Bio: As a child growing up in Agincourt, Claudette was a bright girl, interested in nature and the ideals of her time. She was born unto a great time of war and death. Her birth name was Marguerite Sinclair. It was not until her coming of age at seventeen that she would adopt the name Claudette Black-Sain, and her history as a Sinclair was erased forever. She grew up during the Hundred Years’ War where, unfortunately, her parents Sadine and Francis Sinclair perished in 1415 during the Battle of Agincourt. She was only twelve years old. Sadine and Francis were not allies to either party, but rather innocent bystanders caught in the crossfire. Amongst the great demise of her people, she was met with a woman of outstanding beauty. Her hair was golden like the sun, and curled to perfection. Her eyes a brilliant Umber, with flakes of gold shining through. She took Marguerites’ hand and promised to protect her as they made their way through the wreckage and piled bodies. She spoke with a voice softer than rain and told the girl her name was Roane Black-Sain. She promised a life of immortality and unending passion in exchange for a simple vow; Marguerite must see through the demise of the King of England. She swore vengeance against King Henry V and his armies for the deaths of her beloved parents, and gained the bite of unending life from Roane on her seventeenth birthday, along with a name that will accommodate her in the millennia to come. From that day forward, Claudette Black-Sain sought out descendents of King Henry V and one by one, ensured their demise.
