Romano's Constitutional Haven...
It was a little further afield than her usual haunts - well okay make that a lot further afield - but ever since her run in with the senshi down at the park Sadalsuud had found herself avoiding her more normal haunts.
Green eyes glanced at the trees surrounding the entrance and toward where presumably the rest of the school was.
Because Romano's Constitutional Haven was..
Was fancy - super fancy.
So much more fancy than Meadowview which was where she went as Mi-Hi and most likely fancier than Crystal - or at least it had seemed that way from the little that she’d heard about it.
Either way given that Crystal was out of her parents’ league that made Romano's even more so and she was happy at Meadowview as Mi-Hi even if it was for just one more year now.
One more glance at the tree-lined entrance and then Sadalsuud turned - because there was probably other things she could be doing rather than staring at the gates of Romano's Constitutional Haven all evening...
And then found herself turning back with a slight frown as she picked up on what felt like another aura.

Romano’s might be fancy but it certainly pushed its students to strive for better grades, to be the best they could be. It wasn’t an easy school though he wasn’t sure if it was easier than HITS or if it was harder than there, it certainly pushed more than Azure high in his opinion. He was also just stepping off the campus in order to get to his night time duties.
Already powered up, having done so behind a large grouping of trees, he could feel someone near by. They were similar to himself, same power level from what he could tell...and dark mirror also? It seemed like it, though he was sure he could be wrong.
Stepping out of the front gates, passing the trees which were on either side of the gates, he was gently tugging at the bottom of his shirt while glancing about, wanting to find the owner of the aura he was feeling. “Hello?” Calling out gently, in a loud whisper...as odd as that sounded. He was trying to keep his voice down.

The aura felt close - very close - so close in fact that it almost felt like she was on top of it–
And it did not have a feel of an Order aura.
This last was important, because an aura that felt like an Order aura would have had Sadalsuud turning away and making as quick a retreat to the nearest mirror as she could - because her last experience with such an aura had not been positive…
But the aura had felt like a dark mirror aura and one that was similar in strength to hers and so she had stepped forward, green shoes tapping quietly on the sidewalk as she tried to see if she could find the source, a part of her hoping that it wasn’t coming from somewhere within the school - because whilst Sadalsuud was curious about the other aura, she wasn’t curious enough to try and slip into Romano's itself in order to track it down.
As it happened she didn’t have to, green eyes catching sight of a tall figure as she got closer to the gates and whilst she wasn’t quite close enough to hear the whisper she did raise an arm and wave as she continued to approach, the movement causing light from a street light to glint off the golden arm band at her wrist.
She waited until she was in better hearing distance before speaking however, a friendly smile slipping onto her face until she called out an equally friendly "Hello."

He didn’t, at first, hear a response so figured the person was too far away - he couldn’t see them. Maybe his voice was just too low? But he didn’t want to risk raising his voice and gaining any attention that would be unwanted, he was one of those considered a terrorist in this city now. That was something he still had to get used to, since he didn’t consider himself a terrorist...though he supposed by definition he was.
Noting the aura getting closer, just a tiny bit, he took to looking around again and just in time too. He turned his head just as someone, a small female, was raising her arm and waving towards him. Nodding once, to let her know he had seen her, he hurried his way towards her.
Slippered feet moved silently, thankfully he didn’t have heels or anything heavy duty on his feet, he was able to close the distance quickly and smiled a bit. “Evening…” Shy and staring down at her, glad she was indeed a dark mirror like he was.

It seemed that perhaps that other had seen her wave, because they started to move in her direction and as they got closer Sadalsuud could see that she had guessed the aura right and the other was indeed a dark mirror senshi.
He was also much taller than she'd realised, standing at about a foot taller than her - although she was kind of used it because people were generally taller than her.
"Good evening" she said and her smile was cheerful as her green eyes looked up at the other dark mirror senshi "I wasn't expecting to see another court member out here. Are you out on patrol too? And would you mind some company?"
And then because it occurred to her that she had yet to actually give her name she added "Oh I should probably introduce myself - my name's Sadalsuud - Dark Mirror senshi of Clover."

Tall he was but he was also slender, he always had been, it wasn’t that he didn’t eat or didn’t eat enough he just..was naturally on the thin side...almost to point of people questioning if he ate properly. He was used to being taller than most people as well as lighter, weight wise, than many people around him. It was no surprise when he was looking down at the female dark mirror senshi - none at all.
“I was just...slipping out of school...to patrol.” He answered licking his bottom lip slowly. Should he be telling someone this was the school he went to? That he could be found here? Acubens felt like the other members of the court were family...so he should also, he had no reason not to. So he should be safe letting her know this, he hoped he was right.
“Company would be nice...and I’m Kiuchi...dark mirror senshi of gorgon’s.” Would she know what a gorgon was? He’d had to look it up himself, not that it was hard to find. There was a lot of pages and pictures of them on google.

"Oh wow." Perhaps it was because she had been staring at Romano's just a few moments prior - well okay yes it was kind of a side effect of the fact that she had been looking at Romano's just a few moments prior - but whilst Sadalsuud didn't mean them to, the words ended up kind of slipping out anyway. "I go to Meadowview myself - is it as fancy inside there as it looks?"
At least she was assuming from the other’s words that he went to the school that she had been staring at - although maybe she was just jumping to assumptions.
Maybe…
And then again maybe she wasn’t because Azure Valley wasn't out this particular way and neither was HITs.
Sadalsuud smiled again at the other's mention that company would be good, because whilst she would and did patrol alone - it was nicer to patrol with company…
Well that and truth be told she didn’t really know that many members of her court and could probably count on one hand the amount of fellow court members that she’d talked to.
"Great it's nice to meet you Kiuchi" she continued "And by gorgons do you mean like Medusa?"

“Fancy...maybe? Too focused on the school work to really think about it. I guess, if you have time between chores, classes and homework and studying to look.” He really didn’t find the time himself, plus Azure high, being his previous school, was nice as well - fancy even. They were both just schools to him, places to sit down at a desk and shove his nose into books and learn.
“Meadowview...the normal school.” Normal meaning it was the one everyone could go to...and the one without a reputation for being fancy, snobbish students, nerds, or anything elder. It seemed without much of a reputation or being known for anything.
“Yeah...like medusa.” Well, that was good. It was nice to know she knew what a gorgon was...he rather liked that, flashing her a bit more of a smile in fact. “We should get going, it wouldn’t be good to stand around here.”

Sadalsuud laughed, not taking offense at Meadowview being described as the normal school "Yes" she agreed - because Meadowview was the normal school - especially when compared to schools like Crystal Academy or HITs–
Or it seemed Romano's...
Because the schedule Kiuchi described sounded like a super busy one and made Sadalsuud kind of glad that she didn't go to Romano's - especially with the whole chores part - particularly with the whole chores part.
She nodded in agreement at Kiuchi’s suggestion that they get going and started to walk - because in front of the school gates was perhaps not the best place to spend the evening.
"Gorgons sounds like a neat magic to have" Sadalsuud admitted, as she continued to walk, although she didn’t have any real direction in mind and would be happy to shift direction if asked. "Have you been part of the court for long?"

“I like it...though I suppose not knowing all the spheres out there I can’t compare it properly.” And decide how much he liked it or didn’t. He couldn’t even guess what other options were out there since he didn’t know if there was some sort of criteria for what could be a sphere, so he couldn’t decide if he’d rather have been given something else. Gorgons was certainly interesting. “I don’t know what my magic does for sure. I know it does something…” But not willing to try it on himself, not even knowing if that would work, he was clueless on what it did.
“N-no...maybe January...so a few months.” But he hadn’t done much until recently. “You?” He wondered if she was newer or had experience and knowledge, if she had been around longer than he had been. If she had been around longer maybe he could learn more, find out more of what she’d seen and done?

"I’m not really sure what my magic does either" Sadalsuud admitted "Apart from look pretty - but I can show you if you want?" She made it a question.
She had actually tried it out for the first time last summer, after meeting up with a Dark Mirror senshi called Merkeb while the other senshi had been out stargazing, after the two of them had come to a decision to try and puzzle out their magic–
Although closest they’d come was that Merkeb’s magic - while pretty - was some sort of magical equivalent of coffee or something but without the calories…
Or at least that had been their best guess at the time.
"And I’ve been part of the court since..." Sadalsuud thought it over for a few moments, her mind casting back to the day when she had first met Miss Kitten and the Prince. "Since last March - so for just over a year."
Although Sadalsuud didn’t see herself as really being that experienced. She had managed to puzzle some stuff out though - such as how to use her wraith and thought that mirror-walking was one of the neatest things ever.
...But post her encounter with the order senshi that had beat her up she was also supposed to be learning how to fight, something that she hadn’t really started.

“Mine doesn’t even look pretty...it’s sort of boring really.” His magic seemed rather...simple, at least in looks, so he assumed it didn’t do much though it had helped against that senshi. “I wouldn’t mind seeing yours. Do you have any idea what yours does?” With his sphere he was sort of...shy in trying his out on people he was supposed to be on the same team as, he didn’t want it to hurt them or anything. Though it didn’t seem painful if he was being honest.
She’d been in that long? Over a year...he really was new when compared to her and Acubens as well as Remarque...but maybe it was good to have people around him who knew more, had more time in. “That’s a long time…” Trailing off, unsure what else to say about that.
“I could show you my magic too...but it doesn’t look all that great- I promise.” But if she was going to show hers he might as well show his - right?

Sadalsuud shook her head at the question "No" she admitted. "Merkeb and I both tried to puzzle out our magic last summer, but all mine seems to do is look pretty, although I can call on it more than once" and then as it occurred to her that he might not know who Merkeb was added "Merkeb is part of the Court too - she’s the senshi of wishes."
Not that Sadalsuud really knew that many members of the Court - in fact the sum total of those that she had had any sort of direct conversation with could be counted on the fingers of one hand - and that included Kiuchi…
It didn’t stop her from nodding at the other’s mention that he would interested in seeing her magic as she paused walking and turned towards him "Okay" she said cheerfully, her lips quirking up in another smile at his counteroffer to show her his "And I’d like to see yours too" she agreed.
And then she called on her magic as she had done so on that summer’s evening "Clover’s Luck!"
Perhaps it was because it wasn’t the first time calling on her magic, or perhaps it was just coincidence, but it felt like easier going this time round as the glowing four leaf clover formed in her hands and she held it out to Kiuchi so that the taller senshi could take a better look at it - or take it if he wanted.

“Wishes….that’s different.” he couldn’t see how that could be offensive so perhaps defensive? Or maybe it could be both if she could grant wishes? He wasn’t sure what he thought of that but it was certainly interesting. He could see where that magic might be hard to figure out, not that he knew his own either. He wouldn't’ mind meeting this senshi of wishes….eventually.
He’d show her his magic but he had a feeling his was not the most pleasant of things, how could it be given his sphere? Given that he was more worried he might hurt her, thankfully though he knew for certain he couldn't turn a person to stone.
Taking the clover, as it was being offered to him, he took a moment to inspect it before it vanished. “Clovers are lucky...so maybe something dealing with that?” He questioned as he wasn’t even sure what her magic did. He was, of course, guessing
“My turn?” He questioned then. He was hoping his didn’t harm her...he had to worry - couldn’t help it.

Sadalsuud nodded "Her magic is pretty too - like stars" she said thinking back to the two crystal-like hovering stars that had formed "Prettier than mine."
She laughed, her laughter cheerful and good natured "We made wishes on them and Merkeb kind of managed to get hers to do something."
Kind of - the whole kind of magical coffee but without the calories type thing.
The glowing clover that Kiuchi reached out to take glowed brighter for a moment in the same way as it had done for the one that she had offered Merkeb before fading away and she nodded at Kiuchi's suggestion that her magic might have something to do with luck "Merkeb thinks it might have something to do with luck too" she admitted "But it hasn't really done anything but look pretty yet."
Another nod "And yes it's your turn" because she was still curious as to what Kiuchi's magic would do.

“Maybe so but I like yours.” It was pretty and without the other to compare to - hers was pretty. He figured even if he saw the others magic this one was still pretty and would just be pretty in a different way from the senshi of wishes magic.
“Interesting…”
Nodding his head to her words he smiled. “Well maybe in a battle we’ll find out what it does. It might only show what it really does then.” Since what luck could they need, if indeed her magic dealt with luck, while standing around as they were. In a fight they might need a bit of luck and then it would play its part. Hopefully there were no fights, much less battles, anytime soon. He’d already been involved in one of those not long ago….he could do without any more anytime soon. It was a lot to deal with and more stress than he ever wanted to deal with, not to mention keeping secrets from Caleb.
“Alright...I just...i don’t know if it’ll hurt or what it’ll do.”
His own wasn’t as pretty as hers, especially when it started off looking like he was plucking a hair from his head. Instead it was a green glowing strand though, so certainly not his own hair, and he pointed it at her letting the green light strike. The words he’d called out: Gorgons strike.

"Thank you."
As it happened Sadalsuud actually hadn't used her magic in a fight before. The one with the Order senshi had happened so suddenly - tooo suddenly - and hadn’t really been a fight given that he had attacked her...
And she had kind assumed that her magic wouldn’t do much for the huge wraith at the park and so hadn’t used it there either–
But the idea of mayhaps using next time round - if there was a next time - was a good one and one that she mentally filed away to consider later.
Even if she was really, really hoping that there wasn’t a bad one as the black eye that the Order senshi had given her had been really, really hard to explain to her parents - particularly as she was no good at coming up with cover stories.
"If I ever find out what it does - apart from looking pretty then I’ll totally let you know" and then as it belatedly dawned on her that she was kind of assuming that they’d meet again added "That is if you’re okay with that?" She made it a question.
She nodded at Kiuchi’s warning "Okay" green eyes watching as he reached up and seemed to pluck a hair from his head - although it didn’t look painful. Perhaps it was a magic thing.
The 'strand of hair' glowed green in Kiuchi's hand and as he pointed it at her the glow seemed to rush forward and towards her - and mayhaps Sadalsuud should have stepped out of the way at that point - but she was curious.
The light hit her and the result was instantaneous, her vision blurring. There was a bit of nausea too - more a bit of queasiness than anything else - causing her to wobble on her feet slightly.

“I’m fine with that.” Nodding his head, smiling at her. He would like to meet her again, he wanted to get to know anyone and everyone in his court if at all possible. Acubens talked about the court as if it were her family, and for her it was, he wanted that feeling as well. He wanted to feel like the members were various sorts of family members, because his own blood family was either unknown to him...or people he tried to avoid and hide from.
Watching her reaction he moved forward to keep her stable. “Are you ok? What’s going on?” He wanted to know what his magic did but he also worried he might have hurt her, or something else. He was concerned for whatever his magic had done to her, not wanting her to hate him later for it.
His hands, long slender digits, held onto her as he moved her close to his taller frame. Nearly a fall taller than her he could easily hide her body with his own, though he was sort of slender like a pole.

"I... I'm okay" Sadalsuud said, before admitting "Just feeling a bit queasy."
She was grateful for the hands that helped to steady her - because her vision was still somewhat blurry too and the combination of the blurred vision and nausea both was still making her feel a little wobbly - and she managed a weak smile that whilst small was nonetheless genuine.
Eventually the feeling of nausea started to dissipate - the dissipation of the nausea happening in conjunction with her vision clearing up and Sadalsuud managed another smile as the last of the nausea faded away "Thank you - I’m feeling better now."
There was no resentment in her voice and no annoyance or hard feelings on her part - because she had asked Kiuchi to show her what his magic did and he had already admitted that he didn’t know what his magic did "Your magic’s really something though."
Because it was definitely not a 'just-look-pretty' type of magic.

Quote:
Was that what his magic did? It made someone feel sick? It was good to know though he was upset now that he’d used it on her, another member of his court and one who he could be friends with. He hoped she wasn’t upset...but that smile said she wasn’t. Letting out a relieved sigh, he hadn’t known he’d been holding in, he held her just a bit closer.
Looking down at the smaller dark mirror senshi his head nodded lightly. “Alright, I’m glad it’s over. I’m sorry that my magic did that.” Not as though he had any control over what his magic did, though right now he sorta wished he did, he was just glad she didn’t sound upset. He was grateful for that as he raised a hand and laid it on her shoulder.
“I guess it’s a good thing. If your magic doesn’t do much in battle I can always help you in a fight if need be.” He didn’t know what her magic did, he could only guess, and she wasn’t sure either. If it was some sort of...supporting magic he could help to keep her safe. He could try and keep others in the court safe also if his magic was like she said.

"It's okay" as it happened Sadalsuud really wasn’t upset "You already said that you didn’t know what your magic would do."
Well at least Kiuchi hadn’t - because now he did. "At least it didn’t turn me into stone like in that Harry Potter book" she was teasing - a little - and she winked to show that she wasn’t being serious "Although it was a basilisk in that case."
Her voice turned rueful at his offer to help her if needed in a fight "I’m actually supposed to be learning how to fight she said, her smile fading as she admitted "But I’m not really good at it."
And by 'not good' she meant that she was really, really bad at it.
"But I’m going to work at it" because she had to - she had to learn how to defend herself.

“The basilisk...yeah. Gorgon’s, like medusa, did that too...I knew that wouldn’t happen but I didn’t know what would.” it was hard to ask a senshi you’d just attacked, and were trying to escape from, what your magic did to them. For one he doubted they’d answer and two...he needed to make an escape. His magic was used to give him time to get away.
“I’m glad I know now. I can decide when to use it now based on that.” And he was grateful for that. He knew he wouldn’t be using it on chibi senshi again after the last time, not knowing what he did now.
“Neither am I...Acubens said we don’t have to be fighters - we can do other things to help the court. I want to help, for certain, so I’ll do whatever I can.” he’d learn to fight but only so he could defend himself and others in the court, not so he could start a fight. He didn’t want to be the aggressor.
Nodding once that they should continue walking, so they didn’t attract attention due to unmoving energy signatures, he headed down the sidewalk slowly.

"That's good" Sadalsuud admitted as she followed Kiuchi down the sidewalk "Because whilst I know that I have to learn how to defend myself" and she did know - she really did - even she didn’t really want to fight at all.
But the senshi that had rescued her from the senshi that had beaten her up had said that she needed to learn how to defend herself and she knew that he was right but she just..
Just...
"I just don't really want to fight" she continued, voicing her thoughts aloud.
"But I do want to help the Court too" because Mr Prince - Remarque - had been kind to her and because she didn’t want to let Miss Kitten down either and because she wanted to know her fellow court members better.

“It is good...because I worried I’d need to fight more than I want to.” He would defend himself, and feel bad about it, but he didn’t want to get into fights all the time. He’d do what he had to for himself and his court...without starting it. He wouldn’t start it - he’d just...well join in. He wouldn’t say finish it because he didn’t think himself that strong, though it seemed his magic had a kick to it.
“If you don’t mind me asking...what is your civilian name...I’m Xi-wang. I think if we are going to be friends, and if the court is our family, we should know each other as civilians also.”

Sadalsuud shook her head, causing the ends of the strands of straight black hair to shift with the movement "No I don't mind at all" she said and she didn’t - even if sharing her non-powered name meant that Kiuchi was the first person outside of Miss Kitten and the Prince to know her civilian name.
"I'm Mi-Hi when I'm not like this Xi-Wang - Mi-Hi Harrington."
Her surname was perhaps something of a contrast to her first name and a reflection in some ways of her dual heritage.
"And I was going to ask if you’d like to patrol like this from time to time" because whilst she had said that she would let Kiuchi know if she ever found out what her magic did, it wasn’t quite the same thing…
But whilst the evening was quiet, patrolling like this was..
Was kind of nice - enough so that Sadalsuud would be happy to slip up in the Romano's direction more often - even if it wasn’t something that she’d be able to do every evening.
"But I would also be happy to be friends" and she would - because making friendships with those amongst the court would be nice - really nice.

The name threw him though it seemed appropriate and something he shouldn’t be surprised about. It was certainly showing how blended society was and how people were diverse in heritage, it made things interesting in that way.
“I like that, Mi-Hi. I’d like to patrol with you from time to time, when we both are free and have time to spend on patrol.” As he had a feeling that patrols together might be long, and spent talking and just enjoying the others company. Maybe Acubens was right and he was now slowly expanding his family, or rather putting names to it’s members.
“We can find a place for us to meet for those patrols and text each other to arrange for those nights?” He offered up with a smile down at her.

"Great" Sadalsuud returned Kiuchi’s smile with a bright one of her own "Texting works for me."
Texting definitely worked for her - because it would be easier than slipping up to Romano's on the off-chance - and was cheaper than making phone calls…
And whilst she did have a mobile number - well make that she did have a mobile number as Mi-Hi - calls were something that were something of an 'in-an-emergency' type of thing.
Another thought occurred to Sadalsuud "And if something unexpectedly happens to come up then we can let each other know via compact if needs be" she held up her mirrored compact as she spoke - because the compacts were also an option - at least when powered.
"There’s a mirror in a park that’s not too far a walk from here that might make for an okay meeting place" she continued because it was the way that she had come up this way herself "I can show it to you."
Although perhaps Kiuchi already knew of it.

“Yes, that would be a good idea. In case we can’t make it, or something is in the area.” Something stronger than them and not at all safe. They could keep the other from walking into such a situation and keep the other safe. It was a good idea, one he hadn’t thought of.
“In the tool shed?” He asked in a whisper. Was she talking about the same one he knew from Acubens? He thought it was a good hiding place, since no one seemed to go there - ever aside from them apparently. He just wondered who had put it there and what other mirrors were hidden throughout the city for them? Was there a list or a map of them or anything?
“Is there like a list of places where mirrors are hidden that we can use?” He asked softly as he walked alongside the other.

"I didn't know that there was a mirror in the tool shed" Sadalsuud admitted and whilst they may have been talking about two different parks, she was kind assuming that it was one and the same based on its relative proximity to Romano's - and the fact that there was indeed a tool shed.
"The one that I used is in what used to be the park shop" well at least it had been until the building had ended up being damaged in one of the so-called 'terrorist attacks'.
Instead it lay abandoned - abandoned with a mirror - although Sadalsuud had no idea who had placed it there.
She shook her head at the question about whether there was a list of mirror locations as she continued to head towards the park "Not that I know of" she admitted "But I could write down a list of the ones that I know of" because she had to write down her mobile number for Kiuchi anyway.
She thought about it, "Or maybe mark them on one of those city maps" because maybe a map would be easier and it would be easy enough to get hold of one of the free ones that they gave out to those visiting the city.

“Maybe it’s a different one…” Trailing off he shook his head lightly. “I know there is one in a park's tool shed though - the old abandoned tool shed that isn’t used anymore. Acubens showed me it.” A park shop...he couldn’t remember a park shop but perhaps it was just due to not coming to the park for so long? He hadn’t seen it when it was opened or it had just been so long?
Either way he would get to see the park shop this time, and the mirror hidden inside of it. It was a good idea to get an idea for where various mirrors were hidden around the city just incase he needed the, to escape something or go somewhere else quicker.
“I think putting it onto my phone might be better. Putting them onto a map might be hard to keep on hand when powered up. But it’ll help to know where some of the mirrors are incase I need them. I wish there was some way we could have access to a whole list of them all. Something only we can access and update as needed.” It would help members, especially new members, and keep them all in the know on where the mirrors hidden in the city were. But how to do that?

"Maybe" Sadalsuud agreed, because maybe they were talking about two different parks after all. "I wouldn’t mind seeing the tool shed mirror at some point though" even if 'some point' ended up being a different night to tonight - because having another mirror location to add to her little 'collection' of mirror locations was something that was always useful.
"And I could text you the list of the mirror locations I know" because she was planning on giving Kiuchi her number anyway.
The main gates leading into the park appeared in view and Sadalsuud walked towards them and then past them, her goal the smaller gate that was tucked away to the side. She pointed it out as she walked towards it, explaining "They close the main ones at night, but this one was open."

“Of course, I’ll show you.” It was a good idea to know of every mirror you could find, just incase. He was new, really new, but that much he knew. So showing her a mirror she didn’t know about would be good, it would help her.
“That would be good. I only know of...two and now the one you are talking about.” So three. He knew of three mirror locations. That wasn’t going to help him if he needed to make a fast escape, not unless he was in the park and close to them. It left him vulnerable in a way he really didn’t like.
“Oh...I wonder why. People still get in and out then.” So what was the point of closing the main one? People would still get in if they wanted, as surely most people knew the smaller one was open. He assumed they wanted to keep people out, to limit fighting, drinking in the park, and other things people did that would be considered mischief making.

"I don't know" Sadalsuud admitted, because leaving the smaller gate open was kind of counterproductive. "Maybe they think that this one is less noticeable or something" she reached out to push the gate open.
"Although it does make things easier for us" because she didn’t particularly want to try and find a way over the closed main gates - and the side gate meant that she didn’t have to.
"And thank you" she continued at Kiuchi’s agreement to show her the location of the mirror that he knew - because whilst Sadalsuud didn’t know of a lot of mirror locations she also know that every location helped.
The park was quiet as she led the way through some trees, the path winding its way around a pond before inclining upwards slightly.
Sadalsuud cut through some more trees when the path forked, raising a hand to point out a building that had become visible as she started to walk towards it.
"That’s the shop" she said, adding as they got closer - enough so to be able see the boards boarding up the building "Well at least what used to be the shop."
Some of the boards had been broken enough to allow a way in however and it towards there that Sadalsuud headed.

That was the only reason he could think of, less noticeable. But people who knew it was there, knew it was open, would just put it to use and the likelihood of those people who knew being bad people - was high. He figured it was higher than other people knowing, since who else would be looking for this gate at night, in the hopes of getting inside the park?
“It does...a good thing for us.” Tugging gently at his left glove with his right hand.
Following at the others side, taking the time to look around so he could try and memorize things, Kiuchi nodded his head once as the former shop came into view. “I’ll keep this in mind. We could walk to the other one...using this one. Since I don’t see anything I recognize here. I think it’s one of the bigger city parks…”

Sadalsuud had reached the boards slightly ahead of Kiuchi, her green eyes studying the gap between thoughtfully for a moment.
It wasn't the biggest of gaps - which hadn't been much of a problem on her part given that she wasn't exactly tall - however on considering it she didn't think it would pose too much of a problem for the other dark mirror senshi either - because whilst Kiuchi was tall he was also slim with it and the height of the gap seemed as if it might be okay.
Might - because Sadalsuud wasn’t exactly an expert at judging spaces.
She turned away from her perusal of the gap at Kiuchi’s comment, her head tilting up to look at him as her lips quirked up in another smile "I’d like that" she agreed - because knowing it was always good to know more mirror locations. "Will you be okay with taking me through?" Because not knowing the location meant that she wouldn't be able to walk to it on her own.
She turned back towards the gap as she continued "And I hope the gap isn't too tight" before slipping through.
She stepped to the side once through, absently eyeing the tattered remains of old posters, waiting for Kiuchi to follow before going any further.

“I-I think I can.” He answered honestly. He really wasn’t sure, mirror walking wasn’t something he’d done on his own thus far. It was, however, worth trying if for no other reason than it was a skill he would need as far as he could tell. If he could do this, get them to the other mirror via mirror space, he would have learned a new and necessary skill which would help him and potentially others as well.
His attention was now turned to the gap that he had to get through. Sadalsuud had no problem getting through, no surprise as she was small. He was sure width-wise it wouldn’t be an issue for him, he wasn’t exactly heavy, but height wise he wasn’t so sure.
Biting his bottom lip Kiuchi stepped up to the gap and yes, as he thought, he had to duck just a bit to step through. It wasn’t that bad though, it really wasn’t, he wasn’t surprised he had to duck just a bit. It wasn’t that he was all that all, he wasn’t as far as he figured, but he wasn’t as small as the other dark mirror senshi. Once through though he was to move to stand next to her.
“Alright.”

Kiuchi had had to duck a little in order to get through, but in spite of that it didn’t look like he’d had that much trouble slipping through and it wasn’t long before he had joined her on the other side.
There wasn’t really much to the shop, the two of them standing in what appeared to have once been the main part, Sadalsuud nodding as she walked towards a door set in the back wall, ignoring the creaking of some of the floor boards, and pushed at it so that it opened fully.
The mirror seemed out of place in the otherwise empty room, a leaf pattern of sorts wrapping around the metal frame.
Sadalsuud smiled cheerfully as she pointed it out "And here it is." The mirror in question a full length one and therefore big enough to be suitable for their purposes.

Following the other to the back door he peeked in around the door frame and took a glance around the small room, his gaze mostly focused on the mirror. “It’s cute.” It looked like something you’d expect in a female's bedroom, not that he said this aloud nor would he ever. It would be rude of him to do so, and possibly offensive.
“Ok...you first and I’ll follow...I just hope we meet inside and can find where we are going - the one I want us to walk out of….since you’ve never been out of it…” He didn’t know if her not knowing exactly where it was would hinder her ability to exit out the mirror he had in mind. He hoped not, he really did. He didn’t want to mess something up, especially not already inflicting his magic upon her...even if she had been ok with it.

"It is" Sadalsuud agreed, because she had thought so too when she had first come across the mirror.
She couldn't help but wonder a little about who had placed it, because it really did look out of place in its surroundings...
Sadalsuud figured that the person, whoever it was, was someone from the Court - because why else place a mirror in an old, no longer operational shop.
"Okay" Sadalsuud agreed cheerfully at Kiuchi’s suggestion that she go first, her hand reaching out to touch the surface of the mirror and make it ripple.
"I’ll wait for you" she continued as stepped through and Sadalsuud really did intend to wait–
But unlike her previous attempts at mirror-walking, this time round after a few moments she found herself stepping back out of the mirror that she had just stepped through, the room now empty...
And it wasn’t just the room that was empty, but the shop too, although it didn’t stop Sadalsuud from calling out to the dark mirror senshi who had been with her a few moments back.
"Kiuchi?"

That was the only reason he could figure for the mirror he was planning to step out of as well, it was intentionally placed. Should they, he and Sadalsuud, start placing mirrors in random places around the city? Safe places but still...was it something they should do?
Thinking this as he watched her head into the mirror before he followed after her. Stepping into the mirror he vanished from sight, leaving everything behind him the way it had been.
When he did come out it was to a maintenance closet that was empty, well of people anyway. “Sadalsuud…?” Calling out as he glanced about, maybe she had stepped outside of the building?

Sadalsuud wasn’t sure what had happened with the mirror, but it was clear that something had gone wrong - because she was back in the abandoned shop and Kiuchi–
And Kiuchi was not.
Which left her with a dilemma because she didn’t know the mirror that the other dark mirror senshi had planned to show her and without knowing that meant that she wouldn’t be able to follow.
But she could wait here maybe - could wait and see if he would come back here.
After all there was still time before she had to slip back home - at least she thought there might be.
Just for a little bit she told herself - just in case…
Because he was one of the few members of her Court that she had managed to have any sort of conversation with - and Sadalsuud really wanted to get to know her Court better and to perhaps (in time) make some friends amongst them.

Not finding the senshi of clover in the shed or even just outside of it he slipped back into the mirror. Aiming to come back out the mirror in the shop, since it was when they got separated and the last place he’d seen the other dark mirror senshi.
When he came out he did, thankfully, see his fellow dark mirror senshi. “Sadalsuud…” It seemed they couldn’t manage to get out the same mirror, the one he had mentioned to the other, for whatever reason.
“Maybe we should try and see the mirror in person….not tonight but soon?” He questioned. “I mean in case we get lost again...if we try again like we just did.” He didn’t like the idea of becoming separated from her again, that they might get lost somehow. This whole mirror walking thing was new to him after all.

Sadalsuud couldn't but feel relieved when Kiuchi popped back out of the mirror. "I'm sorry, I did
It was hard to tell how long she had been waiting, but Sadalsuud was prepared to wait for as long as she could, although a part of her was wondering whether she should try to find some sort of writing instrument and paper of sorts - just in case.
Fortunately, however it didn't come to that, a sense of relief washing through her when Kiuchi popped back out of the mirror.
"I'm sorry - I don't know what happened" she said. "One minute I was going through the mirror and the next I ended up back here."
Sadalsuud nodded at Kiuchi's suggestion that they perhaps go to look at the mirror in person instead - because the suggestion was a good one–
And because knowing more mirror locations was always useful.
"I'd like that."
Although it probably wouldn’t be tonight - because it was kind of getting late and she still had to sneak back home.

“So maybe….we should ummm...meet here in a night or two and then we can go to the other mirror? It’s a bit late...and I don’t know about you but I have school tomorrow…” He spoke softly, glancing about. School was one of those things he couldn't’ sleep though, as much as he liked the idea of it. He didn’t like being awake, he wanted to sleep as much as he could, and if people were reincarnated the idea of being reborn as a rock or something else that didn’t need to move, or do anything, was an appealing idea to him. But the point was that he lived on campus and he couldn’t be late in getting up without something happening, someone waking him and consequences, and it was bad enough he’d have to sneak back onto campus.
“I’d like to umm...spend more time with you - I mean if you don’t mind...I mean if you don't’ want to it’s ok.” Even if things seemed to be going well he didn’t want to assume anything, didn’t want to force anything onto her or make it feel like he was.

Sadalsuud nodded "That works for me too and I don’t mind at all" she said, before admitting "I have school too and I’d have to get back anyway so that my parents don’t catch me out."
She continued "But I'll bring some paper with me next time so that we can exchange non-senshi numbers" she thought about it and added "And I'll bring a pen" because her hunt for both had turned up neither.
But she had enjoyed meeting a new member of her Court and whilst she still had no idea of what her magic did - at least she had been able to help Kiuchi in discovering what his did.
