What is beli?

Beli is the PAPER currency recognized by THE WORLD GOVERNMENT. Beli's is the more widely accepted form of currency. All territories/provinces allied with the world government have adopted Beli as their offical monetary currency.

What is gold?

Gold is the PHYSICAL currency recognized by countries operating independently from the world government. Gold is valued more then beli because of it's rarity a single small crate of gold is worth 50,000 beli. Since the One Piece world is 90% water, Gold can be found usually from wreckage at the bottom of the sea, On a deserted island, or can be traded with [NPC's]

______________________________________________________________________

How to make Beli?

Beli can be made in the simplest form by doing civilian jobs. Job postings will be listed inside of the [KINGDOM] thread in each sub forum. Meaning that said ruler of [KINGDOM] can update what exact jobs are available in the area. Civilian jobs are based but not exclusive to...

Hunting - Animals are found in almost every thread in the guild. You can hunt said animals and bring them to the market place in order to receive your beli.

The Hunting job gives lesser titles such as Fishermen, Hunter, and Merchant.

Trading - Trading is used as an umbrella term for anyone whom deals with the importing and exporting of goods. Wither or not it be the Monarch or an Independent merchant anyone is capable of peddling goods that they've found within the marketplace.

The Trading job gives lesser titles such as Merchant, Treasure Hunter, Delivery Boy

Shipwrights - One of the most respected as well as common jobs in the world, Shipwrights work on the repairing, maintenance, and forging of ships. A respected occupation such as this requires the [RPC] to interact with the Shipwright NPC of said location. Once the NPC takes mentioned [RPC] under their wing they will be granted the title.

Apprentice (Shipwright)

Blacksmiths - Another honored craft. Well respected amongst the common folk of the world. Blacksmiths are those who make a living forging and selling weapons. Blacksmiths are found all across the world there's usually one at every marketplace. Blacksmiths have also been found in more illusive locations specializing in more exclusive items. (Exp: Only Skypieans will be able to Infuse dials) Once the NPC takes mentioned [RPC] under their wing they will be granted the title.

Apprentice (Blacksmith)

Doctors - The profession perhaps most sought after, millions of citizens have already dedicated themselves to the pursuit of treating ailments of mankind. While new cures for diseases and wounds most medical advancements couldn't have been preformed without the aid of the world government. (Doctors who ally themselves with the world government will receive special occupation buffs)Those whom wish to climb the latter of hierarchy for the medical occupation eventually ally themselves with the biggest and most technologically advanced world government facilities in the world.

Those doctors who choose to ally themselves with the World Government medical staff gain the title of Apprentice (Doctor)

Those who do not wish to ally themselves with the World Government gain the title Novice (Doctor)

Scientist - The most illusive occupation within the world. Scientist usually find themselves being contacted by the world government rather quickly. Just as doctors the higher level scientist usually ally themselves with the world government because of their ability to acquire higher level equipment. (Scientist who ally themselves with the world government will receive occupational buffs.)

Scientist who choose to ally themselves with the World Government medical staff gain the title of Apprentice (Scientist)

Scientist who do not wish to ally themselves with the World Government gain the title Novice (Scientist)

Miscellaneous - Naturally legal jobs vary too much to add all of them, misc jobs are for those that don't fall into the mentioned category. Feel like picking up a shift at the barate? Feel like delivering a message from one area to another, Feel like running your own business? These jobs are all found under misc. Misc jobs give the [RPC] freedom to make beli under their own terms, so long as the means of which the [RPC] acquires is considered "Valid" means of which [RPC] create their own business must be run through [The Government System Mod] for approval, once approved [RPC] in question can then begin.

1. Comprising supplies
2. Introducing their product to a world government offical (Skip step if operating outside of the law)
3. Setting up trade routes
4. Acquiring a vessel to transport your product
5. Sailing or Hiring a captain to transport your product
6. Safely Deliver product to Trading locations market place, and get paid

All of which are steps that must be completed each and every time you go to update for your company. Players who fail to update their business updated after 1 month are at risk of having them deleted.

Will go more in depth later.

How do I find gold?

Gold is commonly found... randomly. Especially in during the Great Pirate Era, Gold could be found left behind by some poor unfortunate souls. Gold can be found in wreckages of ships, deserted islands, and even floating around on the sea, all of which will occur in the [OCEAN THREAD]. Other means of acquiring gold is by starting your own business, hunting bounties, raiding kindgoms, and looting ships. Gold is much more difficult to come by because of it's scarcity usually resulting in Citizens attempting to steal it from their local bank.

What is a bank?

It is the thread in which solid gold is converted to paper beli, this is also the thread in which a countries gold reserve is stored. Meaning each bank is heavily guarded by NPC's whom exp's vary.

CONVERTING GOLD to BELI

Gold can be found and measured in chests. One small chest of gold maxes out it's worth at 100,000 beli. With that being said Gold is 10x more valuable then Beli.
1 Beli = 1,000 Beri
100 Beli = 100,000 Beri
1000 Beli = 1,000,000 Beri

1 gold piece = 1,000 Beli
1 small chest = 10,000 beli
1 medium chest = 100,000 beli
1 large chest = 1,000,000 beli
1 legendary chest = 5,000,000 beli

Each operate in intervals of 10, so when saving gold 10 gold pieces makes 1 small chest, 10 small chest make 1 medium chest and so forth.

Banks are where RPC's can store their gold, beli, and valued items. Each kingdom is to have a bank. A kingdom cannot be recognized without a reserve of money. Banks are to be marked with [♖] when governing a Territory outside of World Government protection it is the responsibility of the King or Queen to protect their bank.

Factions to choose from.

Within the world, their are 3 main factions to choose from. Which then allow the user to branch their Occupational stats based on perks that best suit them or their faction.

Civilians: By far the biggest faction within the world making up the majority of Fishmen, Humans, Minks, etc. Civilians can choose many routes to take in life. All RPC's begin as civilians and can choose any route in life to take.

Merchant: A persons whom owns a business, merchants are considered model citizens so long as their bounty doesn't surpass 100,000 beli

Slaves: Any persons whom at one point or another had their freedom sold to the world government. Slaves are born with nothing, and live with nothing.

Pirates: By far the smallest faction on the seas, Pirates are wild and unorganized taking pride in the fact that they go against the status-quo of civilian life.

A pirate in the world of One Piece is anyone who raises a Jolly Roger, whether they commit an act of piracy or not.

Peace Main
Described in Romance Dawn Version 1, a peace main is a pirate who goes on adventures and does not really care about amassing treasure or fighting other pirates. That is not to say that they will not steal treasure from others if it is there and the chance is open, but their primary goal is usually not to own it and greed is generally not their motivation. More often than not, a peace main pirate sees his or her own crew as their most valuable treasure.
(Generally for more casual Roleplayers Peace Mains have lessened wait times when moving through rows. Peace Mains have the unique ability to flee from battle from another Morganeer. Unfortunately Peace Mains to 30% less damage to Morganeer Pirates. Peace Mains are also exempt from death by PvE)

Morganeer
The morganeer fight for treasure and personal ambition. They are greedy and love to fight just to cause other people pain and misery. Many of the other pirates Luffy and his crew meet are morganeers. Luffy dislikes them and only wants to recruit peace main pirates. The peace main pirates however, only steal from them, so it is safe to say that the relations between the two are not the best.

(For more advance roleplayers Morganeers make up most of the pirates on the Seas; Morganeers have no safety net. Morganeers must me straedgic and smart in order to advance in the world... or they will not survive.)

Mafia: Gangs of smugglers whom deal with the black market. They are generally responsible for most of the organized crime around the world. Intercepting merchant ships robbing them or holding them hostage. Only to see it's supplies back at a marked up price. Mafioso's are often confused with pirates, but in the criminal world they are vastly different.

Revolutionaries: Those who directly oppose the world Government. Considered the worst of the worst type of sea criminal. Revolutionaries are the center of attention for most of the world government agents.

Bounty Hunters:

Marines:The Marines are the World Government's military sea force, tasked with law enforcement, international security and military operations. They are present in all the seas around the world, as evidenced by their branch offices. The focus of their assets is on the far more dangerous Grand Line.

.

Based on what we've seen in the series, most pirates on the seas all have some form of occupation. Either by fixing their ship, playing an instrument, building weapons or armor. Each man has an occupation they are familiar with.

Here in Strongworld we allow being to have occupational skills completely separate from their combative types and abilities. Meaning a pirate, with the gum gum fruit, can still be a doctor and swordsmen no problem. The choice of occupation is almost completely up to the RPC.

However their are advanced techniques and skill trees where are only available when the RPC reaches a certain EXP marker.

Below are a list of Occupations your character is allowed to choose from.

Craftsmen: A broad term for a person whom is skilled in construction, either carpentry or architecture most craftsmen end up becoming either engineers or shipwrights later on in their careers.

[Those who select Craftsmen get a boost of, +25 Strength, +25 Intelligence]

Blacksmith: Those who've devoted their time in order to master the process of creating weapons and armor. Smithing is an honored age old profession which takes decades to master.

[Those who select Blacksmith get a boost of, +25 Dexterity, +25 Intelligence]

Doctor: Perhaps one of the most practiced of the professions Doctor are responsible for the health and well being of most crew members on a ship. Doctors can either focus their skills on medicine, or begin practicing creating deadly concoctions.

[Those who select Doctor get a boost of, +25 ACC, +25 Intelligence]

Musician: Generally responsible for the moral of the ship, it is a musicians duty to play. Musicians generally go on ahead to master their instruments. Making them a beacon for like minded people to rally around.

[Those who select Musician get a boost of, +25 SPR, +25 Intelligence]

Merchant: Those who've dedicated their lives in the pursuit of money. Merchants are masters of haggling and can smell a discount a mile away. Trading often goes better for them as well. Usually getting more for their buck and pricing what they sell as well.

[Those who select Merchant get a boost of, +25 SPR, +25 Intelligence]

Navigator: Those whom sail for a living, wither it be cargo goods, or good ole piracy these sailors know the seas like the back of their hand and get paid generously for their services.

[Those who select Navigator get a boost of, +25 Navigation, +25 Intelligence]

(For obvious reasons swordsmen/brawler types aren't on this list. Occupations are supposed to be kept completely separate from combat.)

Occupational Advancements.

Once an RPC reaches [100 Intelligence points] they can then reach the first tier of Occupational Advancement.

At [Tier 1 Intelligence] RPC's must commit to 1 occupation, but they gain the ability to create intermediate level customs based around the users choice of Occupation. Wither it be making custom poisons, custom cyborg parts, custom weapons, custom canons or cannonballs, all boost able up until +50. Once an RPC reaches 100 intelligence they gain the ability to customize their craft.

Once an RPC reaches [200 Intelligence points] they can then reach the second tier of Occupational Advancement.

At [Tier 2 Intelligence] RPC's gain the ability to create advanced level customs, limited to the highest abilities one can achieve at this level, users can create up to, Dial Integrated Weapons: Skypiean Only, Buffable Items, Armor, Weapons up to +75. The user is now skilled enough to create custom ship parts, as well as smith a Wazamono grade sword.

Once an RPC reaches [300 Intelligence points] they can then reach the third tier of Occupational Advancement.

At [Tier 3 Intelligence] RPC's have achieved genius level of skill with their craft. They are limited to a Maximum of Laser Weapons, Robots, Engine based Ships, Advanced World Systems, Advanced Healing Potions, generally anything that the One Piece world would allow you to create without over stepping boundaries. Users are now skilled enough to smith Ryo Wazamono grade swords as well.
