Noemi didn't know what to feel as she came back to the main island for the first time in a very long time. Ever since the situation of Day 0, the mist huntress had been busy cleaning up and containing the mess by the creation.

Canada had required hunters of all kinds to help and as the member of a division that was all kinds, she had used it to boost her skills and move her further up in the hunter world. Her practices of nursing and health care were the most important but she had also taken the time to learn to properly data manage and information process while she had been there.

Coming home, if she could even call it that anymore, was an uncomfortable feeling in her chest. Home, to her, was where her family was. There was no Milo here, There was no Stormy, no Evan, no Oliver. There was just her and a bunch of new strangers.

Did she even still have her room in the basement? Were they still dungeon pits or had the place finally cleaned up? She jingled the key that was all but useless since the doors in the basement were made up of whatever other hunters could find. She stepped away from the portals, taking the trek from the lighthouse down to the dorms and into her room which was....

"Dusty." She couldn't believe that it was still pristinely kept neat and tidy. Her alpaca collection, the only gifts she had from Shu still propped on her bed. Stickers littered her dresser still. She had gifts from Milo of all the items they had found together.

She sat on the bed and ran a hand over the comforter in a way that reminded her of returning home. It didn't feel the same though. Her home wasn't here and she didn't know what else to think of the place. Soon enough though, she cleaned the room, beating away the dust bunnies and things. Inside her closet was her trainee jacket, folded neatly with all her old styles of outfits. A hand came out gently to touch it before dropping and she was moving on.

It was like sifting through old memories to try and remember the place, but she couldn't really think of anything much. There was only a few people she was worried about. Did Tobias eat still?

Was Milo well? Did Shu do okay? Was Lex being a good teacher? Was Evan okay too? How was Stormy? How much of those people she remembered were still those people she remembered?

She shook her head and headed out of her room. There was nothing to be done about brooding it in the prison like cell, and she had jobs to do. Just because she was back from Canada, didn't mean that she didn't have things to work on, or to refresh herself with the medical ward. It was time for her to get back into the swing of somethings. Not dwell where there was nothings.

Her hand clutched at her chest as she passed Milo's room though, and then released. There was something that wouldn't change though, so she had to make sure she'd be there for whenever Milo came back too. When he did.
