Entirely unafraid of her partner's dissenting opinion of her actions, Luca only grinned as she found herself carrying a redhead clad in a red dress, their clothes already taken care of after they teleported. The swordswoman was actually surprised about that, having expected them to just give them some clothes and throw them into a changing room when they arrived. Convenient, she thought. She grinned at her companion as she demanded to be released, a devilish grin reappearing on her face. "Not unless you promise to behave. If I put you down as is you're just gonna run off and strangle the nearest psychic until they give you your regular clothes back."
Speaking of which, Luca herself took a moment to look over her new appearance. The outfit she wore was much more modest than Sylva's; a black, smooth cloth covered her entire upper body, split only by a grey pattern that descended down her chest. It clung rather tightly to her body, up until the maroon belt at her waist, where it split into a rather lengthy skirt. The grey pattern continued down the front in a "V" pattern, while her boots had been replaced with ones that fit the color scheme a bit better. Her hair was done up in a long, braided ponytail that was pulled over her shoulder and down her chest. The only thing that hadn't been changed was the sword strapped to her back. Perhaps they simply didn't have something a bit more dressy to replace it?
The young woman chuckled at the thought, before returning her attention to Sylva. "Trust me, you'll enjoy it just fine if you give it a chance."

Pursing her lips, the red-head narrowed her gaze. Luca was certainly digging a hole for herself. Though Sylva had to hand it to her, she was persistent. Crossing her arms, the red-head looked around, a pout firm on her face. The food on the nearby table did look delicious... and there were plenty of tables still open to sit at. People chatted at the tables, some of which turned their gaze away from the two woman when Sylva's gaze met theirs. "Fine." She muttered. Looking back to Luca. "I won't strangle anyone." She added. Luca's persistence wasn't going to let her leave, and given the swordswoman's strength, she wasn't going to get away with anything physical anyway. She was stuck here wasn't she? Until Luca got bored at least.

Luca chuckled as her companion relented, accepting the answer enough to let her down. "Good enough. Now then, why don't we sample the spread they've got here before we go exploring?" The swordswoman set the redhead down relatively gently, patting her friend on her exposed back now that she agreed to be civil. "...Although, we might be putting those worries about me eating you to the test; you actually look quite good in that dress." Though she teased Sylva, the actual compliment was sincere. Without a hint of shame over what she'd done, she took the first steps towards the food tables, grabbing a plate once they were within arm's reach.
The sight that followed was much like the cruise ship; Luca stopping by everything that caught her eye and filling multiple plates in the process. Of course, her spread was way more manageable than then. She didn't intend on feeding all her pokemon at the same time, so she loaded up two or three plates for herself, and prepared one more for Priscilla, the Gardevoir carrying half of the plates in a psychic suspension.

An oddly colored Mr.Mime was on the receiving end of its trainer verbally abusive attitude. Yawnty stayed behind the girl, out of her field of vision as he listened in on her relentless verbal attack on the Mime. "Your such a pitiful excuse for a Mr.Mime!" The girl of no more than sixteen gripped waving a finger in the cowering Mime's face. Yawnty wasn't much for caring what others did but something about this girl just rubbed him the wrong way. If for no other reason, then to ruin her day, he wanted to make her suffer the greatest of humiliations. "I'm done with your failures!" Yawnty watched as the girl tossed the Mime's Pokeball at its feet then stormed off. She'd abandoned it? Yawnty, like the typical Mandibuzz he was, swooped in seeking to exploit the situation to his advantage.
Ankhat new to stay quiet and let him work. Strolling over to the now crying Mime he bent low to retrieve the Pokemon's Pokeball. Yawnty knew just what to do to exploit the situation to his advantage. "Zat vas uncallet for." He began brushing the ball off and holding it out to the Mime. The Mime sniffled and wiped the tears from its eyes. "Doz she treat jou like zat all zee time?" The Mime nodded now cradling its Pokeball. "Vy not stant up for jour zelf zen?" The Mime sniffled and tilted its head sidelong. Questioning what he meant. Or maybe it was just his accent and it couldn't understand him.
Yawnty turned, quickly spotting the girl. Pointing her out to the Mime. "She threw jou avay like trash but she az a trash attitude." He turned to the Mime. a mischievous grin played across his face. " Get jour refenge. Jou zee zat doorvay? Make a barrier at heat lefel and zatch." The Mime nodded and a second later had constructed an invisible wall level with the girls head. "Get ready" Yawnty held the Mimes shoulder watching as the girl made to leave the room only to be clotheslined landing flat on her back. Spilling her drink all over her pearl-white dress. Mine held a hand over its mouth to muffle its laughter losing concentration and allowing the barrier to shatter. "Vy not come vith me? Jou deserfe better zen her" Yawnty stood back up watching the crowd scurry to held the brat of a girl. "Id be more fun zen her."

Sylva bit at the inside of her cheek, glaring daggers at the swordswoman for her words. To tease her at a time like this? A little smile forced it's way across her lips, and her gaze softened. "Well, yea. I guess you're right." she muttered, looking down at herself again. From a standing position she got a better look and feel of the dress. It was more a gown than anything.Spaghetti straps held up a heart-shaped neckline. It fit her to a tee, which was something she didn't quiet expect. They had even completed the outfit with black pumps and a black choker. At least they also gave her a cowl of sorts. Pulling up the long fabric over her shoulders where it was meant to be, she found some comfort in it's ability to cover her chest. Her bag was replaced with a small dark green purse, complete with a gold chain that she used to keep on her shoulder. Where did they put their things? Luca got to keep her sword... why couldn't she of at least kept something of her own?" Though as she felt the bag, she noticed it had some weight to it. Well, she'd have to look into that later, for now.. Luca was already a plate and a half deep.
Quickly joining her, Sylva left the buffet line with two plates herself. Her nerves were getting to her. People fancily dressed, woman with their fake faces, laughing at unfunny jokes... acting... full of themselves. And her, back in a dress again... the last thing she'd thought she'd end up in. That was until a commotion stirred nearby, a woman passed by, loudly telling her party of the failures of Pokemon, as if they were her servants. Sylva's gaze lifted lightly, looking back to the girl. The back of the girls head made her disgusted. She recognized that stance... many pagent girls had it... But then, the front of her face met with an invisible force and she was quickly knocked off her feet. The sight... actually mustered a laugh to come from the red-head's throat. She turned back to her plate... that felt satisfying.

Stepping out from his relatively hidden spot in the corner he nabbed the front page of a Newspaper from a man's hand as he made to sit and read the funnies. Ironic? Almost absentmindedly Yawnty folded the paper into an oversized hat. Anhkat trotting at his side repeatedly telling him how this was a bad idea, even for him. He ignored the felines warning grabbing a redhead, spinning her in place. At some point in the twirl placing the oversized hat on her head before settling her back into place all the while practically screaming. "Vits a girl!" Then taking a proper french bow to the fem before slipping back towards the man he'd stolen the newspaper from. His seemingly random remark being the gender of the Mime he'd just added to his team.
The man who'd "donated" the paper was now settled into a seat two sizes too small for his rump. Yawnty likened the man to an overweight Monopoly man. Monical and all. In all the chaos he'd caused the unsuspecting girl just seconds before he'd managed to read an article header. Yawnty spun a chair like a top on one leg until place so he'd be facing the man. The man looked up rightfully confused and about to inquire about his visitor's motives but Yawnty was faster. "Vat do Kippers and hipshterz hafe in common?" The man shook his head as his confusion deepened. "Excuse me?" Yawnty smiled wide as Ankhat, having given up trying to keep him out of trouble leaped onto his lap.
Yawnty, in an over exaggeration and dramatic fashion, petted the feline. Sort of a Dr.Evil thing. "Vat .. do .. Kippers .. and ... hipshterz ..hafe .. in common?" He repeated slower. Ankhat yawned, never blinking. Unnerving the man further. "Your right mad" The man stuttered roughing the paper back into its folded stat about ti get up and move. Content for now that she's at least gotten her friend to calm down, Luca happily dug into her food and enjoyed what the little gathering had to offer. Meats and pasta, a variety of sweets and some solidly serviceable cheesecake, she was quite pleased with the spread that they had. Of course, she was even more pleased once she stopped eyeing it and actually started eating. She brought her gaze up from time to time, however, to check on her companion, a little worried that she hadn't even bothered to hide her half-hearted prodding. "Hey-" she wiped her mouth and started to speak, but stopped when a light "bang" sounded off like someone walking into a glass door.
Her head snapped around just in time to see effectively that; a woman hitting an invisible barrier and being sent straight to the floor because of its impact to her face. The swordswoman had to cover her mouth at the sight, burying a chuckle in her elbow as she swallowed some leftover food in her mouth. Preeeetty sure that's not supposed to happen, normally, she thought, slightly grinning as she turned back to Sylva. "You feeling better after seeing that little work of art?"

With her mood uplifted by the sight of the snob ramming her face into an invisible barrier, Sylva nodded to Luca's inquiry. "Yea. One person's pain and suffering, is another persons entertainment." She replied. "Especially when the pain and suffering is happening to someone who deserves it." She added Looking down at her food, it looked far more appealing than it had been previously. Still, she wasn't entirely hungry, which was odd. Whatever the case, she dug her fork into a meatball topped with some sort of cheese and stuffed the entire thing into her mouth. It was no bigger than a golf ball, so the feat was easy. Chewing it quickly, she took in all it's flavors.... it was dry, but good. Chuckling a bit, Luca decided not to ask about what counted as "deserving it" with her partner, feeling she might already know the answer. "That's certainly the rule of comedy, isn't it?" The higher quality of the food didn't seem to slow down the swordswoman's appetite, and she hardly stopped to savour her food by the time Sylva decided to ask about her own meal. "Pretty good, I'd say," she reported, before picking up another bite of cheesecake and offering it to the redhead on a fork. "Cheesecake doesn't taste too special, but I'd be more impressed if they somehow managed to whip up a bad cheesecake."

Watching Luca devour the food before her, Sylva felt a grin tug at the corner of her mouth. This was, what, the fourth time she'd seen the odler woman packing in the calories, and each time it was a feat Sylva felt no other human could manage. Though, the more she saw it, the less astonished she was. Impressed, somewhat disgusted, but... it was something she'd grown to accept. The red-head found herself starting to think of actually cooking all this food for Luca, even though... Sylva didn't really know the first thing about cooking, only what she'd seen on television. But then a fairly large chunk of Cheesecake drew her attention back to the banquet hall. Luca was... offering some of her food. Sylva grinned, opening wide to get the whole chunk in her mouth before biting down and taking the morsel for herself. "Yea, it's alright, I guess." She grinned taking a few more bites before swallowing. Looking down at her own food, she took another meatball, this time dipping it in the sauce that had accompanied some chicken... Alfredo most likely, then consumed the entire meatball. With the sauce it was less dry, and it tasted a bit better as well. It was good food she'd give it that.
Before long, Sylva had caught up with Luca, finally fishing off the last of what she could. There was little to no scraps, but she offered it to Wixon regardless. The tiny Cubone took the plate, consuming the last bits of food remaining. Leaning back in her chair, Sylva glanced around the banquet hall. Several doors lead to various places, and her sense of curiosity was starting to return. "So? Where should we go now? Seems this place is packed with people." Sylva mentioned. Looking back to Luca for an answer.
