- CHILDHOOD Macie was born 5 minutes before her twin brother Elijah. The two were raised by their loving mother and father and had a generally normal upbringing. Their father was a Gryffindor when he went to school and currently works for the Ministry of Magic in the Department of Magical Games and Sports. Their mother is an author of children's stories that she bases on her life with the twins. Since their mother works from home, the twins spent most of their time with her, travelling when she did and going as many places as they wanted. To say they were spoiled, would be pretty accurate.
