There was snow on the ground. The Savannah feline bristled, her short coat not spectacular with the n** in the air. It was just a dusting for now, but it was her first experience of snow since she'd... awoken there. The days ticked on, and a year was fast approaching since her memories began, standing in the forest where she had met Caedus. She should visit him soon...
A shake of her head and she cleared away the thoughts and the bits of snow that clung to her in one movement. At least the thoughts didn't pile back on the second she stopped, tucking themselves away till later. Beyond trying to find something that could be a suitable holiday gift, she could do little for the man where she was now. One of the various parks of the city, lights wound around street lamps, bushes, and even a few giant bows tied here and there. Someone had enjoyed themselves decorating the area at least, and though she was a bit dismayed at the cold that accompanied the season, the festive colors and displays brought a smile to her.
Patrols were typical for Réalta, not yet calling a place home and enjoying the exploration between her different hiding places she'd chosen to call hers. Some adaptations had to be made as the weather got colder, true, and she wasn't too proud to refuse to stay for a night or two at the apartments of some of the senshi she knew. But she preferred her places, her safe havens, where she could come and go with more ease and should she catch a pull of a youma prowling or a senshi... well. It was easier to be closer to where these things occurred more often, no?
Paw prints lingered behind her as she walked along the wooden barrier around a playground keeping the woodchips mostly in place. No small bodies swinging across the monkey bars or swings, but she kept her pearl eyes focused, ears twitching this way and that as she surveyed for anything out of place. Silent night, though not necessarily a holy night...
