Name: Hayate Mori
Nickname: None
Age: 21
Birthday: November 20th
Sign: Scorpio
Gemstone: Topaz
Blood Type: B-
Fav. Food: Sushi, a big fan of Spider rolls. A fan of spicy food in general and loves anything with Teriyaki!
Hated Food: Not a huge fan of overly salted dishes or big greasy hamburgers. Totally the type of guy that would cut up a hamburger and eat it with his fork. Weirdo.
School: DCU
Hobbies: The Gym: Hayate regularly goes to the gym to keep himself in shape. It's not just for his physical form though, working out helps him to think and relieve stress. He can spend hours there, whether he's just running on a treadmill or doing dead lifts, sometimes even just enjoying a smoothie at their little cafe inside. He's constantly listening to music to keep himself in the zone and typically doesn't like going to the gym with other people. After all, he goes there to sort out his own issues, not necessarily to have fun.
Baseball: As a kid Hayate tried his hand at a lot of different sport activities. For a while his main focus was track, his father always said he'd be best at it since he was so tall. But he tried out soccer and baseball as well. Ultimately he focused his attention on baseball because he enjoyed the team fundamentals of it. Plus, he wasn't constantly running around all the time. He picked up on pitching fairly quickly and might have been mysteriously popular in high school because of it.
Music: If Hayate is around, there's probably music being played somewhere. He's not exactly the partying type. Not one to be in the center of a crowded room of people, but he does enjoy a good concert. If he's at the gym, he's listening to music, if he's studying, etc. Music tends to keep him on track with whatever it is he's up to in the moment.
Video Games: Most people look at Hayate and wouldn't think he even knows what video games are. They wouldn't be completely wrong, he doesn't really like one person shooters, or anything where he's forced to play with or against other people. He prefers his RPGs, something that he can pick up and play for a good hour and then leave it be. He likes there to be a story to the games he plays, something that'll hold his attention enough to play it in the moment, but not keep him completely distracted for hours on end.
Virtues: Dependable: Hayate can be a bit hard to approach in a more personal matter. But one thing is for certain, if he's made an appointment, has a deadline, or has promised to do something; He's going to get it done. He never ignores a text, phone call, email or etc. If he's said he's going to be there for you, he'll be there. He might not always have the nicest things to say, but he does have the best interest of the people around him in mind. Just, don't expect him to sugar coat anything for you. You're a big boy (or girl), you should be able to handle what he has to say to you.
Observant: Not one for words, Hayate prides himself on being an excellent people watcher. He's always felt that actions can speak louder than words. So yeah, he might not be able to encourage you in a very traditional way. But, if you're having a hard time he might just gift you a lunch break, buy you a coffee or drink, give you some treat. He's always got his eyes on his surroundings and is incredibly hard to sneak up on. He's not one to be surprised and often sees through people trying to sneak around him. He likely knows all the office gossip without being an active participate in the gossip.
Honest: Hayate doesn't see much of a point in lying or being sneaky. He doesn't have much respect for his sly co-workers or peers. The quickest way to establish friendship is to just be honest with what's going on. He is quick to praise someone if he believes they're doing a good job or are loyal themselves.
Flaws:Insensitive: He's never had an easy time making friend because he is maybe a little too honest. It might seem like his vocabulary is limited to very hurtful things at times, but he is able to praise those who he believes deserve it. Sometimes he just has a bit of a hard time seeing the good in people because he didn't grow up seeing a lot of that good.
Quiet: He can be intimidating in social situation. He's a rather large wall flower with a serious resting b****-face problem. He can't really help that when he's relaxed it just his neutral expression. It makes it hard for people to approach him to begin, though he is honestly nice if someone does try to talk to him.
Prideful: Hayate has a lot of respect for himself. He's been through a lot in the earlier years in his life that made him very independent. He knows he can take care of himself and that he's an intelligent person. The last thing he needs is you telling him he's a bore or causing some problem. he goes to great lengths to project himself in a certain matter and does not appreciate someone disrespecting him.
