Nickname: Marty is okay sometimes, and it's not unheard of her for her to go by Mar-Har once in a while.

Hobbies:

Ball-Jointed Dolls - Marta is a doll fanatic. It seems she almost always has some doll on layaway, and she could go on for ages about the perks of different types of sculpts. Admittedly, she draws on more money than she should for the hobby, but she greatly enjoys the process of customizing characters through the dolls.

Handmade crafts and kits - Marta loves putting things together and customizing them. She has picked up a love for garage kits and anything else she can put together and paint. She has considered opening an Etsy for handmade items, but isn't sure she's quite at the sellable level yet. Maybe soon, though.

Virtues:

Agreeable - Marta has a certain polite charm to her. She gets along with others easily, with a pleasant demeanor and welcoming smile. It might be an artifact of her rich-girl upbringing, but she is well-mannered and sociable.

Cheerful - It's hard to get Marta down. She seems to be a font of good cheer and almost always is in a good, or at least decent mood. She's good at thinking of ways to keep herself happy even in trying times, even if some of her coping mechanisms border on maladaptive.

Generous - Marta is very giving of her time and resources. If you're short some money for something, odds are she'll spot you the extra. If you need a helping hand, she'll be there. She thinks that she's lucky to have been blessed with a lot of resources, and so she wants to give them to others.

Flaws:

Wishy-washy - Marta hates making decisions. She'll waffle back on forth on two options for ages, and heaven help her if there are more than two options. This applies to both big and small decisions; picking what college to go to nearly wrecked her, but even something as simple as having to decide what's for dinner will leave her in a tizzy.

Impulsive - Marta is the queen of impulse buys and related snap decisions. She doesn't think things through often, resulting in short-term gains but long-term problems. If she wants it, oh yes, she wants it, and if she can, she's gonna get it. Then, about a day later, the ramifications of what she's done hit her, and she ends up at a loss.

Lazy - Though she tries and fails to hide it, Marta can be remarkably lazy. If she has to try at something for too long and it isn't super important, she will literally just give up and go to bed. There are times when she just does not want to exert effort. When she wants to do something, it goes well; if not, she's waiting till the last minute and trying not to stress nap while doing it.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Hair and eye colors cannot change from civilian to powered form, nor can tattoos or piercings. If your character has a tattoo as a civilian it will appear on the powered art, though will have a glamour to prevent people who have seen both from identifying civilian identities. Hairstyles can change between civilian and powered form; only Corrupted Senshi have vastly different hair between civilian and powered forms (their hair grows extensively in length!) Unnatural hair and eye color are perfectly fine, and there is no need to say they use dye or contacts - your character is free to have been born with blue hair if you want. Genetic heterochromia is not allowed, sorry!

Eyes: A darkish magenta, a little wide.

Hair: Wavy and primarily red; however, she has it dyed so that it fades to a light purple at the tips.

Face: Clear complexion, not much special about her face. A bit oval shaped.

Clothes: Someone else deal with her fashion -_- She likes cute and unique styles though.

Challenge: I'm going to climb the ranks.

All taken care of, to the right!

Collar -- Plain sailor collar? Does it have a white stripe at the end? All senshi must have a collar!
Bow -- You need some form of frontal decoration and all senshi must have some kind of back bow (female) or sash (male).
Bodice -- A swimsuit-type bodice? White will be the dominant color for your bodice, unless corrupt, when it will be black. Maybe like a crop top -- maybe a dress? A bikini top? You can have any top you like, pretty much.
Sleeves -- Got sleeves?
Brooch -- Round? Shaped like anything? Keep this plain for the first incarnation.
Bottoms -- Shorts? Capris? Miniskirt? Tea-length cocktail skirt? Your typical school girl skirt?
Tiara -- Every Order senshi is required to have some form of tiara. Beaded? Traditional? Woven fabric across your forehead? Corrupted Senshi do not need a tiara; instead they have a black star in their forehead.
Choker -- Choker is a classic, or a necklace? Or a scarf?
Shoes -- Go crazy?
Gloves -- Any gloves?
Accessories -- Any accessories? Earrings? Jewellry?

Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.

Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.

Sailor Scout Attack: Ambition Above!

Fomalhaut clenches a fist, and a faint red aura surrounds either herself or a target within a 5 foot area. The target of this aura receives a small boost to the damage (impact) of their attacks, magical or physical; however, if the one with the aura attacks someone of a higher stage then them, the boost to damage will be greater and the attack will be more painful. The boost lasts for 25 seconds. This attack can be used 3 times.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Ambition Above and Below!

Fomalhaut clenches and raises a fist, and a faint red aura surrounds herself and up to two other targets in a 10-foot area around her. The target(s) of this aura receives a small boost to the damage (impact) of their attacks, magical or physical; however, if the one with the aura attacks someone of a higher stage then them, the boost to damage will be much greater. Impacts will definitely feel more painful. The boost lasts for 35 seconds. This attack can be used 2 times.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Burning Ambition!

Fomalhaut clenches a fist and extends it forward, and the ground in a 10-foot area around her receives a faint red overlay. Everyone (friend or foe) except Fomalhaut will feel a sudden strong desire to be the "best" in the battle (what precisely this entails can vary per character). Physical strength is buffed, giving hand-to-hand attacks great impact. The buff and mental effects last for 40 seconds. This attack can only be used once.
