Hobbies:
Animation - Vi has loved drawing for as long as she can remember. She was that kid that hated when she colored outside of the lines and was generally a bit of a perfectionist with her pictures. It was a talent she grew up mastering. She still remembers the first time she got a tablet and could draw on the computer. It was so cool! Eventually she started fiddling with animation and found it was super fun!
Video Games - Video games are probably the reason she started to tinker with animation. Here she saw art and entertainment all mixed into one enjoyable source. She'll play just about anything, but action adventure or RPG games. The stories in the games she plays are really important. Also, Pokemon will always been her first true love when it comes to gaming!
Youtuber - It's not all that easy to become youtube famous as an Animator. It takes a lot of work just to make one video and mostly people are interested in daily posts from their favs. Still, she's trying to make it work. Making simple animations of her everyday encounters and making them as funny as possible. She has a little bit of a following and is quite proud of that. She also keeps up with the latest games on her channel.

Virtues:
Hardworking - Vi always seems to be working on something. Between her school work and youtube channel there always seems to be something to work on. She tries to do her best for both of them, but at times she does have to take a break from animating for fun to do it for a school project. This doesn't just apply to her projects though. She works hard to maintain her relationships, keep her apartment clean, and in general to be a good person.
Humorous - Vi knows exactly when to chime in for a witty joke, and she enjoys a good bit of comedy more than anyone. Of course, there is a time and place for everything and she definitely knows when to tamper it down a bit. Still, a good laugh is sometimes the best medicine a person needs.
Sociable - If Vi wasn't in love with making new connections, she would find it very hard to get along with her youtube channel and work at school. She often involved in a lot of group projects and it helps to not shy away when it comes to the people she is working with. While it is true that she spends a lot of her free time on her computer, she tries to make time to hang out with friends and keep in good terms with the people around her.

Flaws:
Arrogant - Sadly, years of being told 'You're the best' as a child has really pumped her ego up a bit. While she doesn't believe everything she makes is an absolute masterpiece, she does believe that through hard work she makes some pretty amazing stuff. She can be a bit cocky when it comes to her own work. In general she can come off as a bit strong from time to time. It's really hard to knock her down a peg.
Absent Minded - Vi has a bit of a tendency to get lost in her own thoughts from time to time. She tends to daydream in class, whether she's lost in her own thoughts about current projects or thinking about that funny ht the person is wearing in front of her is. While she makes up for this in her own study habits, it can come off badly while working in groups.
Critical - Vi believes she has an eye for talent, after all she is talented herself. Because of this, she can be hard to work with at times. If she doesn't feel you're pulling your weight or that your work is good enough, she will not hesitate to tell you exactly how she feels about it.


PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: A light pink, round in shape

Hair: A mahogany red in color, length past her shoulders. Usually in some sort of updo. Occasionally kept down.

Face: Round in shape, always seems to be smiling!

Clothes: Tends to wear more comfortable clothing. A fan of the usual t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers combo. Carries a little backpack over a purse. A fan of fun and cute accessories.

Congrats Leo on Perdix! However there's a few minor things I'd like to touch on before I approve her.

The first is Vivian's last name, Moore, we have four other characters with the last name Moore belonging to Tonberry Queen X, Orangeish Sherbert, kuropeco, and Beejoux. Could you please ask them if it's okay if you use Moore? Or perhaps change the last name to an alternate spelling of Moore I found a few different spellings Here; or you could find another last name that you like, whichever you prefer to do.

Now then for her attacks the first two seem a little under powered with the time limits that you have. I think you could safely bump up the sailor to 25 and the super to 35. I also think you could let her Eternal attack last for 40 seconds.

Hi there! I switched out the clumsy flaw and I made it more clear that the eternal attack doesn't actually do damage. Actually, that's how it was always intended. I said ''it feels as though they're being attacked", not that they were actually causing any damage. But I made it more clear in the description of the ability! <3
