The line for Santa is miles long and doesn’t seem to be moving. At the front, it appears there isn’t enough help to keep everything running smoothly. Suddenly you are tapped on the shoulder and turn around to find a woman dressed as an elf looking at you with panic in her eyes. “There you are! Where have you been? Why aren’t you dressed? Hurry up! We need more hands up there!” It appears she has mistaken you for one of the missing elves. Do you go along with it? Set her straight?
Regina had been fairly certain that she'd finished up the majority of her holiday shopping up until two hours ago when she'd been hit with the nagging feeling that she'd forgotten something. Obviously she'd had enough sense to have gotten things for Joce already, but there was no reason why they couldn't both head to the mall to poke around for a bit under the guise of observing chaos while getting lunch. Lunch was important and there just so happened to be a fantastic noodle bowl place at the mall that also served a mean boba tea.
They were just rounding the insane line for Santa (line there meant less of a line at the food court, right?) when someone called out to her. Regina paused, glancing around before looking to Joce to see if her friend recognized the young woman dressed as an elf trying to flag the two of them down. "Someone from school?"
