🎨 Expectations III_of_Wands 🎨 Hummingbird Day: 10 🎨 Bridge Themes: In Bold🎨 Splash Comments: Short on time. 🎨 Basketball breakdance "One Job. Just One."
The supervisor looked up as the laborers looked down. The former wished he was looking at the sky; this was not the case. The latter were shaking; it was not with fear. On top of the supervisor lay a wooden bridge meant for hikers to cross a rather large span between the chasm of two cliffs. A popular tourist site, the older rope model had been deemed ill equipped and increasely difficult to maintain with all the foot traffic.
That led to this; A very angry authority figure floating on what should have been firmly connected to the bridge. "You all had one job. ONE. Failure was impossible! One for planks, one for drilling holes, and one for the screws and the screw gun. What. Happened?!" came from the sodden and angry figure over the radio. Those up top not holding on to the bridge to stay upright weren't sure if they really wanted to answer. Two laborers, covertly leaning on the railing, decided if they all pretended the supervisors radio "wasn't functioning" due to water damage, they may all still retain their jobs once he hiked the quarter mile to the stairwell leading to the top.
(If it doesn't count, I'll do a scratch work when I get home. *shrugs*)

Theme: Test Day: 11  It doesn't look like it took 15 minutes, but I gave up on avatar collector art, had to turn on the phone and load the game, and then play two rounds XD. Also, Imgur sucked me in. I think I spent more time there then I did redrawing.

Comments: short on time
Timely passing
The turtle seemingly stared into the abyss of water ahead of him. Frogs croaked in the distance, birds glided overhead looking for water bugs and crickets, and all the while, the turtle swam in a lazy and aimless swim, occasionally dropping under to nibble on green.
The weather was nice, the temperature humid, and the fly had decided in it's decidedly short month of life, to spread his DNA to every available source! Poor winged sucker. Didn't stand a chance. All those girlflies, the sites his million eyes could see, all the trash he could have eaten. Didn't even experience the joys of hovering around a pile of **** for hours. Such a pity.
One minute, flying joyfully in the sky looking for a date, the next minute, trapped within the cavernous jaws of an equally hungry snapping turtle. A not so fitting end for a fly, but a bite-sized snack for turtles.
