She still couldn't come up with a single idea for her new novel. and that was a complete shame. She really felt like she had something earlier in the kitchen, but it just ended up being so old guy snoring. Such a bore, she thought to herself as she got off the elevator at the top floor. She went to the only room on the left, which she knew was the little girls room. She still didn't really care enough to get to know them, even though they did call her family and give her a home. Something she had never had before. She meowed at the door, and even pawed a little. It was not what she would call her norm, but as of lately. It had become so. Since she was tired and wanted to sleep in the comfy bed the girl had put out for her, and sadly she couldn't use her powers here. It was forbidden. So this was what it came down too ( words - 178 )

This week was one of the longest week ever, but the best. Sabrina had been an elf, saw Santa with her dad, went Christmas shopping for the hotel staff, and even got some ice cream with dad. She never wanted it to end she thought as she laid in her bed. her whole body sprawled out and staring at her ceiling. It was perfect.
If only ever week could be like this, not that she didn't love the hotel but she just hardly got half as much time with her dad. and it was amazing the time the spent together. it was almost like when she was little with her dad, her mom, and herself.
She began to daydream and that was when she heard it. The noises at the door. She got up from her bed and looked out the peep hole. She didn't see anything until a tail brushed briefly out of the shadows outside the door. It was the family kitty.
With a smile she opened the door. "Welcome home Kitty!" she said happily. opening the door, for the newest family or hotel member.

Bellalunea saw the door open and walked right in. She heard the girl speak but didn't really pay her much mind and just meowed. As she headed towards her comfy bed placed in the dark corner by the window.
She didn't really get why the girl was always so happy to see her. After all she never really interacted with her. Most she ever did was cuddle up on her bed, when she was already asleep, and ate the food she gave her.
She was a strange girl for sure, her personality was kind and helpful but her hair was black as night with red undertones. Maybe one day she would figure it out, but for now she wanted her bed.
With that she pounced into her fluffy bed and curled into its warmth. Ready for a quick nap. Though right as she was about to, she heard the weirdest buzzing noise outside, her ears peaked up and then she heard it again but even louder this time.

Sabrina loved her family kitty. Even if she was not very affectionate. She didn't mind. She watched with a smile as she pounced into her bed. She went over to her desk and grabbed the kitties bowl off her desk. Tonight's meal was Tuna, Chicken, and some special sauce from the kitchen chief. He said it was a special kitty recipe. Which sounded cool to her. and of course some milk
As she was just setting them down she noticed the kitties ears perk up. Then all of the sudden the lights began to flicker. "Uh-oh..." she said her face changing to a more worried expression as she set the food down and quickly raced back to her bed. As soon as she dove into the bed it happened - her room went black. All lights gone. She could see nothing and her body was shaking. The darkness had engulfed her room, and there was nothing she could do.

She watched as the girl put the food down and then it all went black. Thankfully for her she could see in the dark with no issue, but as she watched the girl. She looked really scared. Not that she cared she thought as she went to take a bite of her food.
Though as she was eating she could hear the shivers coming from her bed. She continued to take a bit, but something in her couldn't stop hearing the shivers. Even though she could see it seemed as though the human couldn't and they had been really nice to her.
The food was good but she knew she had to do something. After she had taken care of her. at least tonight. so she pushed her food out of the way with her left paw and walked and jumped onto the bed. she meowed and pawed at the covers. hoping the human would hear her.

Sabrina was really scared. Where was her dad when she needed him. She couldn't stop shaking for the life of her. Maybe just maybe if she stayed under her blanket the bad dream would end. So she closed her eyes and grasped the blanket for dear life.
That was when she heard it and saw the blankets move. The Kitty? That's strange she never came near her like ever. So she lightly opened the blanket up just enough for her to come in if she wanted too. "You can come in if you want Kitty," she said her voice a little shaky.
Maybe she was scared too...

Well it was now or never. She knew if any of the other cats ever found out about tonight's events. she would never hear the end of it. Since no nega would be caught dead in a situation like this. Though it was weird tonight she didn't really care about all of that. Right now she was a little worried about about the girl. This girl was weird, but in a good way. She didn't look at her the way others did. She didn't look at her like bad luck or yuck shes black and small. she didn't try to kick her like people had in the past. Since it seemed as though not everyone liked the dark like she did. This girl really liked her for who she was and it was something that would definitely take some getting used too. Since people liking her, was something she wasn't used it. It was a foreign land to her and it was something she wanted to change. She wanted to know what it was like to be cared for.
Maybe just this once she could give it a chance, she thought as she looked at the girl. After the girl looked pretty harmless. If anything happened she could take her. Maybe. but maybe she wouldn't have to and maybe this girl was different.
So she jumped under the fuzzy blanket with all her might and cuddled up next to the girl. Just a little cuddle couldn't hurt anyone and honestly she wanted to know what love felt like. Even if for a brief moment. Plus she was Hoping maybe she could stop her shivering. Maybe being a nice family cat for one night wouldn't be such a bad thing. Maybe. and who knew maybe that could turn in to forever or until they got sick of her.

Something about the kitty being willing to be there when she needed someone warmed her heart and calmed her down a bit as her body slowly stopped shaking. but all the shaking had made her really tired.
She slowly sank down into her bed. until she was laid flat. she gently wrapped her arms around the kitty. and as her eyes slowly closed she whispered - "Thank you kitty." a smile growing on her face as she drifted off to dream land.

The kitty decided for tonight she was just a normal house pet. She was one of those pets that chose to be cuddling with a human. Her nega side didn't matter at least not here. Right now she was comforting the one who took care of her. The one who decided that her looks didn't bother her. That she liked her anyways. As she watched her human drift off to sleep, she had a smile grow on her little face.
She got a smile of her own finally, this was the first she had had in a long time. she had almost forgotten what a smile felt like. Since she could remember she didn't really ever smile. She instead was just content to survive. Survival was all she had cared about that was until today. Today she had something else she cared about and it was surviving. it was love If this was what love felt like she didn't mind it as much as she thought she would. As she heard her words she cuddled closer into her humans arms and before falling asleep herself. She whispered so lightly - "You're welcome ... and sweet dreams ... Sabrina"
