Nevada had pretty much settled into the life of Destiny City and it's quirky natures. After moving around so much from the circus, she was actually surprised the owner had decided to open a small theater for them here in the town.
She was even more surprised when he asked her to be a performer / teacher among the employee's in the building. Perhaps she was getting to old for the acts, or perhaps she was more versatile because her acts were in fact Aerial silk routines and that could be done anywhere that silk's could be hung.
What she hadn't gotten use to though, was her practices and classes running into the evening hours, and she hurriedly went about closing up Lavender Skies. Winter was still crisp and she had to avoid icy patches and snow as she walked towards her apartment, which was really a small studio owned by the manager and offered to her since she didn't have anywhere else to go.
It was only a 5 minute walk, but a 5 minute walk in the evening was a lifetime in Destiny city. As she rounded the corner though, she saw a white haired (holy crap her hair hit the ground) girl with a dark navy dress....doing something.
She almost called out to her when something akin to spidey senses told her not too.

Wendell was exploring, as usual.
Out on patrol, but without the assistance of Oberon or Celsus, he was prowling along a side alley for any sign of either piratical interference or powered signatures, neither of which he'd run across just yet. Wendell preferred being able to report back to his senshi or his host with tales of excitement, so it was a little disappointing to not have anything.
Except -
Yes, there was a power signature. He could feel it, strong but not as powerful as it could have been, and most certainly Chaos oriented. Wendell slunk through the shadows, cautiously moving down the alleyway to figure out what was happening, pressed low to the ground to avoid detection.
Whoever was there would feel his power signature, of course, so the element of surprise was out, but he could at least take his time deciding what to do. Being a cat was a perk sometimes; it made for a smaller target and an easier to hide appearance.
There was a girl - or rather, two girls. A senshi, perhaps, and a civilian, which was dangerous. Wendell pressed himself more securely into the shadows, simply watching for now.

Nevada was about to call out to the woman but instead, she moved around the corner, tilting her head slightly out to watch the woman in the dress. At first she didn't understand what the woman was doing, but her eyes grew wide as the man was lifted into the air, hung in suspension and her hand was digging into his chest.
She covered her mouth to stop the scream from escaping. What was this? Had people like this always been in Destiny City?

Adamantine didn't have trouble pulling out starseeds, they were quite easy and she had no morals to stop her from just yanking. Especially not for a man like this one, who had come to hit on her and take her to the darker part of the alleys.
If she had been any other woman, defenseless....Though she didn't care about that either. When he died, it would be one less scum in the earth, one less monster before Metallia could claim it.
As she removed the starseed, her gaze drifted to another alley way, sure she had heard some sort of muffled sound.

Aha. It was a senshi, and a corrupted one at that, doing something terrible to that human being. And the civilian lady he'd been keeping an eye on was staring at the goings on with a look of horror on her face, a hand covering her mouth.
He couldn't just sit there.
Wendell bounded forward, feet almost silent on the pavement. Within an instant he was leaping up one of the walls and launched himself sideways at the senshi, aiming claws for her back, though he was trying, for the most part, to avoid scratching her too much. Maybe if he distracted her enough, she wouldn't see the civilian.
"Unhand him, fair lady, and I shall let you free!" Wendell yelled.

Nevada's eyes widened as a there was a cat, A CAT, TALKING. TALKING AND CONFRONTING THE WOMAN. LIKE THE CAT COULD DO SOMETHING.
What was happening, what was she witnessing?

Adamantine had pulled the starseed successfully and at the sound of the voice, her gaze looked over at the guardian cat, tilting her head. He must be order, if he was asking her to stop.
"If that's what you wish." The man dropped from her grip, "I've already taken what I need with him. He's free for you to do whatever." The girl brushed a hand through her hair, completely stoic about the fact that she had basically killed a man. Kuropeco Ada just can't see Nev's civilian form /sobs

The civilian was at least mostly out of the way; Wendell was relatively sure that she hadn't yet been spotted, and this was important, since he could feel a strange sort of tugging in his chest that he didn't quite understand. He hopped backwards, staring meaningfully at the senshi.
"That's very rude of you, I'll have you know, fair maiden," said Wendell. "You're a lovely lady of the seas, but I can't have you doing such untoward things."
The feeling in his chest persisted, something nagging. It clicked a moment later.
"A-ha!" Wendell said, and leapt sideways, scampering around the corner and out of sight towards the civilian girl. He hopped up onto the nearest ledge and something glittery came spinning towards her, small and simple and no bigger than - well, a pen.
"Here!" he said brightly. "Quick - call Lunaria Power Make-Up!"

This cat sure talked weird, Nevada would've thought later, but his bravery seemed to have no doubt's about it. When he disappeared though, her gaze peered around the corner, only for her to almost scream as he was running right towards her!
She barely had time to catch the pen, as he shouted something at her.
"Lunaria Power Make-up!" Silver light bathed her as she transformed, her attire being replaced with a lolita like dress, purple and sliver and white. A dark purple veil covered her long brown hair.
She looked down at herself, then at the cat, and made small sounds. "WHAT DO I DO?"

Adamantine had been making her way towards the cat when he scampered off. Which was probably good, she hated fighting animals. She thought him gone for good when she felt the aura of an order senshi come to. Light poured from one of the alleys.
The cat had literally awakened a senshi so close to her.
She hated to ruin the cats hardwork, but if she could take a new senshi out before they faced the world, she could steal their starseed and be less one problem in the negaverse way.
