The line for Santa is miles long and doesn’t seem to be moving. At the front, it appears there isn’t enough help to keep everything running smoothly. Suddenly you are tapped on the shoulder and turn around to find a woman dressed as an elf looking at you with panic in her eyes. “There you are! Where have you been? Why aren’t you dressed? Hurry up! We need more hands up there!” It appears she has mistaken you for one of the missing elves. Do you go along with it? Set her straight?
Sabrina luna was so excited for today was the day she got to see Santa!! The big jolly guy in a red suit who always seemed to bring happiness to the holidays. She was so excited. she had packed her bag and was off to the mall with her dad. Though when they got there, the line was so long. It was almost as if it was stretching around the building at least to her. Then again she was short. Maybe it was time for some investigating. But if she went to investigate then she would have to leave her father. which she really didn't want to do. Since it had been forever since they had spent any time together. She missed it, as she thought she grabbed his hand and squeezed it with a smile. He smiled right back at her, and that was when she heard it. His work phone rang. He continued to hold her hand and answered it with his other.
Something must be very wrong at the hotel if they were calling. Since he said only emergencies. Today was there day. She then watched him talk and his face change. He hung up the phone put it in his pocket and told her the bad news. His exact words - Honey I'll be right back. Apparently there had been a water leak. He smiled and told her to keep her phone on and he left. But she could tell he really didn't want to. Maybe the line would take forever - so he could make it back. and they could see Santa together. And that was when it happened...
This weird lady came up to her. First tapped her on the shoulder. and then yanked out of line. She quickly threw an elf costume at her and then told her to hurry up and get ready, Before she could say anything. She was gone.
She didn't know what to do. So she just went into the restroom and got ready. After all they obviously needed help. She threw on the costume and headed out. Since Santa and the kids were counting on her. After all How many kids could be in this town after all. It would have to move right and once it was done maybe her father would be back and they could still see Santa together.
With that thought in mind she headed towards the front of the line and began to help get the line moving. Since that was her official goal now. It went on for awhile until she her dad start coming in the door. By that point the line was almost non-existent. So she raced off to the restroom and changed back into her clothes. It only took her a couple minutes. As she exited she saw him searching around frantically. She ran towards him - "Daddy I'm right here!" she said happily jumping into his arms as he swung her around in a hug. They hugged and then went hand in hand to see Santa. All and all a successful day. She helped kids, Santa, and got to spend some time with her daddy.
