This affinity extends to even the smallest amount of dust that he could hold and can transform this dust from it's powder or even shard state into that of a beautiful rose or a basic weapon that lasts for 4 posts.         Tertiary Talents ▬ Problem-Solving: Cecil has had a knack for learning and can deduce a natural solution to most problems in life. But he needs time to study and learn the issues first and has trouble doing it under pressure.

        *Primary Skill ▬ Ice-Skating: Cecil has had practice with his semblance in his early teens and took classes during signal to develop his ability to skate along the ice, especially the ice he generates.
        Secondary Skills ▬ Improved Photographic Memory: Cecil has experienced a lot of new things ever since he started to attend Beacon, and through hard work and scholastic learning, he has since improved his ability to recall memories. He can't perfectly copy the movements of others, but he can mimic some moves of opponents to a certain extent or recall how to perform certain tasks if he has done it before or seen it before.
        ▬ Aura Manipulation: Cecil is capable of manipulating any of his semblance-type abilities.
        Tertiary Skills ▬ Kenjutsu Training: Cecil knows the proper usage of the Ittō-ryū style of Kenjutsu, increasing his usage of single sword weapons.
        ▬ Running: Thanks to his more recent times of Signal and Beacon, Cecil has developed a capacity to be able to run for longer distances, gaining an increase to his stamina.
        ▬ Improved Mental Processing: Cecil has improved his ability to mentally process the situation around him, learning his surroundings a bit easier, and can understand a stressful situation more than before.
        WEAKNESSES
        *Exploitable Combat Weakness ▬ Lame Left Leg: Despite being healed from that first mission, Cecil's left leg muscles are actually rather tender and he's more sensitive to taking hits there than anywhere else.
        *Exploitable Fear ▬ Senseless Autophobia: This develops as an off-shoot of Autophobia, the fear of being alone. If he is secluded from others, he is more likely to act irrationally and unable to think clearly if he does not hear another's voice on a mission. He will become unreasonably wary of his actions and slowly lose himself into uncertainty with physical actions.


╫ H I S T O R Y ╫

        BACKGROUND ▬ Cecil was raised in a fairly well-off town in Vale, his parents both had jobs, he was an only child, and they wanted what was best for him. His love of books came from his mother running a local library and he spent his days before being put into school just reading and reading the books. He was eventually allowed to take his favorite book home to read and study it as a small joke, but he did take home the Book: Legend of the Huntsman. This sparked his curiosity and he always kept the book at his side, even when going through elementary school and soon through enough effort, and convincing of his parents, he was allowed to attend Vale's Signal Academy, in which he was discovered to have an innate control over the cold. He was trained from a young age till he was about to graduate on how to control his ice powers, fully unlocking his aura and just tapping into what his semblance can do.

        He had returned home after graduating to a letter that made his parents cry tears of joy. He hugged them tightly as the letter revealed he was allowed to join Beacon Academy this year. He had to pack his things, but before he left, he was confronted by a man he had not seen in years, even enough to remember what he looked like. He claimed he was Cecil's grandfather, and handed him an old Hunter's favorite... a Reiterpallasch. He took it in stride and began to run, desperate to make it to classes before he was late.

        A bit of family history, Cecil is a descendant of the long line of hunters who share his family name of Roydon. They have a history of being very good huntsmen, yet they have always died within the ages of 40-50 years old for the one reason Cecil himself does not know. The Roydon's strength comes not from their semblance, but for what they do to make themselves strong via their semblance. The 3rd Roydon had given the male heirs of the family a terrible technique... something he had done that would irrevokably cause the Men to die at a younger age than other successful hunters. Sessilian Couth Roydon had taught himself and his younger generations the art of Semblance Forcing. It is a horrific trick that excels the family's power to new heights at the cost of one's own life force and the expense of their years being taken. Sessilian's prominent weapon that had been passed down from family generations was the Reiterpallasch Mk. I

        Cecil himself has since been attending Beacon with the blessing of his father and mother, growing close ever since the first failed team to his new teammates: Azura, Adam, and Ridley. He's grown close to Azura as he became her boyfriend and slowly understood the mechanisms of the world now as he begins to understand the focus of his learnings. He's grateful for how things are and is proud of the huntsman he's become but recently with the passing of his father, he's been questioning if he's doing things right... and hopes to one day find the murderer of his father as he senses it wasn't just a grim who killed him.

        Cecil's Grandfather: Sir Regalius Benforth Roydon had just recently passed away, having died fighting off a Grimm on a mission.
        Cecil's father, Argent Roydon had recently passed away, having been killed via a grimm after fighting Hades.

╫ I N V E N T O R Y ╫

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Unveiled Reiterpallasch
        ▬ What appears to be a modified heavy revolver with a long curved two-handed handle for Cecil to grip. The handle is connected to a Magnum Revolver-Type Chamber with a long barrel. The barrel itself is modified to be able to fire .50 Calibur Rounds and is inlined with specialized Dust Channels to allow Cecil's Ice Dust to transform it from its revolver state to a weapon State. However, this new weapon comes with a problem in that it needs to replace the barrel whenever sufficient Rounds have been fired to be able to use the Melee State.
        Melee Form ▬ The Melee Form is rather difficult to state, other than the Gun's Handle acts as a weapon Handle and the barrel itself is connected to the primary Weapon. The Melee form is of anything that Cecil can think of for a weapon but it requires his Ice Dust Affinity and at least 1 Ice Dust Round/Shard to create the weapon. The limit to this melee form is that he can only create one weapon per round and it lasts up to 5 posts before it fades away. The Maximum Effective Range the weapon could take the form of is a Kusarigama of 3m, this is because the channeling focuses the limit of the cubic meter the dust can usually focus on into a single line, narrowing its wide effect but making it a longer weapon.
        Ranged Form ▬ It's Primary Ranged form is the Revolver Mode but it can utilize Ice Dust to create a conduit for manifesting other ranged weapons like Bows, Crossbows, and the like.

        ▬ As stated, the Barrel itself can only withstand so much gunpowder and the damage from the .50 Calibur rounds make it to where if Cecil uses all 6 shots, he needs to replace the barrel before reloading.

        Improved Frozen Strength: Cecil's body grows with his ice, toughing his muscles and helping him to become stronger under pressure. His strength has improved significantly from his skills, able to deadlift up to a 1/2 ton(1000lbs)
        ▬ Advanced Roydon Talent: Eyes of Arctic Knowledge: An old Hereditary talent of the Vonterblen bloodline enhanced from Argent's training. This ability works as effectively as Aura Sight, being able to perceive another's Aura and semblance and the aura that connects them together that would normally not be seen.[i.e. He could see what parts of the earth could be influenced by another's aura or be able to detect illusions by seeing the aura creating it.] With this Talent however, Cecil is also able to see in Infrared Vision for up to 2 posts with a 6 post cooldown.


╫ S E M B L A N C E ╫

        *NAME ▬ White Dragon Install
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Sapphire
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ Molded by his personality and experience of the huntsman world, Cecil's semblance itself had evolved and changed with him to become different. It's now a personal state of energy that grants Cecil true mastery of Cryomancy.

        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts) Eira Install: The introductory state that Cecil is able to enter into without so much of a thought. While the form doesn't drop the temperature, he can create and summon small structures of ice or even sharp shards of ice that are as strong as steel. He can throw any of the constructs or shards he generates.
        Limitations: While using Eira Install, Cecil's Cryomancy can manifest ice structures or ice shards sizing up to an Adult Brown Bear(Average Size). The complexity of these constructions can be as simple as a single shard/cube of ice to linked Chains of Ice(Thickness matches 3/8in and Full length of 30ft). The ice constructed only lasts for 2 posts but fades back into aura. At any given point, he can only make up to 3 ice-based items in a single post(Each object's max size is equal to that of Standard Night Stand). Any ice made fades when he leaves the Install. Any ice made must be formed from the user's hands.
        Duration/Cooldown: He can maintain this form for up to 5 posts before he returns to normal, unable to use this form for 3 posts.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Rhigwm Install: His Eira Install improves into Rhigwm Install, granting him a new form of ice creation. In this state, his forearms and shins have a faint glow of light blue with ice slowly generating upon them and over clothing on his arms and legs. He can generate short crawling waves of ice spikes with a stomp or long-reaching spikes of ice from his hands. The creation of these spikes is fairly quick, but they can be reasonably dodged when manifested.
        Limitations: While he can only create large spikes from his hand or crawling ice spikes from stomping, he can only use his crawling ice spikes once every 2 posts but can summon up to two ice spikes from his hands.
        -The Ice Spikes on the ground reach up to 30ft away as each spike slowly grows from 1ft towards 7ft in height the further from Cecil the attack goes in a straight line, covering 5ft in the width. The spikes remain for 2 posts before breaking apart and fading.
        - The Long spikes Cecil creates from his hands have a max range of 10ft, and weigh nothing to him. He has no cooldown making the long spikes but he can only make 2 of them per post. These fade immediately after being made.
        Duration/Cooldown: He can maintain Rhigwm Install for up to 5 posts, afterwards he drops to normal and is unable to re-enter Rhigwm install for 4 posts.
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts) Semblance Upgrade 1: The Creation Size Limits increases dramatically, forming up to the size of a large sedan. The complexity of the ice made in this state increases to create animal like-constructions like animal heads.
        Semblance Upgrade 2: Increases the range of the crawling ice waves up by 10ft in length and can be performed twice a post before being on a 2 post cooldown. His Long Spikes are improved, instead, forming long blades of ice attached to his hands. When making the spikes he can choose spike or blade, blades only last 2 posts. He can also manipulate the Ice spike-wave to instead create sudden walls of ice that are 10ft in Height, 5ft in width, and 40ft in length.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Winter Dragon Install: Cecil's most powerful state, learned by harnessing the Familial Forced Semblance technique, Cecil can enter a state of being with his aura being completely visible to the naked eye. When he enters this state, two blades of ice are created floating nearby him. At this state, he can perform anything he could do in his previous levels, but in this state, he can make any constructs of ice detonate with a blast yield of 10ft. He himself is unaffected by the explosion of his ice while in this form.
        Limitations: At his maximum creation state, he can manifest ice structures, shards, spikes, anything and manipulate its structure at this point with his aura. However, he can only manifest 3 creations per post and at a maximum size of 8m cubed.
        - The creations can be as complex as animals, but only certain creatures and objects made can be manipulated by his aura for complexity reasons, these are the following: Hydra Heads, Octopi Tendrils, and the summoned swords when he enters the form.
        - The Ice Creations he makes that aren't the listed creatures and items, all fade away at the end of the post after being constructed. As stated he can only manifest 3 creations per post and most usually never last. These creations in this level can be up to the size of an adult Brown Bear.
        - The Ice Swords can only reach up to 10ft before returning to Cecil.
        Duration/Cooldown: He can maintain this form for up to 4 posts, after which he drops back into his normal state. He cannot re-enter this state for 5 posts. He can only use this mastered state twice a day.
        Semblance Upgrade 3: Cecil's Rhigwm Install improves once again. He no longer needs to use his hands when he creates any ice structures. Because of this upgrade, he can create any form of ice and manipulate ice creations up to 30ft away.
        Examples of how he creates and Manipulates Ice: Throwing ice after creating it. Creating short pillars of solid ice. Generating his Ice Spike from a distance(Not Crawling Ice). Generating ice defensively.
        *DRAWBACKS
        ▬ Winter Dragon Install: Cecil can only enter this state twice as stated, however, every time he leaves the form, he suffers the familial technique's backlash, suffering internal Hypothermia and slowing his body down. 50% after he leaves it the first time, and 75% after he leaves it the second time. He needs a day's rest to recover from the backlash.
        ▬ Anyone with Aura sight can predict his attacks coming before he performs them.
        ▬ Although the semblance was made to withstand the heat and create objects faster than taking the time to make his weapons, his semblance and aura are still weaker against those using fire-based items or semblances.
        ▬ As fast as he can make his ice, they cannot pierce aura and can still be blocked by rudimentary means. The strength of the ice is also comparable to steel and isn't defended by his aura except the three creations stated in his limitations. Because of that, these can be broken by anything stronger than steel when used to block incoming attacks.
        ▬ Each state has a notable surge in his aura, with Eira being rather normal but entering Rhigwm and Winter Dragon will cause his aura to spike unnaturally and are considerably more draining to use. In Rhigwm his aura drains at twice the speed compared to Eira and his base state, and in Winter Dragon it drains at three times the speed.
        ▬ Upon using Winter Dragon a second time and leaving the form, his Aura is considered gone.

        ▬ An old hunter weapon that was given to him by his great grandfather when he was accepted into the academy. It is a rapier that can shift to and from a Flintlock pistol.

╫ S E M B L A N C E ╫

        *NAME ▬ Glacial Master/Black Ice
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Blue / Light blue with Black swirls.
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ When he activates his semblance, the area around him will begin to slowly decrease in temperature, slowly getting colder to pass below Zero. He can use the cold to his advantage and slightly slow down his enemies. He can activate another version of his semblance by using a bit of his own blood and aura to create a dark version of his ice powers. While in Black Ice mode, after drawing or using his own blood, his Ice gains special properties that get stronger as he does. This effect ranges from being able to increase defenses to even creating more lethal damages. Every time he uses his Black Ice form, it drains him of his health and aura a fair and respective amount. If used too much though, it will drive him closer to becoming insane(At the very least.) Further use could potentially cause him to kill himself.
        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts)Icy Weapons: He can use the cold in the air to generate a sword, spear, or even a short bow to use from his ice alone. This grants him the power to have replacement weapons should he lose his Reiterpallasch. He can summon this along and over his weapon should the need for a greater range is needed. If used in Black Ice mode, his sword and spear weapons will be able to reflect bullets while the arrows will be able to freeze and latch onto a spot. He gains a new weapon in Black Ice mode: Frozen claws that appear from his hands and feet, each blade the length of a dagger.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Glacial Dominance: He can exude his semblance even further, drowning the area with his cold, slowing enemies down. If his ability keeps up for a total of 4 posts, the ground becomes slippery with ice that he can move perfectly on. If his Black ice mode is active, the time it takes to freeze the ground is 2 posts and this can instead trap enemies where they are, even allies if they are too close. He is able to focus his blood in the ice to where it manifests a large spire of ice underneath his foes(Focusing takes a post to position.)
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts)Icy Armor: His aura manifests passively in a suit of ice armor, improving his aura's resistance as high as he can. It can shrug off physical and other semblance blows better than normal, even though he still takes them. If used in his black ice mode, his armor takes in a darker form and even manifesting a curved sword over his Reiterpallasch if he is holding it. While in this state, his swings are much more powerful and can hit with the force of a greatsword against others. Those he hits in either form start to experience ice build up on the location of being hit, with the Black Ice having a much colder effect.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Ice Mastery: He is now capable of summoning large boulders or shards of ice, being able to use the shards as drills or firing them off at enemies from a vast distance. He can slam the large boulders onto the ground to crush his enemies. His Black Ice mode on the other hand, transcends the ice into creating flash freeze effects, essentially freezing his foes in place. Further more in his Black Ice state, he can generate a focused sphere of black ice into his hand before shooting a ball out towards the enemy.(Focusing takes 1 post.) If it hits a Grimm, it freezes them to the bone, making it easy to shatter them. A being who isn't grim on the other hand will experience serious hypothermia and suffer a completely frozen limb.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ It is next to useless in a short fight or in a fight with fire-based enemies.

        BACKGROUND ▬ Cecil was raised in a fairly well-off town in Vale, his parents both had jobs, he was an only child, and they wanted what was best for him. His love of books came from his mother running a local library and he spent his days before being put into school just reading and reading the books. He was eventually allowed to take his favorite book home to read and study it as a small joke, but he did take home the Book: Legend of the Huntsman. This sparked his curiosity and he always kept the book at his side, even when going through elementary school and soon through enough effort, and convincing of his parents, he was allowed to attend Vale's Signal Academy, in which he was discovered to have an innate control over the cold. He was trained from his young age till he was about to graduate on how to control his ice powers, fully unlocking his aura and just tapping into what his semblance can do.

        He had returned home after graduating to a letter that made his parents cry tears of joy. He hugged them tightly as the letter revealed he was allowed to join Beacon Academy this year. He had to pack his things, but before he left, he was confronted by a man he had not seen in years, even enough to remember what he looked like. He claimed he was Cecil's grandfather, and handed him an old Hunter's favorite... a Reiterpallasch. He took it in stride and began to run, desperate to make it to classes before he was late.

        *AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Blue / Light blue with Black swirls.
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ When he activates his semblance, the area around him will begin to slowly decrease in temperature, slowly getting colder to pass below Zero. He can use the cold to his advantage and slightly slow down his enemies. He can activate another version of his semblance by using a bit of his own blood and aura to create a dark version of his ice powers. While in Black Ice mode, after drawing or using his own blood, his Ice gains special properties that get stronger as he does. This effect ranges from being able to increase defenses to even creating more lethal damages. Every time he uses his Black Ice form, it drains him of his health and aura a fair and respective amount. If used too much though, it will drive him closer to becoming insane(At the very least.) Further use could potentially cause him to kill himself.
        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts)Icy Weapons: He can use the cold in the air to generate a sword, spear, or even a short bow to use from his ice alone. This grants him the power to have replacement weapons should he lose his Reiterpallasch. He can summon this along and over his weapon should the need for a greater range is needed. If used in Black Ice mode, his sword and spear weapons will be able to reflect bullets while the arrows will be able to freeze and latch onto a spot. He gains a new weapon in Black Ice mode: Frozen claws that appear from his hands and feet, each blade the length of a dagger.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Glacial Dominance: He can exude his semblance even further, drowning the area with his cold, slowing enemies down. If his ability keeps up for a total of 4 posts, the ground becomes slippery with ice that he can move perfectly on. If his Black ice mode is active, the time it takes to freeze the ground is 2 posts and this can instead trap enemies where they are, even allies if they are too close. He is able to focus his blood in the ice to where it manifests a large spire of ice underneath his foes(Focusing takes a post to position.). At this level, his Level 0: Icy Weapons, have increased in durability(i.e. His Ice is now comparable to steel in his normal state, and Carbon Steel for his Black Ice state). He can even manifest a total of 3 new weapons(2 in Normal and 1 in Black Ice mode) An Oodachi(long Katana) and a Crossbow(Fires Icicles) for his normal state and a Bladed Kite Shield(protects his hand, wrist, and forearms with thick blades of Ice). His weapons can now remain even after he summons more weaponry.
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts)Icy Armor: His aura manifests passively in a suit of ice armor, improving his aura's resistance as high as he can. It can shrug off physical and other semblance blows better than normal, even though he still takes them. This covers his aura and is his first line of defense when protecting against offensive attacks. If used in his black ice mode, his armor takes in a darker form and even manifesting a curved sword over his Reiterpallasch if he is holding it. While in this state, his swings are much more powerful and can hit with the force of a greatsword against others. Those he hits in either form start to experience ice build up on the location of being hit, with the Black Ice having a much colder effect. His Levels 0 & 1 Ice Durability increases once again (i.e. His Ice is comperable to Tungsten in his normal state while his Black Ice weaponry is comperable to Chromium) & he can produce more weaponry at this level: Such as a heavy Ice Flail that he can somehow wield efficiently, and Glaive in his Black ice Mode.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Ice Mastery: He is now capable of summoning large boulders or shards of ice, being able to use the shards as drills or firing them off at enemies from a vast distance. He can slam the large boulders onto the ground to crush his enemies. His Black Ice mode on the other hand, transcends the ice into creating flash freeze effects, essentially freezing his foes in place. Further more in his Black Ice state, he can generate a focused sphere of black ice into his hand before shooting a ball out towards the enemy.(Focusing takes 1 post.) If it hits a Grimm, it freezes them to the bone, making it easy to shatter them. A being who isn't grim on the other hand will experience serious hypothermia and suffer a completely frozen limb.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ It is next to useless in a short fight or in a fight with fire-based enemies. If he spends too much time in Black Ice(At Max he can remain in the form for 5 posts only), he will gradually lose large amounts of Aura until he collapses from exhaustion or dies from his Aura inadvertently freezing him. He can only manage up to two weapons at once, if he creates anymore then the previous one shatters in his grasp.

This does give him both a decennt grip strength, and an impressive pound for pound strength.
        Other Talents ▬ Ice-skating: Cecil has learned and studied the basics for Ice-skating that he can actually implement it into combat when his semblance goes off. His knowledge of Ice-skating goes as far as avoiding falling on his face, such as balance, and even the basic of spins.

At times even his eyes can deceive him as he can mis-judge someone's height entirely. If he can't guage his surroundings properly, Cecil will most likely be the one to make mistakes in his opportunities.

        A bit of a family history, Cecil is a descendant of the long line of hunters who share his family name of Roydon. They have a history of being very good huntsmen, yet they have always died within the ages of 40-50 years old for the one reason Cecil himself does not know. The Roydon's strength comes not from their semblance, but for what they do to make themselves strong via their semblance. The 3rd Roydon had given the male heirs of the family a curse... something he had done that would irrevokably cause the Men to die at a younger age than other successful hunters. Sessilian Couth Roydon had consumed Grimm, more specifically a specific breed of Beowulf, in order to preserve his life and to become stronger. Sure, he had become a successful hunter but he had forever tainted his blood and sadly, the dust and corruption of Grimm now flows through the male Roydon family line, strengthening the semblance of Roydon hunters but forever damning them to a limited life. Sessilian's prominant weapon that had been passed down from family generations was the Reiterpallasch Mk. I

        Cecil's Grandfather: Sir Regalius Benforth Roydon had just recently passed away, the corruption having taken him.

        The secret of the Roydon's have only been passed down from one to another whenever they reach the ripe age of 24 and as such... the last one to know this dark truth is Cecil's father who has refused to tell his son about this. Cecil's dad is currently 39 years old, and he knows not how long he has left to tell his son.

        His body is completely immune to his own semblance's cold and even the weapons he makes, so as to avoid harming himself. In trade, he is immensely vulnerable to fire.
        Addendum: Cecil's growth and will to fight his ever encroaching curse has caused him to learn how to control his aura flow. He has an ever improving pool of Aura he can use for both techniques and defense. When he activates his Semblance, he uses up 10 AP and has to upkeep it for 1 AP every round. While his semblance is active, any damage done to him reduces his AP by 2. His AP is replenished by 20 every day, this includes his Critical Aura reserves.

        Techique; Spawn Weapon: This technique is the basic of the basics for Cecil. His semblance has to remain active for 5 posts howeverer before he can use it. He can summon a Sword, a Spear, or an equivalent to a Shortbow. Any arrows he summons for his shortbow are like thin icicles, but do not eat into his aura. He can also summon the Sword or Spear over his Rapier, encasing it in ice. This Skill costs 5 AP to activate, but cannot use any of his Critcal Aura Reserve.
        Dark Technique; Spawn Weapon[EX]: When he is in his black ice state, he cuts the time needed to spawn any of his frozen weapons down to 3 posts. This Technique allows him to painfully summon claws from his hands and feet. This gives him the ability to scale walls but the ice itself is tainted with his blood. This Skill costs 5 AP to activate, it can use any of his Critcal Aura Reserve when he is running low of his Useable.

        This is a full compliment of abilities that he can use his aura for with his weapons out.
        Sword Art[Shattering Blossom]: Uses 4 AP. Cecil lunges forward with his sword and promptly forces his weapon's blade to explode. This creates sharp ice shrapnel to damage or even blind his foes. He loses his sword afterwards. If his reiterpallasch is frozen within the sword, he can perform a second lunge to stab with the rapier while the enemy is distracted.
        Spear Art[Shatter Dance]: Uses 4 AP. Cecil spins his spear around to his left side, then his right, and then throws the spinning spear. It can hit multiple times, gradually getting smaller as it's breaking apart, but it's uses are invaluable as it can quickly parry oncoming close attacks before attacking with the throw. He loses his spear afterwards. If his Reiterpallasch is frozen along her spear, he can instead instead swing in a full arc while breaking the spear; retaining the rapier instead.
        Panther Technique[Lunging Throw]: Uses 8 AP, can dip into Critical AP. Cecil lunges at the foe with his claws, aiming to stab into their body or hooking onto their aura. He isn't aiming to knock the foe down, but instead aims to lift them up and throw. This deals self damage to Cecil as it is overexerting his muscles to ensure he can throw someone. However, if he misses, he will land on his hands and feet like a cat, spawning a tail of moving ice.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Blizzard's Breathe:
        Technique; Slowing Aura: He can exude his semblance even further to drown the area around him(Ranging up to 50 feet in diameter around him) with his cold. If his semblance is active for a total of 10 posts(Having used a total of 20 AP), he can essentially freeze the ground, and enemies around him. Enemies caught in his range are afflicted by the first sign of hypothermia, causing them to have frigid shivers to slow them down. The ground around him is frozen over, and as such he can slide along the field expertly.
        Dark Technique; Trapped Liquid: If his Black ice mode is active, the time it takes for his aura to become more dangerous is reduced to having been active for 7 posts. This can instead trap enemies where they are, even allies if they are on the ground around him. He is able to focus his blood in the ice to where it manifests a large spire of ice underneath his foes(Focusing takes a post to position.).
        Buff: At this level, his Level 0: Icy Weapons, have increased in durability(i.e. His Ice is now comparable to steel in his normal state, and Carbon Steel for his Black Ice state).
        New Weapons: He can even manifest a total of 3 new weapons(2 in Normal and 1 in Black Ice mode) An Oodachi(long Katana) and a Crossbow(Fires Icicles) for his normal state and a Bladed Kite Shield(protects his hand, wrist, and forearms with thick blades of Ice). The Oodachi and the Crossbow can be summoned around his Reitarpallasch.
        [Aura Skills]
        Oodachi Art[Breadth of Ice]: Costs 5 AP. He brings his Oodachi to the side before he swings it from side to side, covering a 5-foot semi-circle. During the swing; he sacrifices the Oodachi, thus losing it; and summons out a swath of ice along the ground reaching up to a 25 foot cone before him. The ice remains for one post before shooting a chiiling pillar of ice. Those hit by the aura are shot into the air with a layer of frostbite eating at their aura.
        Crossbow Art[Black Frost]: Costs 10 AP and can dip into his Critical AP. Can only be used in his Black Ice state. This summons a strange Crossbow at the end of his frozen tail, and can shoot a wave of Icicles(Up to 6 Icicle Bolts) to hit those infront of him.
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts)Winter's Strength:
        Technique[Frozen Armor]: Costs 20 AP and can be used after 3 active posts of his semblance. His aura manifests passively in a suit of ice armor, improving his aura's resistance as high as he can. It can shrug off physical and other semblance blows better than normal, even though he still takes them. This covers his aura and is his first line of defense when protecting against offensive attacks. If used in his black ice mode, his armor takes in a darker form and even manifesting a curved sword over his Reiterpallasch if he is holding it. While in this state, his swings are much more powerful and can hit with the force of a greatsword against others. Those he hits in either form start to experience ice build up on the location of being hit, with the Black Ice having a much colder effect.
        Dark Technique[Siberian Roar]: Costs 25 AP while in black ice, Cecil can emit a powerful roar, similar to a Beowulf's howl as he unleashes a wave of ice around him in an explosive manner. This blocks any range attack that would attempt to hit him as the wave expands up to a 40 ft radius away from him. This wave crawls forward for 2 posts until it reaches it's max size, those caught within whose auras are down or weakened are afflicted with severe cases of Hypothermia and frostbite.
        Buff: His Levels 0 & 1 Ice Durability increases once again His Ice is comperable to Tungsten in his normal state while his Black Ice weaponry is comperable to Chromium.
        New Weapons: He gains a total of three new weapons, 2 in normal state, and one in Black Ice state. He gains the use of a heavyweighted two-handed Greataxe and a specialized Rope Dart(The Rope is replaced with links of ice chains) while in his normal state. In his Black Ice form, he gains the use of a Glaive.
        [Aura Skills]
        Rope Dart Art[Chain of Command]: Costs 10 AP. He channels his aura through the chain and the dart at the end. This grants him full command over how the chain of ice reacts and as such he can throw the chain in a perfect straight line to stab at enemies. If a character, object, or creature is hit by this, the dart will freeze on the spot, acting as an anchor. This gives him a one use chain to yank the enemy towards him, drag himself towards the enemy, or to drag them down to the ground. The chain breaks upon use. It can be used defensively instead, using the 10 feet of chains as a living chain to block attacks up to 4 times before breaking.
        Maul Art[Explosive Winter]: Costs 15 AP. He raises the maul high up and brings it down, hitting the ground hard as the ground around him, up to 30 feet around him, becomes frozen solid with curved ice stalagmites pointing up and into the circle, this creates a defensive barrier around him using his ice. The maul breaks afterwards.
        Glaive Art[Devil's Deal]: Costs 30 AP while in Black Ice state, can use Critical AP. While he is holding the Glaive, he can exude a wave of black energy over himself, the glaive radiating this darkness. He can swing it with a deadly focus, sending out a frozen wave slash that can freeze objects solid. The wave can also disable the firing mechanisms in any gun and stop weapons from transforming. The wave has to hit directly and has a finite range of 40ft. He can perform up to 5 waves before the glaive disintegrates into fine crystalline ice dust.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Destiny Determines(Story line will determine this Level 3.)
        *DRAWBACKS
        1st Weakness: It is next to useless in a short fight or in a fight with fire-based enemies.
        2nd Weakness: If he spends too much time in Black Ice he will gradually lose large amounts of Aura until he collapses from exhaustion or dies from his Aura inadvertently freezing him. Entering Black Ice State Drains all of his normal AP, dropping him to Critical Reserves, and keeping it active draws 5 AP each. For every 3 posts, a limb of his own will be frozen solid. If his Critical AP drops to 0, he dies.
        3nd Weakness: He can only manage up to two weapons at once, if he creates anymore then the previous one shatters in his grasp.
        4rd Weakness: His aura has an assigned limit now, and multiple hits can drain his aura much more quickly. If he is not careful, he could end up dropping his Aura into critical status on his own.
        5th Weakness: If his aura or his weapons are hit by anything fire, it will take 8 AP away from him, and even break his weapons.

        Other Talents ▬ Ice-skating: Cecil has learned and studied the basics for Ice-skating that he can actually implement it into combat when his semblance goes off. His knowledge of Ice-skating goes as far as avoiding falling on his face, such as balance, and even the basic of spins.
        Cooking: Despite how he looks, because of his constant reading, he knows how to prepare over 60 different types of dishes located in Vale alone.

        Strongest Skill ▬ (His power over ice is fairly great and is considered to be his strongest trait as he wittles opponents away.)
        Weakest Skill ▬ Over-Evaluating: Cecil is good at many things, but he tends to over-evaluate his opponents, shooting them as stronger or higher beings as it causes him to be careful in his attacks. At times even his eyes can deceive him as he can mis-judge someone's height entirely. If he can't guage his surroundings properly, Cecil will most likely be the one to make mistakes in his opportunities.
        Other Skills ▬ Memory: Cecil has a good memory and can naturally remember people by faces, name, and even just by looking into their eyes he can tell if they had met before. This also goes to places he has been to. However, at times he has been forgetful of some things and tends to get some things a bit incorrect from height to distance.
        Physical Strength: Cecil, despite his average appearance, can lift and throw people due to a previous training because of his parents enrolling him into Jiu-jitsu classes when he was younger. His father was hoping he'd aspire to be like him who relied on brute force.

        BACKGROUND ▬ Cecil was raised in a fairly well-off town in Vale, his parents both had jobs, he was an only child, and they wanted what was best for him. His love of books came from his mother running a local library and he spent his days before being put into school just reading and reading the books. He was eventually allowed to take his favorite book home to read and study it as a small joke, but he did take home the Book: Legend of the Huntsman. This sparked his curiosity and he always kept the book at his side, even when going through elementary school and soon through enough effort, and convincing of his parents, he was allowed to attend Vale's Signal Academy, in which he was discovered to have an innate control over the cold. He was trained from his young age till he was about to graduate on how to control his ice powers, fully unlocking his aura and just tapping into what his semblance can do.

        He had returned home after graduating to a letter that made his parents cry tears of joy. He hugged them tightly as the letter revealed he was allowed to join Beacon Academy this year. He had to pack his things, but before he left, he was confronted by a man he had not seen in years, even enough to remember what he looked like. He claimed he was Cecil's grandfather, and handed him an old Hunter's favorite... a Reiterpallasch. He took it in stride and began to run, desperate to make it to classes before he was late.

        A bit of a family history, Cecil is a descendant of the long line of hunters who share his family name of Roydon. They have a history of being very good huntsmen, yet they have always died within the ages of 40-50 years old for the one reason Cecil himself does not know. The Roydon's strength comes not from their semblance, but for what they do to make themselves strong via their semblance. The 3rd Roydon had given the male heirs of the family a curse... something he had done that would irrevokably cause the Men to die at a younger age than other successful hunters. Sessilian Couth Roydon had consumed Grimm, more specifically a specific breed of Beowulf, in order to preserve his life and to become stronger. Sure, he had become a successful hunter but he had forever tainted his blood and sadly, the dust and corruption of Grimm now flows through the male Roydon family line, strengthening the semblance of Roydon hunters but forever damning them to a limited life. Sessilian's prominant weapon that had been passed down from family generations was the Reiterpallasch Mk. I

        Cecil's Grandfather: Sir Regalius Benforth Roydon had just recently passed away, the corruption having taken him.

        The secret of the Roydon's have only been passed down from one to another whenever they reach the ripe age of 24 and as such... the last one to know this dark truth is Cecil's father who has refused to tell his son about this. Cecil's dad is currently 39 years old, and he knows not how long he has left to tell his son.

        *AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Blue or Light blue with Black swirls.
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ When he activates his semblance, the area around him will begin to slowly decrease in temperature, slowly getting colder to pass below Zero. He can use the cold to his advantage and slightly slow down his enemies. He has access to a more corrupt form of his semblance, thanks to a strain of Grimm dust from his family's bloodline. He can access this Corrupted state one of two ways: Overwhelming Stress with his Aura active(Tanking a large attack point Blank) or by Forcing it to activate by drawing his own blood. While in Black Frost mode, his Ice gains special properties that get stronger as he does, and his entire battle capabilities dramatically increase. This effect ranges from being able to increase defenses to even creating more lethal weapons. He can maintain Black Frost for only a safe period of 5 posts at a time at least once a day. If he enters it any more times after the first time of th day, a limb of his permanently freezes(Starting from His Left Arm, to his right leg, then right arm, then left leg).
        He can go around his build up time for his ice however with the use of Ice-based Dust. He can use Ice Dust Bullets to form any 1 weapon that follows the rules of his semblance. He can use Raw Ice-Dust Crystals to Re-create any Hunter Weapon he has seen that follows the rule of his semblance. However, the same Ice-Dust Crystals can be hand detonated to manifest shards or spikes of ice along the ground and walls.
        His body is mostly immune to his own semblance's cold and even the weapons he makes, so as to avoid harming himself. In trade, he is immensely vulnerable to fire.

        Black Frost Beast Bonus: 31

        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts)Frozen Armory:

The floor of ice follows Cecil, with him remaining at it's centre, leaving no trail. After it has been active for 2 posts it will slow others for 2 posts before the ice floor ends. Cecil must wait 3 posts before he is able to re-use this ability.
        Dark Technique; Frozen Lake: If his Black Frost mode is active, the time it takes to reactivate it or activate it is reduced to two. But this ability only lasts for one post. This can instead trap enemies where they are, even allies if they are on the ground around him with the ice freezing up from the ground to catch and hold limbs(20 ft radius). He is able to focus his blood in the ice to where it manifests a large spire of ice underneath his foes(Focusing takes a post to position.).
        Buff: At this level, his Level 0: Icy Weapons, have increased in durability(i.e. His Ice is now comparable to steel in his normal state, and Carbon Steel for his Black Frost state). He can manifest up to 9 weapons a day. They last up to 3 posts when summoned. Ammunition summoned for firing the crossbow and bow do not count towards the weapons summoned.

He gains the use of a heavyweighted two-handed Greataxe and a specialized Rope Dart(The Rope is replaced with links of ice chains) while in his normal state. In his Black Frost form, he gains the use of a Swordspear.

        1st Weakness: The weapons made are vulnerable to fire-based dust and damage, and are more prone to being weaker against them.
        2nd Weakness: He has 2 set post modes. 1 for Base and 1 for Black Frost. All posts gained from Fighting are withheld from Cecil and can only be accessed when he enters Black Frost mode.
        3nd Weakness: He can only manage up to two weapons at once, if he creates anymore then the previous one shatters in his grasp.
        4rd Weakness: If he uses Ice Dust to create or boost his weapons, he will suffer frostbite quickly if he activates it too much(Use of 3 dust Crystals will freeze his hands for 3 posts afterwards.)
        5th Weakness: If he leaves the state of Black Frost Beast, he loses the ability to use his Aura as a passive and active protection and left vulnerable for 6 posts.
        6th Weakness: In Black Frost state, he loses all sense of thinking and becomes a frenzied beast. Until he returns to normal, he is unable to discern who is friend or foe except for Azura of Team DARK.

If he can't guage his surroundings properly, Cecil will most likely be the one to make mistakes in his opportunities.

        BACKGROUND ▬ Cecil was raised in a fairly well-off town in Vale, his parents both had jobs, he was an only child, and they wanted what was best for him. His love of books came from his mother running a local library and he spent his days before being put into school just reading and reading the books. He was eventually allowed to take his favorite book home to read and study it as a small joke, but he did take home the Book: Legend of the Huntsman. This sparked his curiosity and he always kept the book at his side, even when going through elementary school and soon through enough effort, and convincing of his parents, he was allowed to attend Vale's Signal Academy, in which he was discovered to have an innate control over the cold. He was trained from his young age till he was about to graduate on how to control his ice powers, fully unlocking his aura and just tapping into what his semblance can do.

        He had returned home after graduating to a letter that made his parents cry tears of joy. He hugged them tightly as the letter revealed he was allowed to join Beacon Academy this year. He had to pack his things, but before he left, he was confronted by a man he had not seen in years, even enough to remember what he looked like. He claimed he was Cecil's grandfather, and handed him an old Hunter's favorite... a Reiterpallasch. He took it in stride and began to run, desperate to make it to classes before he was late.

        A bit of a family history, Cecil is a descendant of the long line of hunters who share his family name of Roydon. They have a history of being very good huntsmen, yet they have always died within the ages of 40-50 years old for the one reason Cecil himself does not know. The Roydon's strength comes not from their semblance, but for what they do to make themselves strong via their semblance. The 3rd Roydon had given the male heirs of the family a curse... something he had done that would irrevokably cause the Men to die at a younger age than other successful hunters. Sessilian Couth Roydon had taught himself and his younger generations the art of Semblance Forcing. A horrific trick that excels the family's power to new heights at the cost of ones own life force and the expense of their years being taken. Sessilian's prominant weapon that had been passed down from family generations was the Reiterpallasch Mk. I

        Cecil's Grandfather: Sir Regalius Benforth Roydon had just recently passed away, having died fighting off a grimm on a mission.

        ▬ When he activates his semblance, the area around him will begin to slowly decrease in temperature, slowly getting colder to pass below Zero. He can use the cold to his advantage and slightly slow down his enemies. He has access to a more powerful version of his semblance from his family's teachings. He can access this stronger state by forcing his semblance to act more quickly and forcing his aura to act much more violently, his entire battle capabilities dramatically increase. This effect ranges from being able to increase defenses to even creating more lethal weapons. He can maintain this increased power for a safety limit of 6 posts once a day, the limit increasing the stronger he gets.
        He can go around his build up time for his ice however with the use of Ice-based Dust. He can use Ice Dust Bullets to form any 1 weapon that follows the rules of his semblance. He can use Raw Ice-Dust Crystals to Re-create any Hunter Weapon he has seen that follows the rule of his semblance.
        His body is mostly immune to his own semblance's cold, the natural decline in temperature, and even the weapons he makes.

        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts)Frozen Armory:
        Techique; Spawn Weapon: This technique is the basic of the basics for Cecil. When his primary semblance is active for at least 3 posts, he becomes able to summon a Sword, a Spear, a full set of claws, or the equivalent of a Shortbow. Any arrows he summons for his shortbow are like thin icicles, but do not eat into his aura. He can also summon the Sword or Spear over his Reiterpallasch, encasing it in ice. At this point in time, his Tundra Knight Semblance can remain active for up to 7 posts, fading one post prior before all cold effects stop afterwards. Once the effect ends, he has to wait 5 posts before he can call upon his semblance again. During the semblance usage, he can only create 2 weapons per use.
        Forcing: Cecil's ability to force his semblance to act out reduces the time needed to create weapons down to 1 post . The forced state overrides the time duration of the base semblance. The amount of weapons he can make goes up to 3.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Blizzard's Breathe:
        Technique; Frigid Aura: He can exude his semblance even further, conjuring a set location of frozen ground and air with his cold(Range of a 50ft Diameter, can be set up at least 20 feet away when conjured). The ground is frozen over, and as such he can slide along the field expertly. He can use this 2 posts after he can summon weapons. After it has been active for 2 posts it will slow others for the remainder of the semblance before it fades at the end of the semblance duration.
        Buff: At this level, his Level 0: Icy Weapons, have increased in durability(i.e. His Ice is now comparable to steel in his normal state). His active semblance state now lasts for 10 posts, but inbetween he must wait 6 posts before he can use it again. During the semblance usage, he can only create 3 weapons per use.
        Forced: The Summon Frigid Aura Ability can be quickened to being activated after 1 post after summoning weapons. Forcing Semblance lasts for 1 additional post. He can create up to 4 weapons during the forced state.
        New Weapons: He can even manifest a total of 4 new weapons. An Oodachi(long Katana), a Scythe, and a Crossbow(Fires Icicles) for his normal state, and a large Bladed Kite Shield(Usually summoned on his back with the pointed end aimed forward to protect his head, neck, and back.). The Oodachi and the Crossbow can be summoned around his Reitarpallasch.
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts)Winter's Strength:
        Technique[Frozen Armor]: Can be used after 3 active posts of his semblance. His aura manifests on command in a suit of ice armor, improving his aura's resistance as high as he can. It can shrug off physical and other semblance blows better than normal, even though he still takes them. This covers his aura and is his first line of defense when protecting against offensive attacks. This armor fades away once Cecil's primary semblance or forced semblance ends. The durability of this Ice armor is comperable to Tempered Steel.
        Buff: His Levels 0 & 1 Ice Durability increases once again His Ice Weapons are comperable to Tungsten Steel. His Primary Semblance now lasts up to 15 posts with a 7 post cooldown inbetween. During the semblance usage, he can only create 4 weapons per use.
        Forcing: Whenever Cecil forces his semblance at this level he reduced the time required down to manifest his armor by 1. Forced Semblance state now lasts up to 10 posts. He can create up to 5 weapons during this state.
        New Weapons: He gains a total of four new weapons, He gains the use of a heavyweighted two-handed Greataxe, a Swordspear, a pair of combat weighted/dense gauntlets of ice, and a specialized Rope Dart(The Rope is replaced with links of ice chains) while in his normal state.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Destiny Determines(Story line will determine this Level 3.)
        *DRAWBACKS
        1st Weakness: The weapons made are vulnerable to fire-based dust and damage, and are more prone to being weaker against them. Ex. Should he block a fire-based attack with his shield, it is destroyed in the next post.
        2nd Weakness: He can only manage up to three weapons at once, if he creates anymore then the previous one shatters in his grasp.
        3rd Weakness: After the first time activation of his Forced State, Cecil's body begins to develop slight spots of ice around his body parts, reducing his speed and reaction time by 1/4. Upon the 2nd use of Forcing his Semblance in the same day, his semblance lashes out against him, overriding his cold resistance by slowly freezing his body, both inside and out, and slowing him down enough to only move at half his speed. The ice that grows on his body parts begin to grow more apparent. If he uses it a 3rd time in the same day he incapacitates himself halfway through the forced state. The ice that developed around his body grows around more than 25% of his body, not lethally freezing a limb, but dropping his internal temperature close to fatal levels and causing his body to shut down to survive. In order to recover from this weakness, Cecil needs a day to recuperate.

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Unveiled Reiterpallasch
        ▬ What appears to be a modified heavy revolver with a long curved two-handed handle for Cecil to grip. The handle is connected to a Magnum Revolver-Type Chamber with a long barrel. The barrel itself is modified to be able to fire .50 Calibur Rounds and is inlined with specialized Dust Channels to allow Cecil's Ice Dust to transform it from its revolver state to a weapon State. However, this new weapon comes with a problem in that it needs to replace the barrel whenever sufficient Rounds have been fired to be able to use the Melee State.
        Melee Form ▬ The Melee Form is rather difficult to state, other than the Gun's Handle acts as a weapon Handle and the barrel itself is connected to the primary Weapon. The Melee form is of anything that Cecil can think of for a weapon but it requires his Ice Dust Affinity and at least 1 Ice Dust Round/Shard to create the weapon. The limit to this melee form is that he can only create one weapon per round and it lasts up to 5 posts before it fades away. The Maximum Effective Range the weapon could take the form of is a Kusarigama of 3m, this is because the channeling focuses the limit of the cubic meter the dust can usually focus on into a single line, narrowing its wide effect but making it a longer weapon.

        *NAME ▬ Arctic Dragon State
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Cerulean Blue
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ Molded by his personality and experience of the huntsman world, Cecil's semblance itself had evolved and changed with him to become different. No longer was it a power to manifest an armory or to gear to assist him in a fight. Now the semblance itself is manifested in short bursts to empower his attacks. He can enter a state of mind and body, utilizing his semblance to it's fullest with little cooldown in between the attacks as he can generate either crawling waves of ice spikes or swift vestiges of ice while swinging a weapon. This is Cecil's True Strength.

        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts) Basic Abilities: .As he forces his semblance to adapt to what has happened to him, he learns how to manifest ice more quickly in smaller amounts. He is able to create small ice vestiges that follow his limbs and weapons, adding more force to the attack. The sizes of these Ice Vestiges are about fist-sized, about 1-1.5ft. He is also able to manifest and throw them quickly up to a distance of 20 ft away from him.
        While these Ice Vestiges are mostly to increase his striking power, he can only perform them up to 15 before he needs to wait 5 posts before being able to perform them again. He can only use two vestiges per post.
        Ice Lance: The basic of abilities, he is able to focus for a post, creating a slightly large ice crystal before he throws it out. The shape is like that of a Lance but crude. Upon impact the lance shatters apart, it shatters at its max distance of 30ft.
        Forcing: At the expense of his life and slowly freezing himself from the inside out, he can force himself to use his states longer by 3 posts, or increase the size of his vestiges by 5ft. At later levels, this can increase the power of techniques by increasing ranged attacks by 10ft or creating 1 more ice structure.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Attuned State: He summons up a strong aura, creating a new air around him. This does not drop the temperature like his previous semblance, but instead, his arms and legs begin to have a more cerulean glow. In this state, which lasts for up to 10 posts, he can create larger ice vestiges than in his normal state, the size of them increasing to 3ft to 5ft. He can perform this technique up to 15 times as usual but once he runs out in this state, he cannot perform any more vestiges for the remainder of the Attuned State. He can still perform the techniques however.
        Cryo-Crash: A quick technique that drops him out of the attuned state, he strikes the ground beneath him and generates a short-ranged human-sized ice vestige from above that crashes before him. He can follow it up with another strike, blasting it to pieces with his aura as it shoots a spread of ice, like bullets, up to 20ft away in a cone.
        Cryomantic Slash: A slower technique that requires a weapon to channel his ice through. He enters into a Quickdraw stance, focusing his ice into the weapon for up to 3 posts. During the three posts, he can release it, but it is at its strongest at max charge. When released he creates a blade of solid ice extending up to 7-14-28 ft at the responding charge. This ends his attuned state.
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts) Basic Upgrade 1: The size of the Ice Vestiges he summons while in his normal state are increased to 3ft and 5ft. He can create up to 20 vestiges before having to wait 7 posts to reuse them again. He can use up to 3 vestiges in a post and the max range for any vestiges he conjures to throw is increased to 10m. He is now capable of using the Cryomantic Slash in his Normal State.
        Attuned Upgrade: The Size of the Vestiges increase to 10ft in size or 3m Cubed. He can create up to 20 vestiges before he runs out in his Attuned State.
        Arctic Step:This can be used in his Normal State, Cecil can generate 5ft-cubed blocks of ice underneath his feet up to 3 times in his attuned state in a row. This is essentially a way for him to move across gaps or even air-step. An additional block can be made when he is in his Attuned State or Higher.
        Hydra Strike: Cecil calls upon memories and can conjure up a crystalline structure of ice resembling his father's hydra. He is not anchored to the ground but the head of the hydra spawns from Cecil's back and slows his movement due to the weight. This Hydra has a head size of 8ft and a neck length of 20ft. This technique can last throughout the duration of the Attuned State.
        Glacier Strike: Cecil's strongest attack, he focuses with a deep breath for one post, slowly entering horse stance as his arms become coated in a Dark Cerulean color like his aura. Once fully prepared, he strikes hard at point-blank range with an attack that doubles his strength output. If it misses the physical attack, it releases a large rolling sphere of ice that sizes up to 12m(39ft) and rolls quickly along the ground up to 30m(100ft). This attack drops Cecil down to his normal state.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Cecil's Ice Dragon State: A state of mind coming from mastering his Attuned State. This form replaces Cecil's Attuned State and instead of summoning Vestiges from nowhere, his attacks are instead followed by an additional Ice blade when attacking with his arms or his weapon, or a crawling wave of ice spikes. The Blades are up to 2.5m long and attack with as much force as he does, and the ice spikes reach up to 15m away as they grow larger along the trail. The minimum they start off at is 1.5ft long spikes before maxing out at 6ft long spikes. He can only perform or add these attacks up to 12 times up to twice a post before he runs out. This form only lasts up to 6 posts. While in this state, Skills that normally end his attuned state no longer end his form but instead can only be used once in a post.
        Basic Upgrade 2: Cecil is able to instead generate 2 Ice blades connected by his aura. These temporarily replace his ability to create vestiges but follow his every attack in either slash or thrusting attacks. The blades when summon are always between him and his opponent so long as he has sight on them. These summoned blades only last up to 7 posts, but in exchange for power, he must wait for 10 posts before he can summon vestiges or these blades again.
        Basic Upgrade 3: Cecil's Vestiges increase in size up to 10ft long or 2m cubed and can extend the reach of his attacks more effectively. He can use them 4 times in a post. He is also able to launch these Vestiges up to 50ft away in rapid succession.
        *DRAWBACKS ▬ Attuned/Ice Dragon State Drawback: Whenever he is forced out of Attuned/Ice Dragon State, he must wait up to 10 posts before he can re-enter the state. Ways he is forced out of it are abilities before reaching 3rd level, or exposure to any fire-based semblances.
        ▬ Forcing: At any time if he's forcing an ability or extends his state past normal, he slowly begins to freeze inside. He can only perform this 3 times a day and if he performs it a 3rd time he is instantly knocked out from self-imposed hypothermia. He needs to rest the remaining day to recover.
        ▬ Cecil's Hydra reduces his speed by 50% while it's active and it can be destroyed via exposure to fire despite aura protecting it.
        ▬ Glacier Strike: Strongest when used at point blank, when it drops him back to normal. This ignores the rule of the ice Dragon and forcibly drops him back to normal regardless and he cannot enter Attuned/Ice Dragon state for 20 posts.
        ▬ Ice Dragon State: When this form wears off, Cecil experiences 1 level of the Forcing Drawback and he is unable to use the form again for the remainder of the combat encounter. .
        ▬ Anyone with Aura sight can predict his attacks coming before he performs them.
        ▬ The Ice's durability is permanently stuck as strong as Steel.
        ▬ Any ice generated from this semblance melts or fades away in 3 posts after manifesting.
        ▬ While using his Vestiges, they primarily follow his attacks from behind the attack, and do not damage his arms or legs but instead damages his weapon if his aura is not protecting it. This can shatter the Ice Weapon summoned from the Primary Weapon. These vestiges will always damage any weapon that is not his primary weapon.

Frozen Endurance:- Can cut out the fluff. the whole pain receptors thing and toughen skin can be seen as 2 separate abilities. This just giving him basic endurance to be able last longer. Please take out the pain receptor part.

Dust Affinity(Ice) : The sword part is fine. the manipulation part is kind of iffy without use of semblance. You can do stuff you regularlly could do with ice dust but making abstract things of this nature i would say be more of a semblance thing.

Uncanny Weapon Knowledge: be able use it efficiently sure but to be complete master is a little plausible in my book. Seems like a catch all talent to never be at disadvantage. Others who spend their whole lives with weapons should still have more mastery over thee with this. Would say take mastery out and just say able to use it effectively.

Senseless Heroism: Unsure on this. Will discuss more .Not really getting what this does for real...

WEAKNESSES: both are just personality base. need one that exploitable in battle. YOurs is just really a battle tactic.

Semblance: I have said it before and I will say it again. This semblance is too much.IT basically maiden powers. I advise pic 1 thing and just expand on that 1 thing instead of 40 ideas mixed together. Honestly, your semblance description really does not give much about what going on here. There are honestly no reason for attacks in your semblance. just st ate what the semblance does at that level. Way some of this works, after using a move would need a cool down. It honestly just seems like u tryna do ice manipulation. just say it instead of just summoning of visages because those 2 different things one locks u down similar to summoning glyphs other does manipulation like chase´s blood.


Duration: Needs to be reduced. For manipulation powers hard cap usually 5 posts.

For vestiages extra damage is it piercing damage? Does it try freeze opponent? Need this more expanded.

Unsure where Ice lance is coming from. Your basic ability is saying vestigages are formed that follow the attacks but says nothing about manipulation of any item or weapon.. Only have vestiges which by definition be something similar to ice slice or similar to Aeralins aura claw thingys

Forcing: Not going to happen. an increase of 3 post for ability with such little drawback that can´t really be quantified not going to fly.

When dropped out of his attuned state what penalty does this cause or is the move just done for free? As for vestigaes. Lowering down AGAIN. for the amounts and duration.

Special attacks: aggain unneded. get rid of them. should be where semblance shows that these things are possible. some of these ur semblance wouldn´t even allow as written.

OVERALL. this semblance needs lot of balancing and toning down. There is no reason for all of this. This honestly overdoing maiden powers as well.

        *Exploitable Combat Weakness ▬ Lame Left Leg: Despite being healed from that first mission, Cecil's left leg muscles are actually rather tender and he's more sensitive to taking hits there than anywhere else.
        *Exploitable Fear ▬ Senseless Autophobia: This develops as an off-shoot of Autophobia, the fear of being alone. If he is secluded from others, he is more likely to act irrationally and unable to think clearly if he does not hear another's voice on a mission. He will become unreasonably wary of his actions and slowly lose himself into uncertainty with physical actions.


╫ H I S T O R Y ╫

        BACKGROUND ▬ Cecil was raised in a fairly well-off town in Vale, his parents both had jobs, he was an only child, and they wanted what was best for him. His love of books came from his mother running a local library and he spent his days before being put into school just reading and reading the books. He was eventually allowed to take his favorite book home to read and study it as a small joke, but he did take home the Book: Legend of the Huntsman. This sparked his curiosity and he always kept the book at his side, even when going through elementary school and soon through enough effort, and convincing of his parents, he was allowed to attend Vale's Signal Academy, in which he was discovered to have an innate control over the cold. He was trained from a young age till he was about to graduate on how to control his ice powers, fully unlocking his aura and just tapping into what his semblance can do.

        He had returned home after graduating to a letter that made his parents cry tears of joy. He hugged them tightly as the letter revealed he was allowed to join Beacon Academy this year. He had to pack his things, but before he left, he was confronted by a man he had not seen in years, even enough to remember what he looked like. He claimed he was Cecil's grandfather, and handed him an old Hunter's favorite... a Reiterpallasch. He took it in stride and began to run, desperate to make it to classes before he was late.

        A bit of family history, Cecil is a descendant of the long line of hunters who share his family name of Roydon. They have a history of being very good huntsmen, yet they have always died within the ages of 40-50 years old for the one reason Cecil himself does not know. The Roydon's strength comes not from their semblance, but for what they do to make themselves strong via their semblance. The 3rd Roydon had given the male heirs of the family a terrible technique... something he had done that would irrevokably cause the Men to die at a younger age than other successful hunters. Sessilian Couth Roydon had taught himself and his younger generations the art of Semblance Forcing. It is a horrific trick that excels the family's power to new heights at the cost of one's own life force and the expense of their years being taken. Sessilian's prominent weapon that had been passed down from family generations was the Reiterpallasch Mk. I

        Cecil himself has since been attending Beacon with the blessing of his father and mother, growing close ever since the first failed team to his new teammates: Azura, Adam, and Ridley. He's grown close to Azura as he became her boyfriend and slowly understood the mechanisms of the world now as he begins to understand the focus of his learnings. He's grateful for how things are and is proud of the huntsman he's become but recently with the passing of his father, he's been questioning if he's doing things right... and hopes to one day find the murderer of his father as he senses it wasn't just a grim who killed him.

        Cecil's Grandfather: Sir Regalius Benforth Roydon had just recently passed away, having died fighting off a Grimm on a mission.
        Cecil's father, Argent Roydon had recently passed away, having been killed via a grimm after fighting Hades.

╫ I N V E N T O R Y ╫

        PRIMARY WEAPON
        ▬ Unveiled Reiterpallasch
        ▬ What appears to be a modified heavy revolver with a long curved two-handed handle for Cecil to grip. The handle is connected to a Magnum Revolver-Type Chamber with a long barrel. The barrel itself is modified to be able to fire .50 Calibur Rounds and is inlined with specialized Dust Channels to allow Cecil's Ice Dust to transform it from its revolver state to a weapon State. However, this new weapon comes with a problem in that it needs to replace the barrel whenever sufficient Rounds have been fired to be able to use the Melee State.
        Melee Form ▬ The Melee Form is rather difficult to state, other than the Gun's Handle acts as a weapon Handle and the barrel itself is connected to the primary Weapon. The Melee form is of anything that Cecil can think of for a weapon but it requires his Ice Dust Affinity and at least 1 Ice Dust Round/Shard to create the weapon. The limit to this melee form is that he can only create one weapon per round and it lasts up to 5 posts before it fades away. The Maximum Effective Range the weapon could take the form of is a Kusarigama of 3m, this is because the channeling focuses the limit of the cubic meter the dust can usually focus on into a single line, narrowing its wide effect but making it a longer weapon.
        Ranged Form ▬ It's Primary Ranged form is the Revolver Mode but it can utilize Ice Dust to create a conduit for manifesting other ranged weapons like Bows, Crossbows, and the like.

        ▬ As stated, the Barrel itself can only withstand so much gunpowder and the damage from the .50 Calibur rounds make it to where if Cecil uses all 6 shots, he needs to replace the barrel before reloading.

        Improved Frozen Strength: Cecil's body grows with his ice, toughing his muscles and helping him to become stronger under pressure. His strength has improved significantly from his skills, able to deadlift up to a 1/2 ton(1000lbs)
        ▬ Advanced Roydon Talent: Eyes of Arctic Knowledge: An old Hereditary talent of the Vonterblen bloodline enhanced from Argent's training. This ability works as effectively as Aura Sight, being able to perceive another's Aura and semblance and the aura that connects them together that would normally not be seen.[i.e. He could see what parts of the earth could be influenced by another's aura or be able to detect illusions by seeing the aura creating it.] With this Talent however, Cecil is also able to see in Infrared Vision for up to 2 posts with a 6 post cooldown.


╫ S E M B L A N C E ╫

        *NAME ▬ White Dragon Install
        *AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Sapphire
        *DESCRIPTION
        ▬ Molded by his personality and experience of the huntsman world, Cecil's semblance itself had evolved and changed with him to become different. It's now a personal state of energy that grants Cecil true mastery of Cryomancy.

        ▬ (Level 0//0-99 posts) Eira Install: The introductory state that Cecil is able to enter into without so much of a thought. While the form doesn't drop the temperature, he can create and summon small structures of ice or even sharp shards of ice that are as strong as steel. He can throw any of the constructs or shards he generates.
        Limitations: While using Eira Install, Cecil's Cryomancy can manifest ice structures or ice shards sizing up to an Adult Brown Bear(Average Size). The complexity of these constructions can be as simple as a single shard/cube of ice to linked Chains of Ice(Thickness matches 3/8in and Full length of 30ft). The ice constructed only lasts for 2 posts but fades back into aura. At any given point, he can only make up to 3 ice-based items in a single post(Each object's max size is equal to that of Standard Night Stand). Any ice made fades when he leaves the Install. Any ice made must be formed from the user's hands.
        Duration/Cooldown: He can maintain this form for up to 5 posts before he returns to normal, unable to use this form for 3 posts.
        ▬ (Level 1//100-199 posts) Rhigwm Install: His Eira Install improves into Rhigwm Install, granting him a new form of ice creation. In this state, his forearms and shins have a faint glow of light blue with ice slowly generating upon them and over clothing on his arms and legs. He can generate short crawling waves of ice spikes with a stomp or long-reaching spikes of ice from his hands. The creation of these spikes is fairly quick, but they can be reasonably dodged when manifested.
        Limitations: While he can only create large spikes from his hand or crawling ice spikes from stomping, he can only use his crawling ice spikes once every 2 posts but can summon up to two ice spikes from his hands.
        -The Ice Spikes on the ground reach up to 30ft away as each spike slowly grows from 1ft towards 7ft in height the further from Cecil the attack goes in a straight line, covering 5ft in the width. The spikes remain for 2 posts before breaking apart and fading.
        - The Long spikes Cecil creates from his hands have a max range of 10ft, and weigh nothing to him. He has no cooldown making the long spikes but he can only make 2 of them per post. These fade immediately after being made.
        Duration/Cooldown: He can maintain Rhigwm Install for up to 5 posts, afterwards he drops to normal and is unable to re-enter Rhigwm install for 4 posts.
        ▬ (Level 2//200-299 posts) Semblance Upgrade 1: The Creation Size Limits increases dramatically, forming up to the size of a large sedan. The complexity of the ice made in this state increases to create animal like-constructions like animal heads.
        Semblance Upgrade 2: Increases the range of the crawling ice waves up by 10ft in length and can be performed twice a post before being on a 2 post cooldown. His Long Spikes are improved, instead, forming long blades of ice attached to his hands. When making the spikes he can choose spike or blade, blades only last 2 posts. He can also manipulate the Ice spike-wave to instead create sudden walls of ice that are 10ft in Height, 5ft in width, and 40ft in length.
        ▬ (Level 3//300-399 posts)Winter Dragon Install: Cecil's most powerful state, learned by harnessing the Familial Forced Semblance technique, Cecil can enter a state of being with his aura being completely visible to the naked eye. When he enters this state, two blades of ice are created floating nearby him. At this state, he can perform anything he could do in his previous levels, but in this state, he can make any constructs of ice detonate with a blast yield of 10ft. He himself is unaffected by the explosion of his ice while in this form.
        Limitations: At his maximum creation state, he can manifest ice structures, shards, spikes, anything and manipulate its structure at this point with his aura. However, he can only manifest 3 creations per post and at a maximum size of 8m cubed.
        - The creations can be as complex as animals, but only certain creatures and objects made can be manipulated by his aura for complexity reasons, these are the following: Hydra Heads, Octopi Tendrils, and the summoned swords when he enters the form.
        - The Ice Creations he makes that aren't the listed creatures and items, all fade away at the end of the post after being constructed. As stated he can only manifest 3 creations per post and most usually never last. These creations in this level can be up to the size of an adult Brown Bear.
        - The Ice Swords can only reach up to 10ft before returning to Cecil.
        Duration/Cooldown: He can maintain this form for up to 4 posts, after which he drops back into his normal state. He cannot re-enter this state for 5 posts. He can only use this mastered state twice a day.
        Semblance Upgrade 3: Cecil's Rhigwm Install improves once again. He no longer needs to use his hands when he creates any ice structures. Because of this upgrade, he can create any form of ice and manipulate ice creations up to 30ft away.
        Examples of how he creates and Manipulates Ice: Throwing ice after creating it. Creating short pillars of solid ice. Generating his Ice Spike from a distance(Not Crawling Ice). Generating ice defensively.
        *DRAWBACKS
        ▬ Winter Dragon Install: Cecil can only enter this state twice as stated, however, every time he leaves the form, he suffers the familial technique's backlash, suffering internal Hypothermia and slowing his body down. 50% after he leaves it the first time, and 75% after he leaves it the second time. He needs a day's rest to recover from the backlash.
        ▬ Anyone with Aura sight can predict his attacks coming before he performs them.
        ▬ Although the semblance was made to withstand the heat and create objects faster than taking the time to make his weapons, his semblance and aura are still weaker against those using fire-based items or semblances.
        ▬ As fast as he can make his ice, they cannot pierce aura and can still be blocked by rudimentary means. The strength of the ice is also comparable to steel and isn't defended by his aura except the three creations stated in his limitations. Because of that, these can be broken by anything stronger than steel when used to block incoming attacks.
        ▬ Each state has a notable surge in his aura, with Eira being rather normal but entering Rhigwm and Winter Dragon will cause his aura to spike unnaturally and are considerably more draining to use. In Rhigwm his aura drains at twice the speed compared to Eira and his base state, and in Winter Dragon it drains at three times the speed.
        ▬ Upon using Winter Dragon a second time and leaving the form, his Aura is considered gone.
