╯Personality: Giadol, although he may not look it, is an incredibly laid back and kind person that puts the needs of other ahead of himself, and under his oath as a doctor, is willing to help others when in need, regardless of affiliation or alignment. Spending most of his time with people due to his career choice, Giadol is very charitable and open with those around him, demonstrating an incredible sense of selflessness by willingly helping others without any type of compensation for his services. Extremely easygoing, Giadol is possesses a very friendly nature, one that stays away from having to use his natural gifts for nefarious means, such as his unwillingness to purposely harm others with his magic abilities, choosing to take on the role of support than that of an offensive wizard. His most notable feature can be found in his unorthodox personality and manner of speaking when interacting with others; as an experienced doctor, he often places the well-being of others as his top priority, but doing so in a very awkward manner. From telling others to strip so he can examine them, drawing blood from others without permission, to using a tremendous amount of medicinal jargon that renders him one of the most talkative persons anyone will ever meet, eventually speaking non-stop to the point of being unimaginably irritable to everyone around him. Becoming so consumed with his work, Giadol is an incredibly brilliant wizard and genius physician, always maintaining a calm demeanor even when placed in high pressure situation where life-and-death hangs in the balance, incapable of being unnerved by the transition of events; with such a collective sense of self-reliance, Giadol can easily hold his composure in stressful environments, most commonly when operating and treating injuries, unfazed by the sight of blood and flesh thanks to years of exposure, effectively hardening his heart at such a grisly sights.
Giadol is good judge of character, knowing exactly who to confine his trust in and who to mistrust when the situation calls for it. All in all, the word that best describes Giadol would be "cautious," he will not act without having the full picture or knowing every possible detail in regards to a situation and how best to proceed, not leaving it to luck or fate determine the outcome. As the student of a once well known scholar, he developed a thorough belief in finding knowledge to be worth saving and conserving rather than forgetting and destroying, learning from a young age that knowledge is the greatest power a person can have, dwarfing even the greatest of weapons and spells in Earth Land. As such, Giadol has spent most of his young life reading and studying on his free time and amassing as much useful information he can get his hands on, such as magic arts, plants, healing techniques, alternative medicine, etc. As a result, he is highly knowledgeable in terms of applying remedial treatments with a great deal of information on medicine. However, despite how simple-minded he appears at first, Giadol is a complex person with some rather complex views pertaining to human life and medicine; for example, Giadol knows better than most about the value of human life, doing everything in his power to conserve it. But at the same time, he's knows that he isn't some kind of "super" doctor, accepting the limitations of his abilities to heal and cure diseases; to much of his disdain, he knows that he can't save everyone he meets, acknowledging the fact that he isn't God or some kind of miracle worker. Interestingly enough though, this mindset he has, the inability to believe in miracles, choosing to put his faith in reason and logic rather than supernatural uncertainties and long-shot theories, his need to solve cases more often overshadows his actual desire with saving their lives, demonstrating a cold, scientific side of him that is more interested in the "how" rather than the "why."
However, the interesting part of it all is found in the way he speaks rather than the words he utters, speaking in a way that harbors neither aggression or ill-intent but rather a friendly and polite tone, which makes his manner of speech a double entendre as it contradicts what he says with how he means it, thus making him very random to act. In contrast, this personality trait of his gives Giadol a wide arrange of ambivalent attitudes that often expresses mixed feelings at once with his actions and speech, with one action naturally opposing the intentions of another. As a result, people tend to receive mixed feelings and reactions from him whenever he talks or interacts with others, with him saying one thing while doing something else entirely.
This sense of "dualism" he has with himself can stem from the fact that he has been on the opposite extremes of the emotional spectrum throughout his life, stuck between a constant state of tranquility and turbulence, of peace and hostility as both as seen from the sudden change in life-styles, going from soldier and a priest. His very appearance is reflected on this very mentality, dressing himself as a royal knight while taking on the profession of hunting and combating other wizards on a daily basis, his very appearance betraying the very idea of what they signify by choosing a lifestyle that centers around constant battle. Even the very ideals of the Zentopia church are not except from his methodology, as seen in his tendency of being both helpful and kind, but also violent and aggressive when the need arises. It is viewed as a result of his upbringing and sudden change in lifestyle that caused him to adopt the qualities of both a soldier of war and a man of peace, with Giadol’s so called "duality" being his most defining aspect, he has more than recognize that he is neither good nor evil, as he is a man who's walked down both the path of light and darkness. Giadol has strayed himself from both in order to stay along the grey area, purposefully making himself neutral in all manners without picking sides or choosing favorites so that his own personal sense of judgment isn't clouded by doubt or emotion.
For the most part, Giadol is very calm and collected person, attentively paying attention to other people that interest him, always keeping an ear to the ground to the occurrences in Earth Land. When out and about, he acts in an eccentric manner, making his mannerism rather odd in comparison, such as his habit of writing poems and publicly reciting them for others to hear, using his situation, people, or his environment as the source of his topic. With his smart mouth and poems, Giadol is infamous for irritating others near him, from his teammates, allies, and especially his teammates. For the most part, Giadol mostly keeps himself occupied by hunting other wizards wanted for crimes directed to state of Ishgar, taking a liking to the travelling he does all across the continent. Although he may not look it, he is very insightful and relatively cunning, carefully examining even the smallest details, with every single thing he does possessing a keen precision about it. Given his past occupation as a jailer, he's exceptionally well versed in reading people and their intentions or feelings in regards to specific phrases or topics, making it a point to study the reactions of others whenever he talks in order to reference it for later.

╯Fighting Style: Bajiquan: A martial art that features explosive, short-range power that focuses on delivering powerful strikes. By disciplining herself and learning how to redirecting his strength in a more positive way, Giadol learned a more efficient way to enforce his weight behind attacks without sacrificing agility and maneuverability, actually finding ways to add unto them by incorporating a style of footwork for him to navigate with, rather than simply moving around blindly at random. Rather than simply curling up his fists and lunging forward, Giadol keeps them held loosely and slightly open, imitating, earning its epithet as "rake fist" because the fists are used to strike downwards in a rake-like fashion. Encompassing the majority of his strength through the palms of his hands and knuckles, he focuses on delivering consecutive attacks come from all parts of his body in order to mount attacks at high, mid, and low levels of the body. As it focuses on elbow, knee, shoulder and hip strikes, when blocking an attack or nearing an opponent, baji quan techniques emphasize striking major points of vulnerability, namely the thorax, legs and neck. Considering that Giadol applies the use of Lighting Magic to speed himself up, with Wind Magic for the burst of extra force, increasing the force and pressure of his blows to add tremendous weight. All techniques are executed with a short power, developed through his training; in his case, baji quan works best for him, primarily for its fast movements. Baji Quan focuses on infighting, entering from a longer range with a distinctive charging step. The essence of baji quan lies in power-issuing methods, particularly explosive power. The style contains six types of jin, eight different ways to hit and several principles of power usage. Most of Giadol's moves utilize a one-hit push-strike method from very close range in order to transfer the bulk of the damage through the momentary acceleration that travels up from his waist and to the limb, further magnified by the charging step known. In terms of the types he had learned, he has currently mastered both the “external” (外家;wàijiā) and “internal” (内家;nèijiā) styles of baji quan, where “external” refers to the training focused on purely physical techniques, and “internal” refers to the training of qi (气; qì, vital energy) which takes on the form of magic energy.
By mixing and matching his brawler status with a fighter that emphasizes on the buildup and exertion of his pure physical power, but the more intricate techniques and movements that traditional Bajiquan has, the focus of his movements focuses on fluidity as well as extended, flexible and loose arm movements, complementing Bajiquan. to shatter the opponent’s defense, while destroying his opponents root and achieve a quick and decisive victory is the full intent of art, destroying his foe as quickly as possible with sufficient injuries. With the stamping footwork and waist work to deliver devastating strikes, his iteration of Baji Quan emphasis the “Yang" and its characteristics implement infighting with fists and elbows that emit a kind of battering and pounding power. While on the other hand, the“Yin" type power uses long-range techniques that emphasize open palms and knife-hand strikes through swift combinations, slicing through objects by thrusting through them at great speeds. By merging both styles, it creates an advanced method for him to interact with that encourages the development of his whole body’s power.
Ⅴ. LifestyleXXXXX
╯Bio:
◐ Born to a well known Guild Master as a pair of fraternal twins, the Giadol twins had many expectations to live up to.
◑ Both twins had trained diligently, doing what they could to master not only their parent's magic, but to also master their own, one twin learning Wind Magic, and the other learning Lightning. When fighting together, the twins often employed both magics at the same time, causing terrible destruction.
◐ After a incident involving the deaths of innocent animals, the twin who had sought Wind Magic left the guild and his family, becoming a doctor while his brother continued his life as a Mage.
◑ The twin who became a Doctor, after becoming the local doctor in a small town, would one day receive a familiar patient, his twin who had narrowly lost his left arm during a fight with a Demon, losing a chunk of his bicep.
◐ The Mage twin explains that this demon had been causing horrid fusions between multiple people and animals up in a nearby mountain, his job being to destroy the Demon. Being confident that both of them would be able to take it on together and thanks to its isolated location no one would be caught in the crossfire. Concerned that his Twin would back up their without his help, the Doctor joins him but under the condition that he never comes to his brother for help on a job again which the Acting Mage Twin accepts.
◑ Unfortunately the Demon defeated both of them, the Mage twin losing his left arm and leg along with some of his stomach while the Doctor twin loses the same exact things but on his right half. With the damage done, the Demon fuses the twins in addition to a lizard and a mountain cat, making a new being before leaving the mountain.
◐ With their minds, souls, and bodies fused, the twins soon awaken as a man beast. Horrified by this, they flee from the mountain, never believing they will ever be able to live among their former race. Within time they slowly begin to accept their new identity and would travel while remaining out of sight from normal humans, occasionally helping those who need it without revealing themselves.
◑ At some point along his travels, during a heavy snowstorm, feeling heavily starved and close to freezing to death, they attempt to sneak into Crocus with the hopes of finding food and somewhere warm to sleep. They come across a store that had been seemingly closed for the night. Upon breaking in, Giadol had grabbed every single cloth he could find, forming a pile with him being shelled by the lot of them. The next morning he would meet a Witch by the name of Auria, who he would gain a life debt to and forever an employee to Thoth’s Cauldron.
