Nationality/Race: Korean

Personality: Chae is by all means the perfect example of Kuudere. She rarely shows any emotion and when she does, its only for a short period of time around people she really trusts. Although she is cold, cynical and often reserved, she is a more than capable strategist due to her previous traits, making her good at rational judgments and low emotional attachments. When she is around someone she genuinely trusts, she talks and smiles a lot more often and when around someone she likes, she tends to get flustered a lot.

Paper Manipulation - Chae can create, manipulate and otherwise shape paper and/or paper-like substances, such as papyrus and parchment.
Power Strengths: If Chae focuses enough, she's able to make the cutting ability on her paper to that of steel or iron, effectively making sharp objects out of paper, though that requires her to focus more on whatever construct she's making using the paper. The second strength is that she can create more paper.
Power Weaknesses: The limitations are that it's still paper, its weak to fire, water and sharp objects and if used incorrectly, limits her resources as she requires a sheet of paper to create more.
History: During her schooling, one day a terrorist group attempt a mass massacre at her school. This was when she discovered that she was a mutant. When the gunners came into her class she threw her hands out, the sudden spike in emotional distress awakening her ability, sending thousands of sheets of paper towards the assailants. Although she killed one on accident, she was fearful of the repercussions so ran home to which her parents relocated with her, helping her adjust to her abilities, letting her do as she pleased to gain more control of them. When she turned eighteen her parents used the last of their combined savings and sent her overseas to America to attend the school for gifted youngsters but having no relation or money in America, she had no means of finding her way there but knew where it was and has been living more or less on the streets making money by doing odd jobs until she can find her way there.
