The aftermath of the flagship's crash had left Scorpa's week in a busy blur. While she wasn't part of the recovery team there was still a lot to be done. So much paperwork! It drove a troll crazy. The yellowblood had to take a break and stretch her legs, she needed to get moving and use some energy! She could only stand to be stuck inside for so long. Chittentown wasn't her first choice for sightseeing but she couldn't exactly leave and visit another city right now, they expected her back tomorrow. Instead she decided to go for a walk, maybe she'd find a present to bring back for Lorata. She needed to be careful to not run into Gruffel though, didn't he live around here? Both of them?
'Maybe I should've asked Flydra along.' The yellowblood questioned as she wandered down the street. The tealblood was more knowledgeable than her and could probably remember what addresses to avoid. Then again, if she was here then Scorpa couldn't also get her a surprise gift too! The lieutenant giggled to herself as she walked in the direction she hoped the shops were. Austri would be lucky if she even got her a card, the yellowblood huffed even though she knew she'd end up getting them all some sort of matching bracelets in the end. Whatever!
"Whoaaaa." A large shadow caught her eye and Scorpa found herself approaching a large tower. She'd heard about this one! Seen it in the distance a few times even! The girl had never come checked it out up close however. It stood tall, towering over every building in the vicinity. Sleek and impressive, the girl stared in amazement. She recalled the other information she'd been told about the Trash Bulge. It was empty.
'If no one's using it, maybe we can!' She could see it now, a camera crew as Flydra and her climbed up the building in a daredevil act! Their military careers came first, sure, but she wanted to keep their names going in the entertainment industry too! Anything to draw more trolls into the JROTC. Plus it was thrilling to be on the stage, in those lights! A troll who craved attention, becoming a celebrity was a dream come true for Scorpa. One day all of Alternia would know her name, it all started here! Well it started at Superstar but would continue here! Climbing this crazy condo until she was high enough to scrape a little stardust from that sky!
"What the-?" Scorpa squinted as a flicker of movement caught her eye. Nightdream interrupted, the yellowblood frowned as she watched. Something was definitely in there. But what!? And why!? Hadn't this hive been abandoned sweeps ago?
She cracked her knuckles. Time to find out!
KitsuneAura I'll send Scorpa inside in my next post! Wanted to give you a chance to describe any potential security/traps/adjustments Bunsen may have made to ground floor!
