Static Charge
In the military locker rooms there was always talk. After trolls had been on tough missions they went to the locker room to clean up, put stuff away, and take a relaxing shower. Also to gossip. It was while Static was spacing out, exhausted from his last mission, that he heard someone talking about trolls that were sent to the med bay. There were trolls lamenting that their friends were hurt, commenting that the med bay was getting full, and gossiping about how tough they were for not needing to go. One troll who worked in the med bay was exchanging gossip about the patients. Static subconsciously listened in as the nurse described one very curly haired troll who had had an especially difficult time, and was now layed up. The poor lowblood had apparently preformed really well for a volunteer (all military trolls snubbed the volunteers just a little), and for a brownblood to boot.
Static stood up straight, suddenly at attention. He tried to tell himself there were plenty of curly haired brownbloods, and that he shouldn't get too worried. It did make him get up and go check the med bay for names tho. He say Mahmud's and ran through the med bay, searching for the brownblood. "Mahmud!" Static exclaimed as he ran up to the bed. "Oh god when i saw your name on the list i was so worried! Are you okay? You look like your last ship was a wreck, how did you get so hurt?" Static's worry turned to anger. "Who was your captain?"
