With rod sword in hand, Melvin moved with Babel overhead as he scanned the haunted house. He hated the musty building, having bad memories of a similar place but took deep breathes to steady his nerves. He just needed to find something big enough to get some energy and get out.

Efreet had grown bored and when he was bored he tended to do slightly stupid things, which included going out and wandering the haunted house. He probably should've enticed one of the few friends he'd made since his return, but nah. It was totally a good idea to go it alone.

He heard the floorboards chreck and knew something was about. Moving down the hall, he held his breath as he turned the corner, extending the rod to a sword.
Slowly he turned about to look down the hallway.

Efreet didn't know what he expected as he mosied through the building. One wrong step and something was creaking beneath him which caused him to freeze, shoulders tense.
What was --
"AAAAaaaaahhh!" He shrieked when a hunter came around the corner armed.
