Tzuyu closed her jacket tighter around her. It was a very chilly day. She patted the front of her left jacket pocket. The movie ticket's were still there. She had won them at her school. Her teacher always be having quiz's and tests with giveaways. The teacher was probably hoping to get the students more involved with school work and what not. For the most part it was kinda working. Students were eager to go home and study and come back to class in hopes for winning something
She patted her jacket pocket again. She never won anything before. In actuality she sucked at any kind of games. Barely got past the first much less the second level. This was the first time she ever really won anything. She was kind of surprised about it.
She stopped in front of the movie theater.
"I should have looked up the movies before I came here."
All that didn't matter really Tzuyu enjoyed working at her family's busincess. She just wished that when she did have time off she had someone she could hang out with. A friend. She thought back to the two tickets that she had. She might as well put them to good use. She would see two movies. Or she could walk around outside and give the extra ticket to someone. She looked at the movie posters that were lined up outside of the threater. She didn't know any of the actors or knew which one were good to see or popular. She just went with outever which one had a poster that caught her eye.
The first one had a image of an big guellia beating his chest. The second one was a cartoon with a baby on it. The Third poster.... It had a man with long blond hair and a hammer in his hand.
"Oh so handsome."
The man was handsome and he seemed to be some god of some sort. Tzuyu decided right there that that was the movie that she was going to go see. She nodded and made her way inside the movie theater. The first thing that she noticed was the smell. It smelled like popcorn she could also hear popping noises. The second thing there was not really a long line. It didn't seem busy on this day. Prodbably would be on the weekends. But all she saw in line at the ticket and refreshment stand was a an elderly couple.
Tzuyu went around and though the maze like barrier for the line and made her way to the front.
"Wow."
She looked at the prices for the food. It was a little too expensive.
"$6 for popcorn."
And that was for the smallest size.
"Next"
Tzuyu went up to the movie threater employee who was behind the case register. She gave them her ticket and told them which movie she wanted to see. She ordered the small popcorn size and a small drink.
"That will be $15. Would you like to upgrade to large at $20. You get one free refill."
One free refill? No Tzuyu would have to refuse, decline that offer.
"No thank you."
Tzuyu took her popcorn and drink.
"Enjoy the movie it will be played in theater 14."
Tzuyu followed the employees pointed direction and made her way to the movie.
"I hope this is good..."
