoped at this point that the darn thing would actually bleed. He took a few seconds to concentrate, and then teleported behind the senshi, trying to at least make it so that he wasn't on the ground this entire match.
He quickly summoned his weapon from behind her, and swung it, aiming at one of her shoulders.[HP: 15

HP: 27/40 DMG: 8 That hurt, it hurt so much; Chrysocolla cried out for a second, a raw keen of noise like an injured animal, and then swallowed it down with a stuttering gasp. The weapon hadn't lodged in her flesh and hadn't gotten caught in her fuku -- she'd take the benefits where she could find them, but moving her shoulder brought blinding throbs of pain - it had to be the other arm. That was fine. She could work with that. She had to work with that.
Still breathing fast, she spun and took hold of the handle of Arsenopyrite's weapon, rolling it enough that the blade was more towards him than it was her; and then she pushed the movement through, trying to have him take his own weapon to the shoulder.

The senshi grabbing his weapon had been unexpected and it managed to slice him in the shoulder a bit. Not too deep, but it was long, and it was going to require stitches after this, even though it didn't seem to be too deep. Thank goodness he could do his own. He immediately sent his weapon away though, not allowing the senshi to have another chance to attack him with it, at least not right now.
He used his other arm, the one that hadn't been holding the weapon, to grab the arm of the senshi that she had used to hold the weapon, and he tried to make it bend inward, trying to grab her wrist and her with his other hand grab her elbow, and putting pressure the wrong way.[HP: 7

HP: 22/40 DMG: 3 It didn't take much to twist an arm ways it shouldn't go; Chrysocolla whimpered, again, and something in her wrist felt like it ground the wrong way - it was a waste of a teleport but she wanted him to let go of her right now please please please, so she teleported, kicking out at the back of his knees and mostly glancing the blow, holding both arms gingerly close to herself like a sharp move would break them.

Arseno knew he didn't have too much in him. He would lose this fight, he knew it. But he couldn't go down without doing something. He had made it farther than when he had entered last time, that had been good enough for him, but he still felt like he had to prove himself, just a bit. He wasn't sure why, though it was probably because he still felt inadequate as a general.
However, the senshi teleported and kicked out his knees, which sent him tumbling, but he wouldn't go down alone, he grabbed her arm, making sure to add to the force of gravity as much as he could by pulling her down with him to the floor, if possible. He could barely feel his arms at this point.[HP: 4
