Gwen was leaning against a door frame watching the action in the recreation room as she sipped egg nog. It was finally cold outside and looking more like it was becomeing Christmas. It was still a week off but Izzy had complained that there wasnt some huge tree in the huge room so he took it upon himself, and perhaps Joseph, she had seen Izzy trying to get help cutting the tree down and in the house. Well however the tree got in here it was quite the plesent commotion getting it decorated. It was nice of Diego to house them as arangement were made for relocating their base. His being so kind is one of the reasons they had been married. Hopefully her brood didnt pull too many christmas pranks.

 xCantil asked pulling a string of light off his head. Izzy seemed very excited the had an outside tree inside. "Dude only the best time of year. It for giving and getting gifts. Also, its an extra bad idea to be mean!" Izzy replied happily. The two were sorting lights and poor Cantil was kinda tangled with the lights. Izzy was on the other end working on the non-Cantil tangled side. He was determined to give this Morlocks a good first Christmas.

Leo was quite happy for Christmas. He was even mre happy they had extra guests. He hoped Donovan and Laure got the invtation he wanted to suprise them. He had made sure it was ok to invite them. He was dating one and had survived an attack with the other so they both where trustworthy. Poor Laure needed a good holiday and Donovan would make the holiday better. He was sitting with his legs tucked up on the soft armchair watching the rest in a sweater and drinking some cider. He was waiting for doorbells mainly for his guests. Unless of Izzy of course beat him to it. He had bought gifts for his friends which was extra fun when his list was longer.

 Bridget ChandlerBridget had forgotten about Christmas but remembered that you give gifts. So After she received an invitation she flew off to find some flowers, hard to find in the dead of winter. She had very little luck and only found a group of holly bushes, She picked a few nice looking groups of berries hopping no one tried to eat the toxic berries. With her gifts in hand, she takes back to the sky landing only when she was at the location of the party? What was a party again? And why was she getting so scared, she didn't know what to do, maybe she should go back to hiding in the forest? No, she wanted to see her friend. But how does one let people know her here? "Hello?" She says and beats her wings a little. Then she tries knocking. She, after all, was out of her element here, it wasn't a tree.

x Leo had been getting up to get the door, but of course Izzy beat him there. So he went to free Cantil from the Christmas lights. The door would open immeditely after the knock. "Oh hey long time no see! Izzy said recognising the girl from the FoH prison. YO! CANTIL BUDDY YOUR GIRL IS HERE! He shouted back toward the massive party. Hearing Izzy call out and being mostly free Cantil got exicited and ran to the door initially tripping once on the lights. "Bridget! You came! Oh what pretty what do you have?" He asked as Izzy ziped back to the party and to give them privacy

Bridget Chandler Bridget was surprised when Izzy opened the door as soon as she knocked. Was he standing there? No, he soon was off he was just that fast. She should have remembered that from the jail she meet everyone at. "Hello Fast one," She says as he was off, then smiles as she sees Cantil who trips on some lights? odd what were the bright lights for? Still, she smiles as she offers him a hand to get up, "Are you alright? Why are there lights on the floor? Ohh this is for you." As soon as he was on his feet she hands him the holly berry branches.

 Jia Lien And Xu the CorgiJia and Xu walked into the Mansion. Xu wearing a little Christmas outfit with antlers while Jia has a Christmas sweater. Both bringing in presents as a secret list had been sent to her. "Gwen, thanks for inviting Xu and I. I got everything from that list you sent me." She smiled and looked out at the party scene. "It's nice." Xu went over to Izzy and Cantil, wagging his tail. ”Hello Izzy and Cantil”Joseph Grundstok
Brotherhood Joseph getting a tree and placing it in the stand. Having a quick drink of his special eggnog he began to decorate tree. Floating the ornaments up and placing them. He looked over to Cantil. "Do you need help Cantil?" Soni Mendez ~ El Fantasma

Dating: No one Soni appeared in a chair, turning off her invisibility. "I thought the security system was suppose to be hard." She smiled and held up her hand, the hexagons appearing. Poking her fingers, purple like strings hitting the sound system. Christmas music coming on. "There we go..." She smiled and leaned back.

It was the holiday season and Devin was excited to spend it with his new friends. Someone had brought in a tree and a few of the others were decorating around the manor. Devin didn't know what else to do so he grabbed his guitar thinking of playing some holiday music when someone turns on the radio. That worked too but he still wanted to play so he heads down to where everyone was. There were so many new faces lately that he didn't even blink at how many guests had shown up. "Mind if I turn the radio off and play something?" he asks trying to guess who turned on the music. likely someone who couldn't stand it being quiet. His red headphones were on to block out some of the sounds, trying to make it so his powers don't go off on him. He only blasted his alarm once or twice since coming here. Better than every morning.

 Laure Angela LongstaffA mutant Holliday Party? This meant that she could meet other mutants something she didn't often get a chance to do. It sounded like a good chance so she bought a few gifts, mostly for the few people she knows but a few generic gifts as well. She was always planning parties so she didn't want people to feel left out. She took a cab to the Manor which was a little pricey but she thought it was the best plan. It seemed like a good time to be getting here since she saw a few people go inside. The door was still open when she got to the door so she just walks right in. She passes two people who seemed to be talking before getting to a room where the party was going on. There were so many people. She looks around trying to spot someone she knows. First, she sees Leo then notices Soni. So two people she had meet were here, maybe this would be fun.

Shui wasn't too keen on crowds but Christmas was different. His family usually did cristmas after the day because then gifts where cheaper. So the actual Christmas he was free to be here. He had been saddened to hear that they had planned to cater the Christmas meal. Shui took it upon himself (and asking Theo for his small army of help) to make a dinner. This was all just prep so on the day of he could just be up early and get it done. He had just made some cookies and thanks to Gwen's recipe he had lots. He was bringing some to the main party when he spotted one of the brotherhood on the second floor balcony. After dropping them off, he grabbed a small plate with several and brought them over. "Not much holiday spirit? I got some cookies, fresh baked." Shui asked offering the plate. If he wanted solitude he would leave after cookie delivery. But perhaps he just never had a big holiday. Shui wasnt one to judge.

Izzy 'heard' his name an notice Xu trotting over to him. He had learned at the prison that Xu was not a normal corgi and that made him more cute "Oh my god you sooo cute!! Come here boy! " Izzy said eagerly. He scooped up the dog to hug him and laughed as he was getting licked in the face. Corgis were the best! One that can talk to your brain? Totally epic! He was so happy when Gwen agreed to have Xu be part of the team too. Ok maybe not going on a mission member but a super cool honorary member! Izzy had even found a cool dog sweater in Xu's size that was black and had a skull on it. A bad a** sweater for a bad a** dog.

"Oh the lights?" Cantil asked looking back towards the lights. "Yea they brought in a big tree and were going to put all kinds of stuff on it." She then gave him the berry branches and flowers. She had gotten them for him "Oh really thank you!" He said taking them and examining them. He picked off a single berry and ate it . Ewww must be one of those pretty non food berries. "Lets find a big glass things to put them in Ms Gwen showed me when I found some recently. Sorry I dont have a gift yet I making them since I cant go buy things." He said happily and sheepish at the end. It was nice that she came, hopefully she would join them when they found a new home.

Gwen looked over when she heard Jia one of the latest members. Xu was gettin lovingly assulted by Izzy who was quite the animal person good that keep the boy buzy."Thank you Jia, hard to keep secrets with these boys" She said playfully jesting. They each would have a gift the wanted or would like. She even had taken to observing x-men kids to see what they woud like. Sure they were on a differant team but Christmas was a special occasion. She set her eggnog down and helped put the gifts in a safe spot while the tree was being worked on. Eventully there will be a mound if gifts for the tree.
