best left to me just like the old captain did
EXCEPTIONS
1- if someone who joined and is now a crew member starts banning everyone and your vice go ahead and ban said user (emergency situations) if the user is a vice please see below what to do
2- if you got hard evidence that some user is or has just been hacked please ban them unless there vice then contact me on kik / phone text / discord / email / etc to let me know so i can log in quickly and ban them.
OTHERWISE...
a- if you just want someone banned but its not emergency then pm me to explain why and ill take care of it or look at it
b- don't ban without captain consent
now if i was to get banned from gaia and someone else wanted to take over that's fine, you can change rule at that point but for now it stays as i mentioned above

God-the-almighty In another guild where I am vice, no one including the captain can ban someone without discussing it in a staff meeting. The exception is if it's so bad it's an emergency situation. I'd be reluctant to ban someone without asking in any case. im happy to revisit this issue, its been about a year since i gave an answer and i know that another vice did do a ban recently, will not name person who did it. vice can visit the logs to see who, others cannot. tbh i don't always overturn a ban done by any of my vice in any guilds and in this case i have not overturned it. and unless the person who was banned ever pm's me i probably wont reverse it maybe ill put together a special thread or sub thread area just for vice and crew to post there concerns and ideas and other things about bans related to this guild so we can streamline and modernize some of the rules, after all regular members do not need to know everything about guilds ESPECIALLY the ban process unless there banned and want to appeal it your feedback or thoughts on a special sub thread for crew or ban chat? and we can certainly consider your idea. it could be one of many ideas we could discuss on this issue
