Day # 1 Theme: Fashion: Victorian, Night, Lion (debatable), France, Spear (debatable), Unlikely magical girl Comments: i wanted to go for all themes, but then i forgot night vnv;; she's a french-victorian magical girl with a lion theme and her weapon is a spear that doubles as a parasol, but those two are barely noticeable so i left them as debatable themes. one day, i'll come back and redraw this/clean it up +color. i was originally going to draw her with one leg up, but plans changed so i left the dress up for a feeling of motion... she's unlikely cause... she's historical...?! and no victorian girl would wear a short skirt! close up shot:

Day # 2 Theme: The Nile + Pirate Comments: super rough... also, there was one reference to Egyptian pirates, so I just grabbed different parts of outfits. Probably would have had more luck drawing regular Egyptian fashion on him o.o He's pointing at the sky, he's a young navigator in training.

Day # 11 Theme: Ox, Amusement Park, Trilobite Bright Comments: anyone have perspective or background advice? i felt like i should ask before i drew the entire thing in... i've always wanted to draw carnival/amusement park scenes that's full of life, but the angle is always wrong or there never feels like there's enough space to make the entire image scenic enough. the references i take in photos also never seem to capture the whole image my eyes see, either. also, if anyone sees things i can improve on the girl's anatomy, please let me know, too!
