Pretty self-explanatory.

I need some crew members to help me make decisions. In case y'all haven't figured it out I'm kinda flopping around like a fish on dry land. I'm hoping to get a few of you on board to help bounce some ideas around. Little things I'm afraid to make decisions on my own about.

As a crew member, you will be able to;

> Suggest directions for the guild to go in and put your ideas up to a guild-wide vote.
> Create forums, add members, accept / reject requests.
> Post in the Captain's Quarters and have inside knowledge of changes and additions before they're made public.
> Know my real name.
