Shura was outside of their house, sitting on the fence that went around Aatos's pen. He turned to look over at her own pet, Anhalo, watching as the Zanteer ran around the yard as though he had eaten nothing but sugar all day. It was something that made the girl chuckle a bit before she returned to what she'd been doing, which was running a comb through her hair. Unless she had it tied up into buns her hair was long enough that it got into instant knots. Were she not so vain a young woman then she would have considered having trimmed it. She liked her hair as it was though so she'd just have to deal with it.

Once her hair was combed through she set to twisting her hair up into their signiture buns, "There we go! Now, I should probably get to my training." She was one of few that she knew of that wanted to look their absolute best before they set to working out. By the end of training she'd need to clean up and pretty herself up once more.

After giving a whistle that drew Anhalo over she hopped off the fence, stretching out, her jewelry jingling as she started forward. She would start out her training with a run around the village, after that she'd see about some shadow boxing work, and after that she'd just have to see.

Shura nearly tripped over her own feet when her brother's voice called out to her, causing her to stop her run within a couple of steps. Turning around she looked over at him, turned, then walked over toward her 'baby' brother and gave a smile, "Hello there, Dovi! Whatca up to?" She asked, wondering what brought her brother outside at the moment. Was he planning on going for a walk, maybe?

It was something that had her instantly looking around, as though looking for those that might want to hassle him. He was so cute and soft and adorable that he got far too much attention, both good and bad. She didn't like putting her training on pause but if it meant protecting him from more stupid girls that would drag him off agianst his will then she would do so. Turning back to Dovian she asked, "You're doing alright, right? Nobody bothering you today? If they are I can teach them a lesson!" She flexed her hands to fists, tapping them together, as though to show that she was serious.

As she paused the run they were about to go on Anhalo set to running around again, doing circles around the twins, squeaking all the while. It was something that caused Shura to smile a bit, petting the zanteer as she wanted for her brother's reply.

"That's good to hear." If anyone was being mean she'd have to take time out of her day to deal with them and that meant putting her work out on hold, not something that the girl cared for even in the least bit. She was put at ease though knowing that her brother was alright and that she didn't have to worry about getting into a fist fight so early in the morning. She'd save that for after lunch she thought to herself with a bit of a grin.

It was a grin that turned into a bit of a laugh as he mentioned her teaching him how to punch, as well as fight in general, "Awwww, that's too cute. You don't have to worry about all that, Dovi! I can protect you. Besides it wouldn't look right if you were fighting against the girls that are always bugging you. Best to leave it to another girl to fend the bunch of feral janarim that tease you off." Lifting a hand up she gave his hair a ruffle. He really was too cute!

"Good to hear! You should just leave all of that to me, Dovi! I don't mind keeping you safe so that you can do whatever you like." So long as he was happy and safe then she was happy, no matter how many people she had to beat her fists against. A thought she decided to keep to herself though, instead giving his hair another pet even as he whined her named in a manner that she could only find to be adorable.

"Hm? Oh! Silly Dovi! I would never leave you behind anywhere. I am trying to get strong so that I can protect you after all. Keeping you safe is of the utmost importance to me." That her silly brother actually though that she would leave him behind did make her pout just a little bit. She wanted to look after him, not abandon him! If she did want to leave him behind then she wouldn't be trying so hard to get strong to keep him safe from... well, the world at large at the moment. There seemed to be far too many dangerous things lurking about making her want to look after him all that much more.

Shura's eyes went wide and a squeak escaped from her as Dovian threatened to go and find someone else less trust worthy to teach him how to fight if she wouldn't do it herself. She gave a rapid shake of her head before reaching out, catching hold of his hands, and said, "You definitely cannot do that! You're too delicate and they are sure to take advantage and pick on you!" She couldn't let him go off and get training from others that might want to rough up Dovian for any number of reasons. That meant that she would have to do it though, huh?

"Eh?" Shura's eyes went wide as her brother announced that he had gloves for them, those that she was so obsessed with along with a pair for himself, "Is that so? I guess.... I can't really say no after you went out of your want to get us gloves now can I?" She was a sucker for gifts, he just couldn't say no to them.

Shura took the gloves that her brother had gotten for her, looking them over, before giving a grin, "They are quite wonderful, Dovi! I thank you." She tucked them into her pack for the time being before he said, "It's gonna take a bit of doing but I think we can make a fighter out of you... though I wonder how we should start." She didn't really want him to be a big, gruff, fighting type but since he was so insistent she would have to allow it.

"Now? Well, now we get to running of course! Gotta build up our stamina." She explained before she turned on her heel, gave a whistle to Anhalo, and started forward. She meant to do a lap around the town anyway, might as well bring Dovian with him. If he could make it through her training regiment then that meant he might actually be able to survive the rest of the training as well. It would be interesting to see how he did since she always saw him as being just a cute little thing that was in need of protecting.

Shura couldn't help but to laugh a bit given the look on her brother's face as she ran away. He really did look a little surprised, didn't he? She ran along at her normal pace for a time before realizing that her brother wasn't right there behind her and allowed herself to slow down a bit, matching her pace to his. Looking over at him she a smile, "Once around Awat tends to be a good warm up for the rest of our work out. We gotta work on strengthening you up so that you can keep up with Anhalo and I. We do this daily you know."

She didn't want to push him too hard or make it seem like she was trying to discourage him she thought to herself, "I won't push you too hard and make you do everything we do, but the running at least you will have to finish. It's important after all. As time goes though I will probably make you do more and more so you can catch up with us."

Shura gave a smile as her brother assured her that he was following even though it seemed he was having a hard time breathing. She turned to look his way again before giving a half smile, "Are you going to be alright, Dovi? We can slow down if you want? Not to a walking pace but maybe a light jog if that would be easier on you?"

Giving a little chuckle she said, "I really shouldn't baby you since you're wanting to learn to fight but I feel bad making you run so hard you can breath." She gave him a look of concern before slowing down just a little bit more for Dovian's sake. There was the part of her that said that she really should push him more and more if he really wanted to learn... but the sister side of her thinking said that she wanted to look after him, take care of him. She couldn't and wouldn't do anything that might bring harm to her sweet brother.
