With the weather warming, it seemed spring might just come a bit earlier than he'd thought, Seung had figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to get out and patrol a bit more. He hadn't neglected his duties during the winter but he had most certainly slacked off, even with a coat on he'd been cold. The winter had been harsh, not that he hadn't faced harsh winters before, and he wasn't the sort who liked to go out in the cold even if there was a somewhat good reason for it. Patrolling the city and possibly getting into fights, in order to defend the people, wasn't a good enough reason to freeze and risk getting sick.

With it now being less freeze to death cold he was more willing to go out and tonight was one such night. After letting his family know what he was doing, in case anyone needed to get in touch, he'd headed out and once a safe distance from home Seung had powered up. The familiar red's, black, and golds replacing the warm clothing he'd been wearing and leaving his muscled arms bare to the cool night air. A coat had been pulled on, something less warm than what he'd been wearing only a few weeks prior, and off he'd gone.

That had been half an hour or so ago, he really couldn't judge the passage of time, he just knew he'd managed to get into a more industrial part of the city. It wasn't an area he went to often as it seemed rather abandoned and he didn't think anyone would be hanging around here....well maybe aside from some homeless people and maybe some other sorts of people he didn't want to get involved with....maybe, maybe not.

It seemed that as things in the city got more dangerous, due to all the magical fighting going on, that industries had left the city and this area had suffered greatly. It was almost all abandoned buildings...all of them large and sitting as empty shells with broken windows, rot in various places, and grasses growing up through the ground where once cars hard parked and large vehicles had moved. It was a sad sight to see as he moved through the darkness, his feet having taken him here at random.

He hated patrolling.

It was a dull night. So far absolutely nothing of import had happened to keep Gadolinite's attention, other than a brief scuffle over a starseed that had ended in his favor. As a civilian, it felt fine to sit around, to sleep for hours, to do whatever he wanted when he wanted. As Gadolinite, well...

The rules were irritating ,but he supposed they were in place for a reason. Gadolinite wandered aimlessly along the top floor of an abandoned bakery that had shut down sometime the year before. One booted foot kicked aside an old, fallen over metal rack, hearing the screech of it against the concrete floor; a surprisingly satisfying sound, grating and off kilter, just like the rest of his evening.

He had a sort of nameless, shapeless annoyance with the night. Gadolinite felt restless in a way that he couldn't define, kicking over yet another shelving unit, one that as already down once more. He felt the strange pulse of a nearby power signature; too clean and too sterile to be anything but Order side.

Maybe that would give him a good outlet. Gadolinite went to the nearest window and slammed a fist through the already half broken glass, watching the pieces splinter and shatter onto the ground as he leaned through to peer outside for the intruder.

The owner of the too clean energy signature was close by, close enough that he figured if he could feel the chaos signature they could feel him. Venice hadn't expected to pick up on any signatures in this part of the city, what reason was there unless they were picking on homeless people or something? There certainly weren't an abundance of civilians here, that was for sure. Yet he felt a signature and it seemed to be weaker than his own and close, close enough he was fairly certain they could feel him.

For a moment he did hope they wouldn't come seeking him out but he figured they would, it wasn't like he was a knight which they might stay away from. He was only a bit more powerful than they were...making him a fair target he was sure.

Now, the one problem was pin pointing energy signatures. That was a hard thing to do and at best you could get a general direction and feel for how close, or far, a signature was. So he was headed towards it, from what he could tell, and it was close - too close. But where were they? Nibbling his bottom lip he was looking around as he came towards what looked like...a bakery perhaps, or what had once been one since it was as empty as everywhere else here.

"Close..."
