Puck had had ample time to adjust to his super senshi upgrade. He'd already used his upgraded magic against foes a couple of times, and found it rather more useful than his starter magic. A prison of trees and slippery soil that made it easy for him to reach in and punch the enemy? Oh yes, he'd take two of those, please. Punching things always brightened his mood.
He was feeling particularly sour today, for some reason, so he was out on patrol, hoping that some hapless Negaverse agent would cross his path and he could get a good beat-down in. Faust, that furry b*****d, had given him an upgraded senshi phone when he'd been upgraded himself, and the GPS function was particularly useful -- saved him time and energy sending out feelers for Chaos auras. Let technology do the work for him! He walked quickly down the street, nose buried in the app, watching various Order and Chaos signatures move around him. Over there a fight was going on, on the other side was a lone Negaverse signature. He largely ignored the Order dots, because who cared.
So engrossed was he that he didn't notice one of the Order signatures coming right for him at a fairly good clip...
