Physical Description: Dorame is slender and stands at 5’3. Her skin is a cool toned, ashen-brown colour. Her hair is waist length, dark brown at the soots that is lighter on the ends due to bleaching in the sun. She usually wears it braided; either lose over her shoulder are pinned tightly to her head when it needs to be out the way. Her eyes are a mossy green colour, and she usually tries to wear fabrics that compliment the colour whenever possible.
Personality: Dorame is a painfully charming young lady who radiates all the etiquette and confidence that comes with prestige and wealth. She knows how to string a sentence together, play the game of politics, be manipulative if needs be. Though she is not naive or deluded, knowing as a candidate she is very low down the food chain, she has adapted to hide her breeding; instead trying to make fresh connections than rely on her old title. Her main priority is to make a name for herself, advance her standing, and return to the social standing and respect she once had.
Organised, a good student and hard worker. Her drive to progress and succeed is admirable. More so the passion, confidence and assertiveness she shows when pursuing her ambitions does not go unnoticed. She has a good head on her shoulders, adapts well and is far from a pushover. Though on the flip slide her ‘subtle’ and ‘sneaky’ way of playing people and trying to ‘bend them to her will’; is not received positively by most. She has made friends, but hs made enemies too. At her core she is a selfish person, and her drive to succeed does not embody the good of all, but her own self worth. It is her priority, so being open, truthful intimate or sensitive are all very unnatural to her.
Dorame respects the structure of things, she follows orders, she will forge connections and be a team player. But all with the knowledge that she is doing these things so she can succeed and progress.

History: Dorame was born into comfortable wealth as the third cousin to a Minor Lord (on her father's side). Her father, Gilbern was born with the opportunity to pursue education from a young age and dedicated his life to healing; in later life specialising in the care of the old (geriatric healer). He married young to a woman with money, Aurellia, who underwent the same medical training as he did in their twenties, but instead specialised in trauma healing. The home in which they keep is also the home to apprentices, two or three at a time, who help and serve the family in exchange for private education and tutorage in the medical field to go alongside their formal education.
Aurellia suffered an injury in her thirties that damaged the muscles in her hands, putting a tragic end to a career she had dedicated her life to. Gilbern’s wife slowly became consumed by vices and addiction, and in time she came to resent him for the success he found in his career. Though on the surface they presented as a good, happy couple, when behind the scenes things were falling apart. Gilbern had affairs with the apprentices that stayed with the family, Aurellia had affairs with the local upper class; and by some miracle the secret and shame was never made public.
That was until Gilbern sired a b*****d daughter, Dorame, dark skinned and brown haired; there was no hiding the fact she was not a result of her blonde haired parents marriage. The tipping point was when Gilbern announced her his heir. Aurellia left him to pursue a life with a minor lord, Gilbern himself remains unmarried. Dorame’s mother, unnamed, was only brought up on conversation once; and she has never pressed her father for information since. Dorame gained basic knowledge of healing from her father, but growing up prefered to embed herself in social circles and learn the subtleties of politics (to her father's dismay, as she began to show qualities of his ex-wife).
She was found on a search at sixteen. And when it was brought to her father's attention she had a choice, go out in the world and make something of herself on her own merit, or stay and be disinherited. Dorame chose to leave for the High Reaches. Five turns have passed since then and they have not talked since. And to spite him when she arrived at the High Reaches, started an apprenticeship to take on the role of a Diplomat and soon progressed in the ranks, not a healer as he wished. The last irony is that, as an assassin, she deals in ending life, where her father worked his whole life to save it.
Other: Thought Dorame is related to a minor lord, literally about six people need to die for her to get any kind of claim to a title. (She knows this because she has considered poisoning them all often, jokes.).
