We haven't been able to offer trophies right now because we want to ensure no bots were being rewarded, but we'll see about getting this updated as soon as possible.

So I want to know when the achievement from the 2017 January Birthday Box PRESALE Bundle is goin' to be rleased? It was supposed to be out before the end of the year. It's now 2018 and I still don't have that achievement.

Any word on the Member achievement being fixed? It's the one that requires a user to go through the Gaia registration process. I've also heard that the Citizen and possibly a few other early on achievements are glitched as well.
I've seen numerous new users being affected by this achievement glitch. The problem expands even worst in the fact that by not being able to complete these achievements, it's stopping users from accessing other achievements. For example, the Member achievement accesses/unlocks the Conventioneer, Happy Birthday!, Citizen, Gaian, Dressed Up, Treasure Hunter, Statustician, and Timid achievements.

What's the particular issue? Is it that the achievement isn't being granted, broken title, something else? From what I can currently recall (without taking a look at my notes) I've just heard that some of them are broken but not sure what exactly is broken.
The achievement is failing to grant.
I'm not sure if this holds any importance, but normally when you click on an achievement, you get the pop up that has the achievement information. For the achievements that are bugged, the pop up fails to load and then closes itself entirely.
Noted! The community can let us know about any other achievements that are having this issue and we can test it to reproduce it and then submit it for getting fixed.

A lot of them are being donated or sold and that's great, but I was wondering: could we possibly have an alchemy recipe similar to the one for Elegant Chirpette for any or all of the aforementioned kin? It could be a fun addition. Maybe even more so if you included the community and had us vote on either the kin or a color palette. ninja

I honestly have no desire to use them and I'd love to either sell them or give them to someone who will use them. Yes, I am aware that I can craft sweaters using my snowflakes and sell them on the marketplace and I will if you say no, but I figured that asking wouldn't hurt. And I like the difficult questions. There's that.

No update at the moment, but one of the things we want to accomplish for the first quarter of 2018 is hammering out a lot of these backlogged and planned policies, such as the CB voting rule.
As for more mods for Runway, not at the moment but we also are looking at expanding our moderator team this year which will naturally include getting more moderators on top of Runway.

That is a good idea. Let me look into it. The tricky part here is that some people have A LOT of items in their inventory, so doing so might slow down the page load.

We plan to add pagination to the outfits page pretty soon, and probably add a way to move certain outfits to certain pages, or mark outfits as favorites and add a favorite filter.

In ZOMG , there seems to be a glitch that started before Christmas . The spinning orange wheel is not showing up in Barton yet it's marker is showing up on the Gsp on there . Will this ever be fixed .
And I am also wondering if we would be getting another zodiac kin seeing that you have done the Rooster kin last year and we got the monkey kin the year before . This year would be the Year of the Dog .

That should be fixed later today. The Christmas event loads a different map file that seem to break the orange wheel. The map file will be reverted soon.
There's a good chance, but have to wait for the art team to confirm if that is happening.

We're in the middle of upgrading all our servers to newer versions. There is a chance that some of the tools which convert avatars from 24bit color to 8bit color might also be updated and could create different result.
Another situation where this would happen is if you equip different more items, or different items on your avatar. Since there are only 256 colors available, if other items take up colors in different parts of the spectrum, it would leave less colors for red, for example.
We can look into the tool once the server migration is complete

But within the MLP fandom art is a huge piece of it, sharing your art of ponies, your OCs, making "adoptable thread" where you use a base and color requests, selling, making freebies, showing your art of the canon characters. Ever since art threads were discontinued the forum has nearly dried up. And within the mini shops forum MLP shops get pushed to the next page in no time flat.
Is it possible to remove these two rules? Or revamp them to advise no selling of art? But art trades, freebie threads, art show off threads are allowed?

A lot of the time when we create these rules that seem a bit strange consider what the fanbase does it is because we find that the community gets overrun and other members in the community can't share or talk about anything else, it gets flooded. So we create these rules to move threads to forums that already have an established purpose. That being said, we can review the rules and see what changes can or if they should be made.

Today's RIG actually included Golden Fragments! We've been trying to include it in other items as well.

The frozen and soulbound icons are still gone from inventory, and the trash and donate buttons still don't work on stacked items in which one item in the stack is frozen. It used to be that the stacking feature didn't combine frozen items into the same stack as non-frozen ones of the same kind, but without the frozen icon the inventory apparently can't distinguish between the two. This has been going on for months now, can you please look into this?

It used to be that the stacking feature didn't combine frozen items into the same stack as non-frozen ones of the same kind, but without the frozen icon the inventory apparently can't distinguish between the two. This has been going on for months now, can you please look into this?

Chatting is normally turned off until a live show is started. That might be why it wasn't working for you.

idk if Reign's drop rate has risen or not but for future LK events can you make the kin easier to get? I dont think its right for folks to try 500+ times just to get one egg..

At the beginning of last year (nearly exactly a year ago), some of the Artists took over AtS and an absolutely adorable free gift was created for the users who posted in the thread. We were since promised more of these sorts of take overs, with users being able to ask questions to the artists and the freebie being released some more so more users could get it. It would be great to see this happen and bring the item back into circulation too!
