Within the universe of One Piece there are many kingdoms scattered throughout the world. At the helm of the world the largest government "The World Government." Within SW player will be allowed to take full control over a Kingdom, from gathering resources to supplying an army to setting up trade routes. Listed below will be a guideline for running one's own country.

To become ruler one must first conquer the location in which you'd like to lead.

- one must either type 3,000 words; remaining in said forum for 48 hours. Giving the local army or marines time to react. In order to be recognized as the offical ruler one must lay claim to every thread within your area of control.

- If there is currently a ruler present. One must first defeat the current ruler and post 1,000 words after the fact. This option requires no wait time but can also result in one's status being changed to either Outlaw or Revolutionary depending on the area you've claimed.

- The final means to rule over a kingdom is to inherit it. Kingdoms can be passed from crew to crew. Meaning that If I am king of Skypiea, and I no longer wish to be responsible for the maintenance of the island. I can choose to pass it on to another member of my crew. (The best example of this is to create an Skypiean Government Crew; which would allow any skypiean native to potentially inherit the land.)

Conquering an area is the first and easiest step in managing territory. It is the rulers obligation as well as his responsibility to oversee the location in question.

The Responsibilities of Leadership

1. Leaders are responsible for Recruitment and Management of their own Army

2. Leaders are responsible for Maintaining their Countries Currency and Economical Integrity

3. Leaders are responsible for Activity Checks within their own Territory

4. General Safety of NPC Citizens

5. Creating a system of laws and rules; as well as punishments (Which law abiding citizens can choose to follow)

6. Updating for your countries resources

With that being said, Kings and Queens are those whom wish to positively or negatively effect the status of the world and environment around them.

How to be demoted as Ruler

1. To be defeated

2. To be caught cheating

3. To be inactive for longer then 2 weeks without notice

4. To be found unsuitable for leader (Inability to properly manage kingdom)

Building your country from the ground up.

After claiming a location as your own, the RPC ruler should know the protocol in order to properly establish themselves as a Country.

In order to receive [โ™•] in your kingdom's capital one must reach a certain number of resources in order to provide NPC citizen's with a stable quality of life.

What are resources & how do you farm them?

Resource are items found naturally from foraging through locations. Foraging refers to the LEGAL searching for materials within a location. Collecting resources from all location under your King's Territory will come to the collective amount of resource you have.

แดษชษดษชแดษด ษชsสŸแด€ษดแด… | Bone chill and stricken lunar celsius would cover this sleeping, undisturbed borough as the polar winds would skirt across the speckles of droplets which lie gently upon the ground in their frozen slumber. Sloshing tides of pewter and dove crash against the soft curves of sand whose delicate hands hold the cusps of broken slices of shells and smoothed stones that were once savagely pelted by wistful storms. The sullen docks harbored on the isolated sands stand quiet and unafraid as they would be met with silence from the desolate town, caved in by the mountain and glacier essence as an earthquake sealed the area away under rock although the lone mansion is still accessible through the underground mountain pass. The reveled building holding its essence high up on a snow piled hill now concealed within a cavern behind the mountain, as it remembers peering down to the solitary baubles and architecture abandoned by masked hands. A lack of melody haunts this island as a sadistic specter, reminding those who pass that the ghost town welcomes the macabre and words too violent for law. But it also poses a gentle reminder that the once praised anatomy of man can be easily lost within the drafts of chilled and frigid ice as no eyes would touch such a lonesome grave.

Remember that the One Piece world is 90% water, so materials run dry rather quickly. It will only be a matter of time before Kings begin invading neighboring counties in order for resources.

There are serveral other ways one can acquire resources within the world.

The first being Trade. Trading resources for beli, or resources for resources, is the primary way kingdoms usually acquire goods. Prices for trade are usually set at World Governments standard. But from their Rulers can arrange the price as well as the business tax.

The Second being Plunder. the act of simply raiding for resources. A terribly brute and direct approach which for rulers is usually cause for war, but for Outlaws and Pirates this raises their bounty substantial.

The Third being Expedition. Conquest of unclaimed lands in order to strengthen the Motherland. Rulers can send Parties of their NPC troops further into the uncharted sea on behalf of the Country. Parties Must have atleast a medium grade ship in order to accomplish this feat. NPC parties travel slow, taking 4 days at a time to move through each row. Once on Newfoundland parties must type the nessary 3,000 words in order to claim the land. But this puts RPC rulers country in conflict with any NPC natives on the island. Which often leads to war.

The fourth being Creation. Through means of technological advancement the Nation in which the RPC has reign over supersedes the need for petty resource. Only through an abundance of resources can a nation integrate the use of science onto said resource. Meaning scientists from your nation can only advance when you have and excess supply of materials for them to experiment with. Further below more information about Resource Creation will be provided.

With all four means of acquiring resources, 2 being legal, 2 being confrontational
(Patched)

Resources provide a means for rulers to gain more NPC slots. NPC slots increasing by variables of 3 for each Outposts a kingdom claims. Maxing out a 5 outposts per kingdom, and 15 NPC slots per kingdom (Excluding the initial 3)

Funding an Army

In order to fund an army RPC's must have an existential amount of money. While Notoriety helps one decrease trading costs. Funding a crew let alone an entire fight force proves to be a strenuous task.

NPC's all operate using the [Slavery System] in which additional NPC's can be purchased for your country/crew.

NPC slots are given via outposts, however NPC's must be purchased in order to be customized. (Example; Alabasta's king would only be able to spawn regular Human NPC's to his aid, NPC's whom use devil fruits must be purchased via the slavery system.)

The cost of slaves varies via the race and abilities of your choice of NPC.

The standard cost for a Human is 500,000 beli

A human with haki capabilities will cost (+100,000 beli)
A human with Rokushiki capabilities will cost (+200,000 beli)
A human with Devil Fruit capabilities will cost (+250,000 beli)

The standard cost for a Long Limbed Human is 700,000 beli

A mink with haki capabilities will cost (+200,000 beli)
A mink with Rokushiki capabilities will cost (+250,000 beli)
