Alright, Auriga, before I get started on designing your advertisement, I was hoping you could provide me with a bit of information:
Any banners (or screenshots from gameplay) that you want me to use
What makes your clan unique or fun, especially since -- correct me if I'm wrong -- members can only join one
Links to any contests, games, or threads that are special in the clan
Anything that you deem important enough to mention or highlight!

- Nothing else aside from the initial banner I provided. - You're correct. The Fluff clan provides a home to players who are dedicated regulars in zOMG. Unlike many other clans, we accept players of any level and actively find a way to help them if they require assistance. The clan also hosts a collection of resources and zOMG guides to aid new and old players alike. Through our Recrewtment thread and Discord, we form crews daily for a variety of zones and bosses. Every few weeks, the Fluff clan as a whole meets together in game for a variety of fun activities such as boss raids and Developer Meet Ups. - Here is a link to our Clan Meet Up thread. - The main highlight of our clan is our activity as a group. At the moment, I would say that 98% of clans on Gaia are dead. The remaining 2% rarely meet up together or are for elitist players only.

Awesome! Due to the busyness of Spirit Week, I'd like to have a bit of time to prepare this announcement and send it out at a time where things will be a little quieter in the guild. How does Thursday the 25th sound? We can send it out every month on the final Thursday.

And that sounds fine

Your current package expires on the 31st of January. Go ahead and send a trade to the NSTG Treasurer with 8,000 platinum to renew for twelve more months after that. That will set your new expiration date for January 30th, 2020.
