I wanted to create my jutsu for my character, so this would be the 50 points total I would start with as a Jounin.
I am not sure what is allowed or whatnot, so I figured I would just put this up and see what needed to be changed. I am pretty new, so if I am super wrong, or anything is too strong or not strong enough or whatever, let me know. =]

Barrier Breaker
Rank: C
Range: 0 Feet
Description: Hisa concentrates as much water as she can into the claws, to harden and sharpen them, and leaps into the air, bringing her hands down like a hammer in order to pierce or shatter through strengthened defenses.

Requirements: Demonic Ice Mirrors, Yuki Kekki Genkai

Twin Strike
Rank: C
Range: 2 Feet
Description: Hisa is able to cause the opponent, when she breathes out a sharp breath when she strikes, to imagine an exact copy of her to breathe the same breath, and strike at them from a different angle. In their minds, unless the genjutsu is broken, it will feel as if both of them hit, and both are quite real.

Claws of Water

Description: Hisa creates talons of water on her fingertips that she can extend or retract, a foot or so. They are concentrated water from her own body, so they are quite hard, and will certainly cut, like bear claws.

Deafening Screams

Range: 10 Feet
Description: The air is filled with deafening screams of terror and agony. They drown out the noise of combat and further disrupt the enemy's ability to think. If there are further traumatic events in their lives it will draw upon their voices and words.

Water Absorption
Rank: A
Range: 0 Feet
Description: Hisa turns part of her body to water, and as long as it is making contact with the opponent, she can absorb water from their body to fuel her own water supply. This can help to prepare her for her Muscular Hydrification.

Winter's Cruel Hold

Range: 10 Feet
Description: Hisa summons and shatters a demonic ice mirror, using the sound of the shattering ice as the initiator of the genjutsu. The genjutsu itself causes the enemy to see a blizzard raging around them, and to feel their body numbing and being bitten by the frost.

Description: Within twenty feet of her, Hisa is able to summon slabs of demonic ice mirrors. She may enter and exit these mirrors at will, and if her reflection is cast between them, as any of the Yuki clan may do, they move between them at an incredibly increased rate.

Description: The name she has become known for. The Forge Wolf. Foji Okami, a genjutsu that causes Hisa to become a demonic visage of a wolf. Her limbs are coated with black, oozing fur, her wolf-like mask extends into a dark, dripping mouth with steel teeth, glowing red-hot. Her body becomes much larger--by about three times. As such, when the forge wolf attacks, the real Hisa's strike will be timed much differently. This makes effectively blocking or evading much more difficult unless you can fully dispel the genjutsu, or somehow otherwise defeat the effect.

Unwavering Senses of the Beast
Rank: S
Range: 20 Feet
Description: Within twenty feet of her, Hisa is able to utilize her senses at an incredibly increased level. Her smell is perfect, she can taste the air, let alone any substances within it. She can see grains of sand individually twenty feet away. She can feel movement, as if it were someone blowing on her body. Her hearing, as well--she could hear a pin drop in the midst of a riot. It makes her reaction times increase to the point of seeming like the people around her are in slow motion. The only reason her small amount of taijutsu training is still useful against powerful opponents.

Requirements: In order to activate the ability, Hisa has to consume blood. Usually she will just cut her own hand. If an enemy is bleeding, however, she will gladly use theirs.

Muscular Hydrification

Range: Self
Description: Hisa's ultimate technique. This, combined with her sensory style, have kept her alive, regardless of her lack of other offensive ability. As older Hozuki clan members have concentrated the body's water into one area, Hisa absorbs the water from the air around her, increasing the amount of water within her own body, and concentrating it across her entire form, allowing her to see the powerful benefits across her whole body.

Barrier Breaker, in relation to its rank, won't be breaking through Barriers ranked higher than it.

Twin Strike, what exactly is the activation requirements for this? And as for the last statement "both are quite real" is that saying, the Genjutsu FEELS real or that the victim is quite literally also being hit outside of the Genjutsu?

Deafening Screams sounds like a Genjutsu, if so, what are the requirements for it to activate?

Unwavering Sense of the Beast, pretty interesting and a bit familiar with someone else's Sense Boosting technique. Be aware that such an increase sense makes her susceptible to certain sense being overloaded unless she can somehow adjust her hearing, but that's just me. While that doesn't really matter, the more important topic is that increase reaction time does not increase movement speed. You can see a bullet speeding but unless you move faster, it's basically still going to strike you, albeit you'll have the luxury of watching it happen in slow-mo. Just an input. Still approved.

Muscular Hydrification, as an SS-rank ability these things must come with a drawback that fits how much power it provides.

I completely understand that. I just wanted to have a basic kind of taijutsu attack that I could use to strike with, but had a secondary sort of function or purpose to actually crack through barriers or defenses. n_n RP Purposes, and possible use against C rank barriers. =P

So, the activation is actually the sound of her sharp breath. You know, when a boxer punches, and it has that sharp hiss? That sound is the activation, and it causes the genjutsu which makes it sound like it is also coming from the area where the fake is. And the real part was just stating that both of the punches feel completely real to the person, even though only hers would actually be doing damage with her hit--so it would make it really hard to pinpoint which one was the real her.

Aye, I am fully aware of that. So, essentially, using this ability, she will be able to have the time to effectively think her actions through in combat as if it were slow motion so she can make her movements effective and see the best ways to use her slower movements, because she is moving slow as well. However, when she introduces the SS rank Muscular Hydrification, she can move at incredible speeds, AND she would be able to see it as if slow motion within the area. So it becomes a very potent combination. =P

Twin Strike, those sort of breaths are very faint, usually inaudible during a boxing match at least to me personally from experience. I'd suggest making that sharp breath a bit more "noticeable" either focusing on the "sharp" aspect that it seemingly sounds like a stinging whistle. Additionally, since this technique seems to be used to sneak in a quick strike during the effect, the Genjutsu would naturally be dispelled once her attack lands, correct?

Muscular Hydrification, 3-4 turns and probably waiting 3 turns. Though this drawback would have to continuously stack so that she can't just constantly reuse it with such a minor feedback. With the amount of boost it'll provide at SS-rank, the initial Drawback should be enough to cause a secondary usage to practically place her out of commission. I forgot to ask, seeing how this is a Hozuki themed technique, with the increasing water volume within her, does it make her vulnerability to Lightning increase or remain the same?

Description: When Hisa strikes, she breaths out forcefully, as is practiced in many martial arts. However, when she is initiating this particular genjutsu, she ensures it is guttural enough to be heard clearly. As she strikes, momentarily afterward, the sound repeats as the enemy sees a perfect copy of Hisa striking from a different angle. This impact feels like she is being hit, or if blocked, will feel as if there was force behind the strike. Having the delay causes Hisa to be able to work in combinations and strike while her opponent is confused as to where she is moving and what is the real her. Because the illusion feels real, the enemy's body is worn down faster, even if it is only in their own mind.

Okay, so, I will make it more evident. Like a forceful, rumbling breath, sort of thing. And the idea is that, it wears the opponent down, as the strikes from both of them feel real--so mentally, if this were to continue to occur, it would feel as though the body was hit by double the strikes it had been hit by and this would cause a lot more physical pain sensations even though they weren't real. Also, so that when the enemy is trying to counter attack, they may end up striking out at one of the clones. n_n

If the jutsu is re-initiated, after 4 turns, she becomes unable to use any jutsu above A rank for the remainder of the battle.
